On Thursday, Zack called and I told him the problem and he said that I could likely repair it myself. After removing the panels and looking at the mechanical/plumbing internals, I called Zack once again. I explained the situation and sent him a pic of the area and he walked me thru it and hence NO MORE LEAK. He could have made a service call and charge $125 but indicated it was a simple fix based on his assessment and he was correct! Once again... THANK YOU ZACK!

Originally, I used Pool and Spa because the previous owner had recommended them. It seems as though it must be a family business? When I first called, I spoke to a woman who I think was the wife of the owner. She was very nice and promised that someone would come out to show us how to use the pool (since we were new owners) when they opened up the pool. She also said they would vacuum to waste the pool after they opened up the pool. When the guys came out, I mentioned that I was told they would show us how to run the pool. They said they would get us after they opened up the pool. Not only did they NOT teach us how to run the pool, they didn't vacuum to waste the pool either but charged us for both services (over $100!). When I called to complain, I spoke to the same woman who again was really nice. She made an excuse that the guys were busy with many openings and said she would send them out again to vacuum to waste the pool. They came out again and eventually did the vacuum to waste. Of course, I made the mistake of using them again for the closing. Mostly because the lady called at the end of the season to ask about the closing and she was super nice again. I thought that I would give them a second change but I was once again disappointed because they were supposed to vacuum to waste the pool before closing it. I didn't trust that they would, so I made sure to check after they had left and I could see that they hadn't done it! When I called to ask if they had, they said that they didn't but on the bill they once again charged me for it!! I made them come back out and open up the pool to vacuum it out! On top of that, they broke my vacuum head, lost my hose nozzle, and ruined my hose! During that time, I had the chance to speak to an older man (I'm assuming the husband/owner of the company) was very rude on the phone. If you plan on using them to open/close your pool, make sure to check your bill so that you are only charged for services that they've provided! After being charged 3 times for services that I didn't received, I decided they could not be trusted anymore. After all, they were charging me for bottles of chlorine, etc that I'm not even sure if they actually put into my pool or not.

Called them on it and their response- "you did it". Yeah right, sliced my pool liner after spending thousands to replace it. Had to live with huge ugly patch for 6 years. CC Pools just put in a new liner for me and I couldn't be happier.

Terrible customer service and communication. I had a repair…read morescheduled for the afternoon and was told I would receive a call the morning of to narrow down the time. At 11:30 I called to check and was told that I would receive a call by noon with an update. I never received a call and only reached their voice mail for the remainder of the day. At 10:30 the following day I received a call from the office stating that she had an emergency and had to leave at noon the previous day but that the technician was supposed to have called me. She insured me that I would receive a call from her no later than 1:30 that afternoon with a time or she would give me the technicians number so I could stay in contact with him. She never called me back and I am still sitting here with a broken hot tube.
