And serendipitously had the color I wanted which is a violet red. My pic includes the before, the cut before styling/color, and the final result the morning after bc by the time we were done, it was night time and I could not get a good picture of the color with regular lights. Dry and Discourteous When I inquired about a specific hair stylist he simply answered; No we don't have that here. When I asked if HE was the manager he replied: Yes. And that we had a bad connection. I offered to call back and the call went directly to a voicemail service. I tried another couple of times to no avai- The salon clearly has too many customers and doesn't need my business. Therefore I'll spend my money elsewhere. Be very thorough when instructing Danne about the length of your hair. I showed him pictures of what I wanted and the length of where I wanted it to be on me (middle of my breast area). He seemed to understand when I told him but I guess not. He cut it 6 INCHES SHORTER than where I asked him to and I'm crying writing this review. I called him yesterday crying as well and he was apologetic but the damage was done. When he apologized he said he hadn't realized how short it was while I was in the chair. Danne's a professional and has been in this field for a long time so I don't know how he could've made such a rookie mistake. TIP: if you see Danne, make sure you vehemently express the length you want. He's a nice person but business is business and I'm writing this review so other people express EXACTLY what they want to avoid feeling like how I have been for the last two days. I'm so sad and disappointed and have been walking around with my hair up all day. Fortunately hair will grow back but I'm really sad about it - especially because it was preventable and I had communicated what I wanted. I'm a nice person and maybe he just ignored my wishes and thought he could get creative with my hair. I don't know but it sure is a bummer. I used to walk out of bed, brush my hair, and it was beautiful and long for the day. I apparently now need to style it cause it looks like I've got a flat, longer version of a bob haircut. Came in to see Lise' for the first time, for a brow, lip & chin wax and I must say, in all my years of getting waxed, this by far is the best one ever!! Lise' was professional, and we had great conversation throughout my appt. She's very detailed in her work which I absolutely love, she's definitely an expert as a waxologist giving me sound advice on some concerns I had with my facial hair. I love that she took her time with me and wasn't a "rush job"! This is the first time I've gotten waxed and left without any cuts on my chin or brows, which I thought was the norm, or to go home to look closer that they missed a few hairs. Danne is the best! I found out about Infuse Hair Salon via Google. I wanted to do my hair that very day and woke up early and did a Google search. Infuse was the first to pop up. I found it very convenient that you could book an appointment online. I had a bleach hair disaster the night before, never letting my Hubby attempt to bleach it for me again. I told Danne I wanted to correct the color and make it a nice color. He did what he could and trust me my hair was a MESS. Too blonde on top with ashy brown ends. My hair went from light on the roots to dark on the ends. Danne and his assistant was great. They were very attentive and friendly. What I didn't like was the wait. I was in the salon, from 12PM-4:40PM. I didn't know my hair was that much of a disaster! LOL. I didn't expect to wait that long for my hair coloring. I've been going to this salon for about 6 years now, and Danne has always kept up with my crazy pre-teen to teenage ideas for my hair. Throughout these 6 years, I was always pleased with the turnout, especially the result of the last appointment. My hair had crazy waves in some spots, especially my bangs. He knew how to work with this, while still taking into consideration of my Asian hair. Whenever I had a problem with my hair (i.e. It always smelt like wet towel when I would wash it daily), he always came up with excellent solutions to the problem. When I got my hair highlighted at one point, he made sure it looked natural. I liked the fact that I couldn't see any roots even when it grew out. Initially I was quite impressed by the precision+technique of my bang trim. Went very well. A couple of months later, I scheduled a haircut. Appointment was same day (upon departure for extended mainland trip) and Danne was accommodating... as should be, cosidering $90 price point for 'new client' haircut. (thereafter $70) Small talk conversation was pleasant enough; also salon interior design is nice. THE ISSUE : I specified 3 inches in total off my length. In razor cut, the result was closer to 5+ inches! Seemed ok and more manageable after cut & blow out... However as time progressed - I noticed odd empty patch in back of my head, towards bottom length. Waited few months to post my review on company website... explaining weird patchiness and not wanting **5 inches of length being chopped. NO RESPONSE Whatsoever. VERY UNprofessional of any business - especially from the only Oribe salon in the state of Hawaii! Going on 6 months after haircut, and feeling I must still wait another month or 2 for trim. *** NOT at all worth $90 & tax+tip (well over $100+) !!!!! read more

This was my first visit to Infuse, I followed Lise' here from her previous location. My visit was for an upkeep/ Brazilian. Did I mention I'm 9 months pregnant? I've been seeing her my entire pregnancy and she is the best! It's hard to find a good waxologist that makes you feel comfortable esp with them being up in all your goodies. Lise' genuinely cares about her clients, their comfort level and even just their well being. On one of my visits, I was battling a small cold and there she was with her essential oils rubbing her hands together and having me inhale. What I really appreciate is that she takes the time to make sure all is good down there and goes above and beyond to use the best wax for your skin. And of course, no double dipping! I never thought I'd actually look forward to my wax apts, but Lise' s energy & genuineness is contagious. I cannot say enough about this wonderful salon. My hair is naturally curly and is very fine and I have a difficult time finding stylists that know what to do with me. The whole experience here was amazing. Danne Todt is a master at his craft. He talked me through what he thought would look best before we even started and made sure that I knew what to expect. He gave me a short cut (a very short bob or a long pixie) with a razor and I left there feeling and looking better than I have ever felt or looked leaving a salon. He was spot on in picking out the color for my hair, matching my roots and finally getting rid of the burgundy tones in the length of my hair that I had been trying to lose for a year.
