I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Victory Park Motors deserves to be shared…read more I first visited the dealership about a year ago when I was shopping for a Mercedes-AMG G63. During that visit, I found the staff to be rude, dismissive, and at times condescending. I decided to keep looking elsewhere. Recently, I drove by and noticed they still had the G63s on the lot, so I called simply to ask the asking price. The information displayed on the vehicle only showed the original window sticker and MSRP from when the vehicle was sold new, not the current selling price. I greeted the person on the phone by saying "Good morning" three separate times and never received a greeting in return. Instead of answering a simple question from a legitimate customer, the call was ended before I could even get the price. I am a business owner myself, and I understand the importance of treating every customer with respect. You never know who is ready to buy a vehicle, and basic courtesy costs nothing. I wasn't looking for special treatment--just the asking price and a professional conversation. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Because of the way I was treated both in person and over the phone, I will be purchasing my G-Wagon elsewhere.

The salesman Ben was a pleasure to work with. No high pressure bull crap, just quick answers to all my initial questions with no foxy pauses to consult with the manager or finance team. I felt like I was working with a neighbor and that he was on my side. I even decided to consider a second vehicle mid-negotiations and Ben was great about it and listened carefully to my concerns that I was worried about a 2-wheel drive car in New England winters. We landed on the Sonata and I took it for a test drive. My initial impressions of the car were very high. But 4 days and 400 miles later I am in love with the car. I have been fortunate enough to own many expensive vehicles in my lifetime including the truck I also presently own which is a high luxury vehicle costing over 3 times the price of my Sonata. I can say so far that at any price the Sonata is one of the most comfortable and best performing vehicles I have owned. It is very futuristic. The interior especially feels like a gaming cockpit and the seats are as comfortable as any expensive gaming chair. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. I will update this review as the years go by to further expand on my experience but so far I could not be happier with my 2025 Hyundai Sonata and the entire team at McFarland Hyundai

Great experience and I love my car…read more I noticed there wasn't any Yelp review for this great little used car dealership. I know buying a car can be stressful, and dealing with car dealers - especially used car dealers - can be awful. This was not at all. Everyone was very friendly, no pressure, let us look around and check out whatever we wanted. Went out of their way to make financing super easy. Before I knew it, I had the keys and drove away, with a new emissions test, a decent warranty, and a great quality vehicle. Never felt creeped out the whole time. I would recommend if you are in the market for a decent used car. Of course, do your homework, and don't be afraid to ask questions.

I bought a car back in September 2017. The service engine light was on so I brought it back to RE…read moreDavis. They told me to take it to their mechanic. All they did was reset the light twice after putting on a new gas cap. Light came on again. I finally told them that there is something going on with my vehicle as the light indicated an O2 Sensor. That is when they finally fixed the fuel pump! Since it was September, I did not even think about my AC. Turns out there was a bad AC Compressor, cost me $959.00. This was after I explained the sound I was hearing just to be told that it was nothing. Turns out it was the AC compressor and clutch hitting each other thus causing the sound I repeatedly told RE Davis about. Then, I had my entire rear suspension blow out because of bad upper trailing arms in my vehicle which were clearly rotted and rusted and had been this way for quite some time. This cost me $1,061.00. Luckily I was able to convert to a coil suspension. I believe this vehicle was in water at some point. My rear window leaks, there is some kind of a thick glue applied in various places and there are numerous other problems with this vehicle. If RE Davis Auto had let me take this vehicle to my mechanic like I had asked I would NEVER have bought this vehicle. I was told that I am not allowed to take any vehicle off the lot except to test drive. Be very careful when buying ANY vehicle from this company AND make sure they let you take the vehicle to mechanic even if they insist that you can't. Otherwise, shop somewhere else! I truly wish that the Lemon Law applied to my vehicle.
