Bought a fridge from them back in 2023. They came quick and were fast with replacing the fridge and I was glad they had a 60 day warranty. Almost immediately the fridge I bought did not work, I called and texted them and they came a week later to replace the fridge with another one. After the first day with the new fridge, the ice machine, water and cooling did not work. Also the water filter did not come out. I contacted them and they ignored me, they ignored me well past my 60day warranty then when I finally got someone to reply to me and I explained the situation, sent screenshots of the conversations all they said was "looks like ur warranty is expired" and didn't reply to me anymore. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GO FOR ANY APPLIANCES, SCAMMERS AND NOT TRUST WORTHY INDIVIDUALS. read more

Spoiler alert: They suck. We rent, and our landlord's home warranty company sent these folks over to check on a gas leak in our oven. The "technician" said he found the leak and went about fixing it. After wrapping up, he left without leaving paperwork of any kind. We turned on the oven, which worked fine before his arrival, and the flame wouldn't come on. First red flag: Why wouldn't he have actually turned the oven on before saying he fixed the problem? I called them and left a voicemail, during business hours. By the next day there was no response. I called again and left another voicemail, during business hours. Again, no response. Our landlord sent a text saying they're coming within an hour or so. Had the landlord not sent that text, we'd have no idea they were coming. After checking the oven, the "technician" said it needed a new part because something or other wasn't getting enough voltage. I reminded him that the oven worked fine before he worked on it and he asked if I was insinuating that he broke the oven. While I was definitely, absolutely, 100% insinuating that he broke the oven, I told him I was simply stating the facts. After almost a week, another "technician" came by with the part. He installed the part and the oven still wouldn't come on. At that point, he got out a form and signed it in several places before handing it to me to sign. The form was titled "Acknowledgement of pre-existing or potential property damage." On the form, he had checked off "Built in too tightly," which means absolutely nothing. Reading that, I could only assume that they knew they screwed something up and were now attempting to exempt themselves from any liability. I let him know that I didn't own the home and he would need to get the landlord's signature. However, I kept the form so I'd have something to make me laugh when I'm feeling down. At that point he called the first "technician" and they mumbled and laughed for a bit, and then the guy told me that the first "technician" would be coming back. Joy of joys. I asked when he'd be returning and he said "He'll be back today." At around 7pm we got a bit antsy, so we called them. The voice on the phone was the first "technician." He said "No, you misunderstood. We have to review the problem and order more parts." When I asked how long that might take, he replied "A few days or a week or so." I let the landlord know what was going on throughout the whole process, and he finally called them. After speaking with them, he let me know that he's not going to go through them any longer and that for the price he'd have to pay for parts he might as well buy us a new oven. So... I guess I should thank them? Long story short: These people are unprofessional and if you read this review and many others here, you'll see they actually end up making problems worse. On 10/23 this contractor was sent out by our home warranty company for our freezer. The repairman told my husband that he would not fix the freezer because I posted the yelp review on the dryer. He then broke our ice maker and told the home warranty company I threatened him. This was a total fabrication since I wasn't even home when he came. This company has no integrity. I wouldn't trust them in your home. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY-THEY BROKE MY WASHER. Had a guy come in to repair my samsung washer on july 5th, he left with uncertainty about his work, saying," keep an eye on it!"..next day I do a wash, same problem a torrent of water rushes over flowing the overspill tray, messing up my top level floor again, and dripping water downstairs through my lighting fixtures...this company was hired by Sears thru my warranty. So I called Sears, give me the round around, and tells me to call them to schedule an appointment on Monday for tuesday..they gave me a time frame of 8am-12pm ...they never showed up, answer the phone, or return their messages...they are so incompetent, so is Sears...but I wish Sears at least screen their outsourcing contractors...very upsetting! read more

Broke my floor in my kitchen ignoring me about it when they said they'd fix it also the refrigerator is scratched and cracked inside This seller told me there was nothing wrong with the refrigerator that I purchased from him I specifically asked him was ANYTHING wrong with it and did it have any scratches because I could not tell by the pictures he told me no scratches nothing wrong when they came to bring it it had MANY scratches it had cracks inside the door and came to see it does not stay as cold inside as it should if we put milk in it will not be very cold so it spoils also when they brought it they didn't put anything under it and it cracked holes our kitchen floor I told him he asked for pictures i sent them and he sent his worker to come and see if it matched up to their dollie which they saw that it did he said he would fix the floor for months he did not saying he could not find matching tiles then started ignoring us for Months I finally got to talk to him again through the app I told him it's not Our fault they damaged broke our floor and he said he would fix it and I told him Again about the refrigerator problems too then he just started ignoring me once again so they broke our property it is their responsibility to make it right we paid him in full and ended up with a broken refrigerator and broken floor that was new he will no longer respond to me and that is Wrong UNPROFESSIONAL and against the law to damage someone's property and then just leave it and ignore us after they said they would fix it they never did so they just ignore me read more

I use Yelp, and have good luck, so... I thought I would warn others, about Inland Empire appliance's service. I did not choose them, my Home protection plan did. We had the washer properly installed the first two times the Tech from Inland Empire Appliance came out, but after he changed the part the washer leaked all over our home, and since the laundry is inside of our house it would be damaging the brand new flooring we just put in. We merely wanted to test it out in the garage where we could supply it with water for the test before putting back into the house where it not cause further damage to our flooring. I wanted to be 100% certain it was fixed and not leaking. I was never able to talk to the service tech directly since I was at work when he came, I only could talk to some lady that answers the phone that was rude to me, if they answer the phone at all, and as a customer I don't appreciate the attitude over the phone. I was offered a Home protection policy on a home I'm in escrow with right now with, but I will let them know, not First American, because there service providers they use are terrible, I would rather have the $450.00 and not pay another $75 service fee to still have a broken washing machine. If I could give a negative star I would. My oven broke Jan 21st. A technician came out Jan 23 rd. Looked at my oven took note of what parts it need. He said it could be of 2 parts needed. But he thought it was a specific one. So another technician came out Jan 27 th to fix that part. He left I went to make promised brownies with my toddlers. Oven was still broken (sad toddlers) I call them Jan 29, 30, 31, left multiple voicemails on each day. Left a Not so nice message the 31 st finally someone called me back. Said they could come on Monday 9-1. Ok that works. Lady in the office called me at 12 to Day her tech was running late he would be here between 2-3. Ok. That works. Well now it's 5:05 pm as I write this and no technician or communication. I took the day off Work to sit here all day. I have 4 kids in 3 different school I had to have friends and family pick up my kids so I can sit and wait. I am a family if 6 who hasn't had an oven since January 21st. I need to cook for my family. This company is absolutely horrible and not reliable. At 8:30 last night a technician finally shows up. As you can imagine I am pretty upset with having no communication all day and I express my frustration with the tech. He very rudely says if I don't stop talking he will leave. He will just pack up his stuff and leave. After waiting so long and needing an oven so bad to provide a warm meal for my family I stop talking. He then tells me he is going to adjust my thermometer to match my internal thermometer I have so that way he won't have to come back out again. An awful experience. They fixed our stove but it lasted six days and then it was worse than before they serviced it. I called the home warranty company and they notified inland empire to return for additional service. Inland empire never called us so I tried calling them. Here us what happens when you try to call inland empire appliances: between 8am and 4pm the phone rings and rings and rings and rings and rings and rings. At one point, I let it ring for 10 minutes straight with no answer. Then, after 4pm you call their phone number and get this message "our hours are between 8am and 4pm. Please call back" with no options to leave a message. This company is unreliable and useless. Just as important: they don't know what they're doing. Our warranty company provided an alternate appliance repair company to fix our stove and it seems that Inland Empire Appliance did an incorrect re-wiring job during the last repair visit. Specifically, two wires were reversed thus locking the functionality of my oven after performing the self-cleaning option. I will be certain to complain about this company to my warranty provider. read more

I have used this company several times. Casey is very personable and efficient. However, twice now when the appliance was not fixed after all, they will not return my calls. Once I paid to have the thermostat replaced in my dryer and that was not the problem. Now the clutch was replaced in my washer and it still sounds exactly the same at the beginning of the spin cycle. I have called repeatedly and left numerous messages. I will not bother again. I have never left a bad review but I had to this time. A big warning sign that I did not catch was that they do not give out invoices or business cards. I will not call them again.. read more

American Home Shield sent them to me to fix my washer first they seemed ok but only at first. 6 weeks in I don't have a washer, finally parts get sent to them and UPS goes to deliver to their address and it is vacant according to UPS and they would know since they went to deliver there. Long story short washer is being fixed but by a good company. Other thing should be noted they NEVER answer their phone and NEVER return calls and as far as I can tPell don't repair anything either and when you do get a text response seems amazed after 6 weeks of not hearing anything and appliance still being broken you are annoyed. Please help us. We have had no dryer since the beginning of October. Inland Empire Appliance sent a technician and he said there were several things that needed to be fixed. American Home Shield said he could order the parts necessary and fix the dryer. He said he would order the parts and in 7-10 days he would call to schedule a date and time to fix the dryer. We have heard nothing from them and we've called several times and left messages. We've also gone on line and left messages through social media and even commented on the facebook page. INCREDIBLE SERVICE!! GREAT TECHNICIAN!! Inland Empire Appliance was referred to me by American Home Warranty. My refrigerator stopped cooling on Monday morning, October 7. I contacted American Home Warranty (with whom I have an active contract) as soon as I arrived at work. I entered a work order/service request and was told I would receive a call from Inland Empire Appliance. On Tuesday, I was informed that I had an appointment for Thursday, October 10, with a window of 11:00am to 3:00pm. I received two texts indicating the same. And a text the morning of October 10 stating I was on the schedule. They also provided a phone number to ask any questions. On October 10, 2019, I took off from work to make sure I was available to greet the technician from Inland Empire Appliance. Well, they sent Casey and he did an OUTSTANDING JOB! He was running about 8 minutes late. And the first he did getting out of the car was to offer his sincerest apology. Very professional and courteous. He knew exactly what the problem was as soon as he opened the refrigerator. And inside of 20 minutes, he had my refrigerator running like a dream. Casey is a true professional and very knowledgeable. I hope if I have any problems in the future with any of my appliances that I can specifically request Casey. While I have read many of the reviews on this company, they get two thumbs up from me. My Garbage Disposal went out and I needed one asap. I got Inland Empire Appliance through Home Advisor, they could come out in a few hours. I was skeptical at first since they are not local. but I couldn't have been more pleased. Nice young man, think his name was Casey, I watched and talked to him while he worked. He did an excellent job, we had an intelligent talk and I really enjoyed him, and the price was the best of all of them. I had called some others. One guy who lives right here in Sun City wanted 200.00 just for the installation plus the Disposal. this one was about 15.00 less for both. thank you Inland Empire, I will use you again if I need anything like a water heater. Steve came to my house and told me he called his office for them to call me at 1:50 to tell me he would not be over until about 5. THEY FORGOT? I ended up not knowing if they were coming or not. Next Steve had dirty hands and started leaving grease on my wall. He seemed a little befuddled as he forgot a wrench at another job and left one in my refrigerator. He figured it out and found it. He left a mess on the stainless steel refrigerator and asked if I KNEW how to clean up. GEE THANKS for giving me some mess to clean up after you. He did not have a step stool and had to borrow mine. They showed up late and it took them another week and 15 unreturned calls to come back. The day they were scheduled to come back they texted and said they would be there in 33 minutes. 1 hour later they called and said they would not be coming back because warranty company had not paid them. Quote "Don't try to put this on us if warranty company will not pay us you damn right were not coming." They then said hold on, laughed and hung up. I wish I could give this a negative rating because they don't even deserve one star in my opinion. They are probably the most unprofessional company I have dealt with. We had a window of time set today between 12:00-4:00 for the installation of a new dishwasher. So I stayed home on my day off to make sure I was here for the install. When 4:00 came and nobody had arrived or called, I called the company to verify they were still coming and if they were close. The lady at Inland Empire Appliance (I think her name was Crystal or Courtney) let me know he was still coming but she would call him to see how far away he is and would call me back. Another hour goes by and I hadn't heard back from her. I had attempted calling 3 times to get another update and she calls me back saying he would arrive between 5:30-5:45. I asked her to call me if anything changes. She then calls me at 5:30 and said he would arrive between 6:15 and 6:30. So I continue waiting and it passes 6:30 so I call a couple times and get a call back at 7:00 saying he would be arriving in 45 minutes. My patience has ran thin at this point and I let her know I was very unhappy and they have been extremely unprofessional today. I have literally wasted an entire day off waiting for them to get here and they are going to be 4 hours later than the already 4 hour window they gave me. So then, to top it all off, when the installer finally arrives (4 HOURS LATE) he pulls out our old dishwasher and laughs because apparently it had been installed incorrectly. He said he would not be able to do anything with it without a release of liability from the owner of the house. We are renting the house and couldn't get ahold of the owner so we were at a stand still. But the worst part of this was that he sent a picture to his coworker and I could hear her when they were talking. They are laughing and joking back and forth about how badly the dishwasher was installed and couldn't believe it was the way it was. This sets me over the edge because I am already upset that I wasted my entire day off waiting for them to get here only to find out they couldn't do anything. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I can understand if you are running late due to other jobs or emergencies popping up, but you need to communicate with your customers when you are not going to make the time that YOU set up in the first place. It is also super unprofessional to then laugh and joke while you are still in the customers home and your customer is clearly already upset. I would not recommend this company to anyone!! read more

Steve came to my house to repair a broken oven door. He was more concerned with collecting my $75 deductible (which I had already paid on line) than repairing the oven. Because I have only owned the house for 12 days I had no idea how the oven door broke, my only concern was to get it fixed. Steve and I tossed around possibilities of how it became broken but these were all assumptions. Got a call back later that day. The company refuses to fix the oven door because it was damaged by previous owners. So what was I charged $75 for? They called within one day, and came out for service within 2 days. Casey diagnosed the problem with my small built-in bar refrigerator. He had to order the parts. I can't expect him to carry every part for every appliance he services in his truck. The part came in a few days later. When the parts arrived, I had an appointment within 2 days. Fixed the problem. I was referred to Inland Empire thru Home Advisor as I've been a member there for several years. I stripped a bolt in the process of reversing the door on my Samsung Dryer. Technician just a bit late, however he extracted the bolt and with a special tool drilled a slot so to allow for easier removal. He reversed the door in less than 30 minutes. In my conversation with him, it was very clear that he was very familiar with Samsung products. Would definitely use this company in future should I need them. read more

The service people sent to my home to fix my washer were knowledgeable and courteous. All of their skill and professionalism were destroyed by a rude, inept and dishonest office staff. Do NOT deal with this company. They do not keep appointments; they do not return phone calls and are in my opinion, incompetent. In attempting to fix my Top-of-the-line Thermador cooktop, They broke the glide on one of my drawers...were unable to repair the cooktop...and did not tell me they broke the glide. When we called the next morning, were told they were aware of the damage and would fix it. When they FINALLY came to fix the stove (missed appointments...no phone calls), they denied they had broken the drawer glide and wanted us to sign a document saying they were not liable for any damage. We refused and would not let them proceed with the repair. Fidelity says Imperial has to repair the damage...and we can go thru Imperial's insurance company...but we have to PROVE they did the damage. Does not seem feasible that we stand a chance of doing that. Consequently, we will have to stand the cost of the repair ourselves....and two burners on our cooktop still are not repaired after six weeks. I wish we had read the other reviews before we allowed them into our home. They do not even deserve one star. read more

To say I am frustrated with this company is an understatement. I don't understand how they are even still in business. I was assigned to them through my home warranty company. I called to set up an appt. so they schedule me for a Friday between 1-4. At 2:30 I get a call saying their tech called in sick and won't be able to come until Saturday. Okay fine no problem. The tech shows up after the 4 hour window they gave me on Saturday and is CLUELESS. My husband casually mentioned he thinks maybe the blower motor on my oven is out but that he isn't sure. Next thing we know he is on the phone telling someone it's the blower motor without even really looking at it. Next thing I know he's gone, I thought maybe he went out to his car for a tool but nope just left. I had no idea what the plan was, no hey we will order the part please allow 1 week and we will call you, nothing! I waited a few days to see if they would call me and nothing so at the 1 week mark I called the office left a message, no call back. So I called again finally someone answered to tell me the part was just ordered that morning a whole week after they had been to my house before they even ordered the part. A few days later they call to tell me the part is in and they will be at my house that Friday between 1-4. I took time off work both times for these appointments. The first one they cancelled and the last one he was an hour and a half late after their 4 hour window. The tech shows up at 5:30 on a Friday. He determines that the last tech was wrong and it wasn't the blower motor, no shock there since he didn't know what he was doing. This tech also mentions that he usually doesn't work on ovens and he is their HVAC guy !
