(The last guy to take them off was one of their mechanics while doing a diagnostic on my exhaust last year) Then they propped my car up with batteries, pieces of wood and other misc items to change the oil. He recommended I go wait in the waiting room and without thinking I comply. I wait for probably 25 minutes. Today, 5/19/26 I go to open my hood and the clip you pull is broken as well as the cover. This car had been in the shop since 12/25 with neither of those parts damaged and got out the shop straight to get an inspection. I went to the shop to ask what happened and why the pliers had been used after I advised them not to and most importantly, if my vehicle was damaged, why wasn't I made aware. The "manager" advised I would have to meet him in the middle on solutions, I advised I shouldn't have to compromise, this should be fixed without penalty to me. After about 15 minutes of going back and forth he advised the area manager was out of town and is expected to return 5/22 and I'd have to wait for him. I then advised there had to be someone either below or above him to solve this issue now and he threatened to call the police. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANYTHING!!! I also think he disconnected hoses under my hood as I now have a gas smell coming from my hood and this car has had almost everything replaced on it from a licensed infiniti mechanic. From previous reviews this seems to be something they do regularly. I also will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau once they add them there!

I told that clown if you can't do an alignment on a certain car then just say that and save me the money and trouble and yourself from looking like a fool that don't know what he's doin. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! Even with state inspections. If they know your cat won't pass based on tint or lights and they notice it they'll still default you and charge you anyways. I have been scammed by mechanics before, so I was a little nervous. Max explained what the PCM did and what was going on with my car. He told me that I could look for a part online if I wanted to have my price a little lower. They picked up the part and were very communicative with me through the whole process.
