I was in town for a girl friend's bachelorette party and we were coming from the nearby wineries in desperate need of coffee, so I randomly picked this place on Yelp since it was on the way back to our Airbnb. Turned out to be a super cute shop, with a very friendly staff who were so kind and patient putting up with a group of five chatty women who couldn't decide what they wanted. Coffee was delicious too, I ordered a maple iced latte with oat milk and it was so good! Loved the maple flavor, it wasn't too sweet and the coffee itself was great! We also ordered a bunch of donuts and cookies - I didn't get to try them, but they looked great and my friends seemed to enjoy them. I don't know if I'll ever be back since I'm from the east coast, but if I happen to make my way to this part of Michigan again I will for sure stop by. read more

They offer some fun tea drinks and I like their chai latte very delicious and flavorful spiced with chai warmth. They also offer nitro-cold brew coffee for days when you don't feel like hot drip coffee. Options are great! Service is spectacular. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with my visit to Infusco Coffee Roasters. My friend and I stopped by to grab coffee and a snack while waiting for a table at Greenbush Brewing Co and I never expect to find such great coffee here. The décor at Infusco is minimalistic and a little on the sparse side but nothing to complain about. I grabbed an iced soy latte and my friend K had a cheese Danish. Both were delicious and I couldn't have been happier. The coffee was strong and bold, just the way I like my men. We enjoyed our treats on their outdoor patio which was nice aside from the fact that your view is basically a gravel parking lot and grocery store. But besides that I highly recommend dropping by Infusco for a good cup of joe! read more

Great spot for a quick (real) coffee! I'm not from the area, so I'm not sure what this is like on the daily, but passing through I can say it's a real gem. I grabbed a beer at Greenbush and needed a little pick me up for the drive to Wisconsin. I thought it'd just be a little whatever-type coffee shop, but I'm so happy to say that it was real coffee, if you know what I mean. Service was fast + friendly. We ordered an iced chai web almond milk and a regular iced coffee. Both small and both delicious! Good prices, great coffee, definitely try them out! Between Grand Rapids and Chicago there aren't many great coffee shops and roasters. I was lucky to find this shop! They had a perfectly balanced nitro cold brew and their Ethiopian coffee was light and fruity with just the right notes. They certainly know what they're doing when it comes to roasting and brewing. Oh coffee roasters home away from home!!! Love this place. You could easily spend hours hanging out. We were in town for the Apple Cider Century. Of course, I needed my java wake up before biking 100 miles. They have a wonderful selection of beans, espresso drinks, and even some baked goods. How can you go wrong? Truly amazing coffee, and I'm not even a huge coffee fan. Was in Sawyer for 3 days and went every morning, always got the iced mocha which was velvety smooth and went down very easy. My son got the cold brewed coffee, also exceptional. Employees are super nice, taking orders outside, and masks are worn. Prices are fair and much more reasonable than other over priced places. What a treat! I'm sad I don't live in Sawyer as I'd go every morning! Will definitely be back when I'm in town next time around! read more

Excellent! Love the vibe, the coffee, the service, and the attention to detail shown by the baristas. Not only will you get a customized handcrafted hot drink (coffee/tea) but there is also a level of expertise and pride shown in each creation. A level that I have not experienced since moving from Seattle. If that was not enough, I greatly appreciate the opportunity to purchase freshly roasted coffee made right on the premises. There's a map inside showing from whence their beans originate. And the always recent roasting date written on the bag. At a recent visit, I went in near closing time. I asked for a pour over cup to avoid coffee that had been sitting all day (like I have experienced at Starbucks). No need...this shop makes fresh coffee periodically to ensure a quality product.
