I recently had a "Cuzzins' Weekend", family coming in from out-of-town, on 6/6/26. The outstanding service & dinners (for 21) was excellent. My family was treated like royalty by Pasquale and staff! They had many wedding parties in the main restaurant that day and despite having many large groups, the service was spot-on and the dinners were served delicious, timely and hot...we never felt how busy they actually were. The spaghetti and meatballs comes with a salad and your choice of dressing, and bread with butter. I also ordered the mozzarella sticks and marinara and the tiramisu. The tiramisu is the best. I wish they at least had one more meatball in the pasta, but I'm not disappointed I'm full but now I only have one meatball for tomorrow to eat. Also, they messed up on the salad dressing choice. I chose Caesar but they sent me French. I absolutely do not like French dressing. So I threw away my salad. However, I will order from them again because I definitely like their food. I ordered from this restaurant on DoorDash. And I was told by a store employee they aren't on door dash even though a person from Door dash just delivered half of what we ordered. Went here with my family, the waitress was nice and attentive, she said she had been working there for 40+ years. Family owned. The food was okay, but the prices were fantastic. I came to Racine this past weekend. Went to dinner at Infusinos on Rapids. Usually get ravioli or lasagna but decided to try something new. I ordered the Mushroom burger. Since I wanted cheese I had to pay 1.50 extra. When our waitress brought out our food, she apologized but she had to leave for a family emergency. My burger came between two pcs of bread. Had to take the crust off the bread because it was too hard. I put some salt on it (it needed it) and the mushrooms had to have been from a can and also burnt. Took a bite and it was terrible. I shared my fries with my 2yr old grandson and waiting for a new server to show up, I explained that the burger was not good. (Only half a bite). She asked..well did you tell the other waitress? I said no she had to leave after giving us our order and I would like my meal taken off the bill. This server said she'll talk to her boss and she said "well I talked to the manager and he said that he will take off the burger but that I was still being charged for the fries since I had eaten a couple. Well my 2yr old grandson had a couple. So I asked her in jest...well in that case...since i didn't eat my entire salad would they give me credit for the lettuce??? The clueless waitress said I'm not sure he would do that. What happened to the Infusinos of the past??? Like I said...this was on Rapids Drive and it's sad to see one of the few staples left in "old" Racine fall victim to horrible service and poorly tasting food. read more

This is a Racine-area classic and has been popular for years. The decor is super old school. The banquet rooms are a little worse for the wear. The service was spectacular and our group's waitress was friendly, helpful and great. The food was okay. We had a pre-ordered menu. Good salad. Good dressing. Bland pasta sauce. Good potatoes and bread. I hear the chicken was very good, but I don't eat it. People seemed to prefer the baked to the fried. I like this place for take out. I enjoy the calamari and lasagna. I don't enjoy eating in the restaurant. I actually had a kind of gross meal inside once of steak in the restaurant. The bar is fine. I enjoyed a thin crust pizza in the bar one night. The bartender/server was friendly and attentive. Take out is really what I like to get from Infusino's. For lasagna, it is the best (or was?). I just tried delivery. I phoned the exact same number for the Rapid's Drive location as usual. I specifically asked the lady taking the order if this was the same place and she claimed that the delivery was a new feature of the Rapid's Drive location. Compare the two photos. The one topped in red sauce on right I picked up less than a week ago (was still in the fridge) and the one topped with cheese on left was delivered tonight. Sadly, the lasagna delivered tonight is not anything like the delicious lasagna I'm used to getting from this restaurant when I order carry out. It was VERY salty! (I had two bites a over 5 minutes ago and my mouth still tastes like I gargled with salt water!) There was barely any meat. Mostly just a bunch of noodles mashed together. I feel sick to my stomach from all that salt. I will still order carry out and enjoy it if the lasagna stays good. The tomato bread and the tomato salad are both simple and good too. If not for the delivery, I'd have given this another star simply because for what it is, I like it. But no one should deliver food that is that salty. It's really gross. They were super fast and polite though. And when I pick up take out it usually is right. Once we were missing some item, but they fixed it right away. You should check before driving away that it is right. My husband loved his spaghetti and Italian sausage tonight, so I guess that is something. And the bread was good, fresh. I never like their salads because their lettuce smells a bit. I have a feeling it is not as fresh as it should be. Customer service needs improvement. I was handed three containers. Then asked if I wanted help. I had three containers no big deal. But after getting home and realizing I did not receive all the food. When I called the gentleman blamed it on me said they offered help. I said it was only three containers why was I not told about the 4th container? He said it was here and pretty much said figure it out. If I left a container why wouldn't anyone call? Insanely disrespectful. We've had multiple instances were out orders weren't right, but let them slide because of the fact we love the food so much. Tonight, not so much. First off, we ordered some simple pasta dishes. Originally was told on the phone while ordering, certain things haven't been available be for "several, several years", but the website clearly has never been updated.. Second of all, they were extremely rude once there for pick up. Ordered at 4:21pm & told 35 minutes. Arrived at 5pm & was told it wasn't put in until I was arrived. Waited another 25 minutes & was talked to in disrespectful and insincere ways. I asked to speak to a manager & he would not make eye contact, but typed in some things in the register. Still did not have decency to make any acknowledgment to me. Extremely unprofessional & honestly just not worth it. Used to be my favorite restaurant, ever since I was a small child. Each time I go these days, the waitresses are rude, we went in 9/11/22 for dinner. After having to ask for my moms food to be brought out (we got it roughly 20-30 minutes after the rest of us, we asked our waitress to take it off the bill, she had eaten some of our food while waiting and we are all done. Waitress told us it's too late, it's ready,,,, 5-10 min later she brought it out. We again asked for it to be taken off the bill. She told us no. We asked to speak to Pasquale. He agreed to take it off the bill reluctantly. Then she came back, scolded us for lying to Pasquale and said if you want to take it home here's a box, but then I'm going to charge you for it. We said no, we don't want it. I also asked her to remove two dinner salads we ordered but did not get. (They were extra). She told me very rudely that she's busy tonight and they were not included in the meal... I told her I understand, I just want them off the bill since we didn't get them. She also proceeded to tell my mom, who's 85, that because of her they will no longer be offering the entree' she ordered. (Wedding salad) as if it were her fault. Next, I went to pay the bill and the waitress loudly says " THAT's THE TABLE WITH THE SALADS" as she was walking into the kitchen. I will not be returning, and will take my out of town guests to the Kenosha location. They are great. Rapids drive needs to keep the staff in check. I understand everyone is short staffed and am always appreciative of people who are working, but not when they are rude. I've hit my limit with Rapids drive Infusinos. This waitress kept telling us she has worked there for many many years... We purchased a half hotel pan of lasagna on 7/18/2019 as carryout for a cost of $42.07. My wife had some friends over to celebrate her birthday. She was very embarrassed by the lasagna that Infusino's provided us. Her guests didn't eat much of the lasagna as it was poorly prepared. The meat looked and tasted like finely ground beef with out spices. Totally flavorless. No ricotta cheese. Even the sauce was bland. I called the restaurant this afternoon asking for an owner to call me back which has not happened. I called back and spoke with "Pat", explained that I have a half hotel pan lasagna that nobody wants to eat. He offered to pay for a replacement "plate" of lasagna the next time I came in. I ordered a party size pepperoni and it took 2 hours to deliver. Not only did he take 4 hours to deliver the pizza 4 mins away. He went to the wrong address. twice. I called 3 times. 1st to let her know he said he's at the light in the lobby and to confirm the address, next to confirm the address again and make sure he's coming. I get this food for free at work sometimes, usually its fried chicken, I cant really complain to work that its free, but I do have to complain to infusino's. You guys must not know what salt is because all the food is bland and lacking a lot of flavor. Our lunches do come with salt, but its the tiniest salt packet in the world.
