I came here with my cousin to catch up and see the vibes! Absolutely loved it. We saw previous reviews and were intrigued although they're a year ago or so. We got drinks at the bar, amazing customers and friendly atmosphere. My cousin and I caught up and over time we ended up talking to the other customers and had a blast. Amazing interactions and even made a connection for future possible careers, completely unexpected but super fulfilling. The bar tender have extremely fast service and was super attentive regardless of how busy it was. It's a Friday and they have karaoke and it's really any vibe you want to sing. It's super community friendly and would bring more family here. They truly live to a 5 star, and I'm a critical reviewer. We did not have food but when we do I'll leave a review. I have to say, I only stopped in to pass the time while my daughter shopped at TJ Maxx--but I'm so glad I did. The first thing I noticed was the bartender on duty, Haja. Her beauty was absolutely stunning, but even more impressive was her capability, skill, and professionalism. She was articulate, poised, and confident--she even refused a drink when it was the right call. The pours were generous, the attentiveness was top-notch, and the happy hour prices were hard to beat. The bar itself feels a little underwhelming at first glance, but surprisingly, the bathrooms were cleaner than those in many dine-in restaurants I've visited. Overall, yes--especially if Haja is working. I was so impressed, I tipped her 100%, and that's something I never do. This is my home bar and my favorite bar I have been going here for nearly a decade. I have moved over thirty minutes away and I still come to see all of my favorite bartenders as well as the regulars I grew up next to. This is a neighborhood watering hole that truly welcomes everyone. Coli is wonderful and has the best drinks. Candy does the beat karaoke around. Fronza, Trisha,& Topher are also amazing and some of my favorite bartenders. I love this little bar and I hope it never dies out. This place is a hole-in-the-wall. However, it's got stiff drinks & does it's job in that respect. Something of a greasy-spoon as well. Not the best, not the worst, something of a sports bar, then again, it's got a pool table & a jukebox & might have something significantly more random on the television than sports... If anything to note about this place, it's stiff drinks, they certainly serve up a strong Caribou Lou =) read more

I had not been here in years. I will have to agree tho that this Is a hole-in-the-wall. The drinks are stiff for sure but the beer is a bit overpriced. The Blue Moon pitcher price is the highest I have seen in Kent. I thought it was wierd that there were dogs in the bar..not sure where they have marked there territory. The bartender paused the music several times to take a phone call. Also people were bringing in outside food and eating it in the bar.The restrooms were smelly and the hand soap smells like urinal cakes. We will see how many years it will be til I return read more

I came here back in the late 80s or so and decided hey, why not try out the Inn Between tavern. I was impressed by the beer selection. Some good IPAs and obscure beers you would not find at most dives. I was also surprised to see the bar had as many people in there. No cooked food which is too bad. read more

Topher and Michelle always give great service. The new blonde petite bartender is disrespectful and dismissive. As such, I will no longer be a customer here. The restrooms are atrocious, but the drinks are strong, which is good. read more

I find people like Elise M humorously sad. In case people don't know, this gal would not have any knowledge about liquor board or police activities which lends to the idea she works for a rival bar. This is a neighborhood bar with friendly faces, drinks that don't rip you off, good bar food, the best karaoke in the state with a super friendly host who doubles as a bartender (yes she has a license) to cover when volumes get heavy or when the bartender steps out for a break. They are very proficient about handling people who get out of hand and will cut off anyone who has had too much to drink (and supply them with coffee to sober up). The bar is clean and the restrooms smell a bit because they are (surprise...) a BATHROOM. So if you have your big boy underwear or big girl panties on, come to a bar where they make an effort to get to know your name and make you feel comfortable and happy. read more
