Everytime the pizza is amazing and fresh! I've had multiple entrees from here and have never been dissatisfied by the taste or portions.

I usually order a take-out from this place but the phone people need to work on their skills. They probably don't even look at Yelp to figure out how to improve. They never repeat your order when you call them and they never give you a price. Their mostly like just the facts without any good natured politeness. I remember a medium us3d to be 6.40 to 8.00 dollars in 1990. The pizza i was been getting lately is still good just too much salt. I mostly concerned with customer phone orders and salt on the pizza. Sometimes the pizza has black marks on the bottom. I used to take pizza orders you repeat the order back you tell them how much it's gonna be and how long. I ate there with friends and the pizza was just alright. However, what really turned us off is hearing the manager yelling and cussing at a poor staff member as we were eating. Managers should never yell at their employees and, worse yet, yell at them within earshot of customers. I hope that the manager sees this, apologizes to the employee, and changes his ways. Ordered pizza for a girl scout troop at Jellystone and it took two hours to arrive. Numerous calls to find out where the pizza was and each time was told pizza was "on it's way" and we would be "taken care of"... When the pizza finally did arrive it was cold. I recently tried Infusino's Italian dinners. Their pizza is good, but since I moved here from NY I have been looking for Italian dinners. I got a chicken parmigiana dinner from there and it was not good. There were 3 chicken breasts that looked as if they were frozen and thawed out. Extremely small pieces reminiscent of chicken tenders. There was not a lot of cheese on it. The container was filled with spaghetti and 3 chicken tenders were hastily thrown on top with a little cheese and little sauce. Absolutely did not get my $10. We used to occasionally pick up a pizza years ago when we were in Racine visiting a relative. It was delicious, perfect crust, cheese amount, tasty sauce. Picked one up today, never again. Although we asked for extra cheese & extra sauce, there was almost no sauce, no cheese--onions were almost raw. When you ask for extra sauce (although what was there was tasteless) and extra cheese--you expect to find more--not hardly any of either. OMG!!!!! My husband is from Racine and I grew up in the Chicago area. He kept telling me the best pizza was in Wisconsin and I thought he was crazy! He was right. It's difficult to rate a pizza place in Racine. Truthfully, the best pizza is in Racine, WI hands down. Of course if you want the deep dish (Chicago style) you'll go to Chicago but other than that, it's just amazing. The only reason Infusino's gets 4 stars from me is because it's not the best in Racine. Still, compared to anywhere outside of Racine, this pizza is true pizza goodness. You know how Domino's recently spiced up their sauce and altered the crust? Infusino's has ALWAYS had flavorful sauce and the crust is perfect. It's not made for healthy living! You can see the grease stains on the paper it comes in and the pizza is so good, you may just dip your finger in the grease, too! Hmmm maybe that's just me. Nobody has mentioned the pasta's. You get huge portions and they're very tasty. They do banquets and parties and when people hear your party is at Infusino's, you definitely won't have many no shows. Warning: Their Sicilian style pizza is not the traditional Sicilian style with the extra thick crust. It is more like focaccia, it has a crust with toppings and no sauce. We mistakenly ordered pepperoni Sicilian style because their menu was unclear. We went back and got the pepperoni pan style instead because the "focaccia" Sicilian came with a bunch of random toppings like artichoke, roasted red pepper, etc. They need to update their online menu! Now that I've read the pizza reviews, I suddenly crave a pizza! ;-) But an hour ago, I was craving a salad after meeting a friend at Wilson's (down the street) for coffee. It was too late to go to a grocery store (I don't drive after dark), but as I crossed the street to get to the parking lot, I saw Infusino's and wondered if I could get a salad to go. Yes! I ordered an Italian salad without onion and peperoncini, but with pepperoni, ham, tomato, shredded mozzarella, black olive, and green pepper. When I opened the container, I was greeted by the lovely aroma of oregano, which had been sprinkled across the top. The enormous salad (costing about $6) will definitely provide three meals for me. I just recently found out about Infusino's Pizza on the Internet, and I've never been there. I attended St. Rita school with Emil Infusino, and one of the high points of my childhood was going to Emil's house and eating his mother's pizza. I'm sure Emil must use his mother's recipe at the restaurant. It was the best pizza I ever had in my life. I still remember the taste, fifty years later. I have been getting pizza, chicken and pasta from Infusino's on HWY 20 for the past 15 years and never had a bad experience until yesterday. The food is always great but yesterday I saw something that was very disturbing. While waiting for my order, I was watching a cook (the older gentleman in the USA t-shirt) lick his fingers and touch pasta and salad. Over a period of 20 minutes I watched this gentleman scoop salad and pasta out of bowls with his bare hands. This is not uncommon in the food industry, but, I was extremely grossed out when I saw the same gentleman lick his fingers multiple times when packaging to go orders. Once the food was packaged, without washing his hands, the gentleman went back to pulling food out of bowls with the same hands he had just licked. I even saw this gentleman eating food while packaging orders? Although the quality of Infusino's is usually very good, the cleanliness of how the cook was preparing the food, left a bad taste in my mouth. Someone should look into this there! I will continue to order food from here but probably only pizza or something deep fried, as I know utensils will be used to pull it out from the oven or fryers. read more

We ordered our food from this "restaurant" and waited more than an hour and 45 minutes for it to arrive. We had to call twice to ask where our food was. Finally a cook with a dirty apron arrived at the door and got my signature and ran off without giving me a receipt. Everything was wrong in some way or other. The Caesar salad had a very stingy amount of dressing with it and Cheese on the salad was melted because it was obviously in a box with pizza that was being delivered. The dressing was not quite enough to cover the salad. The small Caesar salad had the wrong dressing, the tortellini was supposed to have the sauce on the side and it was slathered over the dish making it impossible for our young daughter to eat. The garlic bread is hard as a rock. I called to tell them they needed to make it right and they pretty much laughed at me and said that I have to wait another hour and 45 minute minutes because they were so busy. I attempted some customer service training on the phone with this self-identified "phone person," But she mostly laughed derisively. Demanded to talk to a manager and she told me he would call me back in five minutes. Still waiting......Oh, and you have to ask for napkins and utensils even though they know you are ordering from a hotel room...Finally they did call back and we're not apologetic but after I explained every single thing that went wrong the manager said he would refund the money. They made it backwards (green peppers and onions on whole and pepperoni and sausage on half). I called them and they said bring it back and they would make it right. I MADE SURE they understood what I wanted. They made the second pizza with all four toppings on all the pizza but with the cheese almost half missing on one side and the crust scorched. I called and complained again and they offered me a $2.00 credit for the onions (that's exactly what the guy said). I'm so disappointed. Needless to say that I won't be going back. Tried this place again last night as I was hoping my last time was a fluke...well, it wasn't. Our order was a pizza, shrimp dinner, and lake perch dinner. Again the pizza crust was not thin, almost more like a hand tossed. The fish I got with my lake perch dinner could not have been perch as it was very large (like the walleye I get at most restaurants) and it had to have been sitting around for a while as the fish part was very mushy. Did not taste very good. Again the fries did not taste like they were fresh. Were luke warm at very best and very chewy. Even the italian bread I got with the meal was not fresh, but was drying out and starting to get hard. I used to go here all the time and the food was very good, but the last few times I have tried this place I have been thoroughly disappointed. If you are looking for a better carry out/delivery option, I would definitely recommend DeRango's out on Washington Ave. They have a much bigger menu and I've never been disappointed there.
