Very nice and professional staff, not too strict when you're shooting as long as you follow the rules and act with common sense. For the responsible people that come, it's nice to shoot without feeling like someone's breathing down your neck. They have some of the biggest handgun rental options at an indoor range I been to in Socal. Beretta, Sigs, Glocks, Walther, Canik, CZ's, 1911's and more I missed. Reasonable prices for 9mm, not cheap at $30 for 50 but it's going towards a good small business that is well run, clean, pro second amendment establishment. $1 targets and very reasonable lane and rental prices. The prices are very reasonable. The place is clean and offers quite a few shooting bays. I believe they also offer gun safety classes. I have been there before when parking was difficult to find. The only complaint I'd have would be the price of ammo. They were getting $30 for a box of 9mm at the time. As soon as I walked in door you can see they have a big selection of guns, Not all guns are for use. They also sell guns. Only single shooters if you have your own Guns other then that don't bother showing up alone with no guns of your own, they will not let you shoot it's a liability thing. I highly recommend bringing your own ammo as it does get expensive buying ammo from them. Also just going to mention this because I went through it and I witnessed it happen the day I showed up. If you're going to purchase a hand gun and you have restrictions on your license make sure you take the proper paper work or you won't purchase a gun that day. Other then that it's a nice spot if somebody goes with u and doesn't want to shoot they can wait out side of the shooting range room as they do have windows where you can watch people shoot. read more

Found this place on Google. I've been here a few times and it's a cool place to shoot. The wait times are usually anywhere from 30-60 min, but on average around 45 min, so check in way before you actually want to shoot, and go grab a bite to eat or something. I bring my own firearm(s) and ammo, so I can't speak on the rental equipment. You pay a flat rate and stay as long as you want to. No solo shooters, so if you go with 1-2 other people, you can split the cost, which makes it cheaper. You also don't get bored as quickly, because you can rotate out, and watch each other shoot. I wish they had a way for us to tell how far away the targets are. There should be some sort of digital yardage meter or markers for people who want to know this info, and or for anyone who wants to zero out their firearm to a certain yardage. Never had any issues at this place, aside from seeing a woman (with her man), who kept bringing her firearm across the yellow line. I politely informed her man that she should not be doing that, and their response was "oh we've been here before". Well if they've been "here" before, then they should know the rules. Better attention needs to be paid to customers who are bringing their unloaded firearms over the yellow line to re-load them. read more

NOT the most economical range to train at if you are bringing your own long guns. My biggest gripe is that you are REQUIRED to purchase the store's ammo in order to shoot your LONG GUNS here, that includes AR-15's (chambered in .223/5.56 NATO) and shotguns. Expect your rifle to be inspected and CA compliant to be allowed to use it at this range. From my last visit on 12/16/23, the price for .223, 5.56, and 12 ga were at minimum $1.00/round, which is insane to me for post-COVID; YMMV. On a more positive note, in terms of convenience: - the range has seating inside for others in your group to spectate or wait their turn - the shooting station has a built-in shelf and shooting rest - 20 lanes at a max distance of 25 yds which can accommodate for many shooters/groups at once; making wait times to enter negligible - they do NOT require you to purchase their ammo for HANDGUNS; you can bring your own* at no additional cost I highly recommend checking out their bulletin board by the entrance, for local private-party gun sale ads. Very informative & friendly. We appreciated it. So fast forward Yesterday (Saturday), again Patrick was our first point of contact & we were ready. This was part of my birthday weekend experience as I wanted to get out of my comfort zone & would like to eventually obtain my first gun. This is a great place to try tons of guns & see what feels right. The other gentlemen working there were great (didn't catch there names) & overall was not intimidating at all. Going through that first experience, I honestly want to start coming alone on my free time to practice or try other types. I personally liked one which one of the other guys who worked there suggested (CZ 75 SP-01). It felt comfortable & thus far is my favorite & even thinking of purchasing one soon. I do not like guns, but I am all about being "gun safe" for myself and especially my kids. I was raised being exposed to shooting so I wanted my kids to have the same experience in a safe environment. With all the gun video games it was time for them to learn real guns are powerful and NOT a toy. This facility allows kids of a certain age to shoot, so off we went. (Call to verify age limits). The staff was nicer and more patient than I expected. They explained what guns were best for our experience level and objectives. There's a guy that's usually always there that took the time to show my son (he was 11 during our 1st visit) the correct technique which helped because sometimes kids don't think parents really know what they are doing (go figure!). My daughter, 13 at the time did very well and after a few shots felt comfortable reloading the paper target and reloading the guns. Price: Gun rentals & targets are priced decently but they "get you" by charging you for ammo, and you must buy their ammo. Ammo is pricey and made our gun shooting excursion over $100 for 4 people. Overall I've been here twice and had a nice safe feeling both times and was treated well. We even brought our neighbors kid who was far less experienced with guns and the guy that worked there came and gave him about 1 minute tutorial which was golden! read more

It's not the fanciest range I've seen but I like this place. The place is clean and the people were friendly. They allow you to carry your gun inside and you don't need to lock it in a case or anything. They allow you to bring pistol ammo, so you can test your self defense ammo in your gun to make sure it shoots properly for defense purposes. I don't know how much options they have for types of guns to shoot but this place I like. read more

I've been here once with my son, and they allowed me to bring him at the age of 10. Other shooting ranges only allowed 12 years and up. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The gun I rented for my son was a Ruger 22. Some of the rounds we purchased misfired, and the staff helped us with removing said rounds. I would recommend this shooting range. read more

I live 5 mins from this range and it's very convenient. The staff is always friendly and happy to help and the range itself is clean. The range fee is reasonable as well. I bring my own guns to shoot but saw a lot of firearms available to rent. One day I decided to bring my carry weapon for some training right after work and didn't bring any ammo. I figured I'd just get some at the range. Man oh man don't make my mistake. I asked for 2 boxes of 9mm. It was my mistake for not asking the price, but I figured it wouldn't be too much. I did expect a markup at the range. But 30 dollars for a box of 50 9mm is ridiculously expensive. I ended up paying 60 dollars for a hundred rounds. I could have got 200 rounds for that price, even at turners... aside from that the range is good. Bring your own ammo if you're shooting your own guns. read more

Got a chance to finally make it to the range for some much needed practice. Had heard about this place through word of mouth, and a few friends. They all had nothing but positive things to say, so my wife and I decided to check it out for ourselves. We went on a Saturday morning, just after they opened. I was a little worried that there would be long line and wait, but was pleasantly surprised. We walked right in and were met by a bunch of "HELLO! How can we help you" from the staff and got checked in and our lane assignment in under 5 minutes!! On the range itself, we found it in good shape. We really appreciated the shelf underneath the table that can be used for storage of range bags, cases, and ammo boxes. The range was constantly swept by the range Marshals and shooters. All staff members were knowledgeable and helpful by answering any and all questions. All rules are strictly enforced!! We all received frequent reminders via the PA system. Overall my wife and I got the practice we needed, felt safe while shooting, got the help we needed when we asked, and had a good time. I'm definitely going to recommend Insight to our gun club, Standing In The Gap Gun Club Orange County (SITGGCOC), and hopefully be able to use the facility as an alternate site, when our home site is booked. read more
