Amazing staff! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Me and a couple of friends decided to check out the book part of the shop. There is something in here for every 'smut book' reader. I purchased a tote and then decided to get my nose pierced for the umpteenth time. My septum never closes but my nose always did when accidentally knocking it out. Oh yes the review! Liz had time for my piercing and was also running a special. I just needed 1 so did that. Her materials were sterilized and straight out of the packaging. She showed me the type of jewelry she carried and I was able to choose which one. It was quick and of course you get that one little tear that rolls down from the eye. She even patted that off my face with a tissue. Then I was able to admire it and she took a picture of her work. The only downside to the whole experience was parking. The barber came out (they have a marked spot) and he was so friendly, he said if a customer came, we would have to move. We moved anyway because someone was leaving the tattoo shop. If you love romance, fantasy and smut like me/or need a piercing or fine line tatt, visit here. It's a 45 minute drive for me but we had to check it out.

Me and a group of girlfriends were interested in coming in together for fine line tattoos. I reached out to Katie by DMing her from her business instagram profile. Should couldn't have been nicer!! We then added Katie to our group chat and were able to send inspiration pictures and get a group appointment set up. Everything was seamless. We had a great time spending the morning at Inked and Bound. Katie was very friendly and professional. Her studio is so clean and cute! We were even greeted by her adorable, well-behaved doodles! Let me start by saying I don't usually post reviews. I learned about inked and bound when I was watching the news. I was finally in the area so I decided to check them out. I stepped into this shop to check out the unique tattoo and bookstore setup, but the vibe was immediately off. The woman working was incredibly unfriendly and made me feel completely unwelcome from the moment I walked in. It felt like she immediately judged me based on my appearance and how I was dressed, treating me differently as if I couldn't afford their services. The energy was so uncomfortable that I just looked around and left. To make matters worse, this business recently popped up coincidentally on my TikTok feed. Seeing their videos completely confirmed everything the woman featured in their content as the OWNER was the exact same person who treated me so unfairly. I won't be back. read more

Quite tacky to get my review removed just because it's not a 5 star review. Original review: Was asked to come early but wasn't told which business she was in. When I got there she wasn't welcoming. When she showed me the stencils it was not what I asked for, I then started to explain the messages I sent and she replied with "oh it would've been helpful if I read the messages". One of the tattoos wasn't even what I asked for but it felt like a hassle to tell her to look at our messages so I just settled for it. As we were chatting during the session, she started bad mouthing other tattoo artists in the area. Very odd to do in front of a first time client. As we were finishing up, I could tell that she messed up on one of the tattoos. The lines were wobbly. I won't be coming back and will warning people to stay away. Also $30 for a touch up is ridiculous. The business did not mark my appointment as "complete" because they're scared of a bad review on Vagaro. read more

I eventually found Brianna at 27 through Instagram, who made the process easy by using your consultation to learn more about me, how I dress to match my style, and what I wanted from the tattoo. I could not have been more impressed when I came back for the first session and saw that the image I had provided made by chatgpt had been transformed into something that I will cherish forever! Brianna was also almost exact on her quote for the amount of hours it would take and price. The studio itself is very clean and many individual rooms, so it felt private and comfortable. I was a bit nervous because I have vasovagal reactions to needles, but Brianna was prepared made sure I was good when we started both sessions. Brianna went over the top to make sure I had some tattoo balm to take home after the first session since I only had products that would have damaged the tattoo. He also has excellent knowledge on what is even possible based on your ear anatom. Old West has a little room with a professional medical table/seat for piercings. I wanted a certain orbital but he said not only is my ear not as pronounced there, it's a very complex healing process. Luckily I had already researched Old West & liked another orbital picture they posted to Yelp so that one was my second choice & Torin was all over it! He measured & placed it PERFECTLY. Plus I got a flat piercing & he placed that perfectly as well in comparison to my other piercings. His commitment to health & safety is unmatched & both piercing are healing so well with the saline solution I bought from Old West. I came back exactly a month to get the shorter post needed for my flat and it was just such a pleasure to show Torin how great they both look! Each time I was in there were multiple people getting tats and the piercings are like back-to-back so this is definitely a go-to place for both. Thank you Torin & Old West! I told him I was only interested in learning about it and he said I have no right to know. Like this is a thousand year old human tradition? Not your monopoly. Have heard some other horror stories from smaller independent artists that this group is trying to make tattooing more exclusive. Maybe right, but not their place to decide who or why. Huge napoleon complex imo. Avoid this place if you don't want premadonnas

Absolutely loved this tattoo shop. The artists do incredible work, and every piece I've had done comes out of here is detailed, creative, and done with so much care - a must in fine line. The atmosphere is what really sets it apart though. It's not just a tattoo studio, it's also a bookstore and event space, which gives it such a unique, welcoming vibe. You can tell they've built a real community around the space. The energy is relaxed, artistic, and inspiring from the moment you walk in. Between the books, the events, and the amazing staff, it feels like a place you want to hang out in even when you're not getting tattooed.
