I would highly recommend Inspect 360 to any one considering a home inspection. Background: My family and I are moving from NJ to TX in August and flew in for the home inspection. We are new to the DFW area and needed somebody that we could trust. I reached out to a number of different inspectors, but went with Inspect 360 because of their ratings and services. Inspect 360 is not the cheapest, but in a home inspection, you get what you pay for. Services Performed: We had an inspection for: Home, Pool, Sprinklers, and Termite (WDI). The entire process was about 4 hours with a 45 min debrief afterwards. In the report, Tom made me feel very comfortable and went over the entire process. My situation was unique in that there was already another home-inspection provided by the seller. However, I still wanted my own agent. I was very glad that I did because he found some major issues. Additional Info: Inspect 360 also provides a warranty for 90 days after move-in. This provides additional peace-of-mind of any mishaps with appliances, systems, pumps, etc., around the house. We hired inspect 360 to do the inspection on our home we actually paid them extra to do the pool with a licensed pool contractor and also paid extra for a licensed electrician he ran it through supposedly every one of its options well that didn't work the hot tub starts draining immediately and within 10 minutes it's maybe a foot of water not only that he missed all Kinds of stuff That we ended up having to pay for he said he ran the sprinklers there were so many broken and broken pipes that we had to pay to have them all redone I mean it's just pretty pathetic then we asked him how is our heater look he goes oh I don't grow and attics unbelievable I can promise you I won't be hiring them again read more

For my new construction purchase of my house I had misgivings when my inspector appeared more eager to please my real estate agent who referred them and the builder than they appeared to be looking out for my interests. I have issues with poor workmanship on my gutters and other smaller things but now I just had to hire someone to patch up 13 gaping holes (many seen from ground level) around my house that the builder did not properly seal allowing critters to get into my house. I just hope other things don't pop up that is going to cost me yet more money when I was hoping I could get away from repair costs for a few years after getting a new home. read more

Bruce is the inspector I request most often-he is on time, thorough and a great help in the buying process. He never rushes through - takes his time explaining results with my clients, and emails his inspection report out while we are going through it so we have the results right away. He's always happy to answer any questions and makes sure the client understands. All appliances are checked for recall - and are kept in a database- so if a recall occurs or if its been missed, the client is notified. As a Realtor- there is a handy tool that helps me in my job when requesting repairs- I can create a repair request document listing repairs needed. We hired them to do our home inspection after our realtor recommended them. The inspector claimed he checked all these things out but the day we moved in we noticed the dishwasher leaking under the sink. The day after we moved in we noticed the upstairs bathroom had leaks causing the ceiling to bubble. We paid over $500 for an inspection and it did absolutely nothing! Within days after moving in we had over $3,500 worth of repairs to do and apparently because their inspector said he checked this stuff in the report they are off the hook.
