I hate getting my oil changed. The way it typically works, I take my car to Firestone on the weekend where I'm told that it will be a few hours and they recommend I drop the car off. I used to work at a Firestone as a Sales Rep in college and I know they do this for a reason. Oil changes are a low margin business and Firestone doesn't make a lot of money on them. Consequently, they will either discourage you from getting "just an oil change" by telling you it's going to be a long time, even though a typical oil change takes about 10 minutes, or they will try to find something they can recommend you fix or maintenance that you "need" (this is what the "free courtesy check" is for). I know in-and-out oil changes aren't Firestone's business model, but I know many people still go there for just an oil change. All that time and effort will then cost you about $39 for a standard oil change. Conversely, Insta Quick Oil Change is how the process should work. I've had fast food orders take longer. You drive up, pull into the bay when it's your turn, fill out a short form, and the techs get to work. The actual oil change took less than 10 minutes for me and they also check your tire pressure and fluids and refill if needed. This minimal time and effort cost me $22 and I was able to get it done on my lunch break. I'll never go back to a full service autocare place like Firestone for an oil change. read more

I'm glad before I got an oil change this morning that I decided to take a quick look on Yelp. Just as the other reviews stated, this place is awesome. The service is extremely quick. When I pulled up there were two cars in front of me in my lane, and I was still out of there within 15 minutes. The staff is friendly and this place is very affordable! I looked at my receipt for this place compared to the last drive-thru oil change I went to. $25 compared to $140 (not joking, I drive a truck and use synthetic). I wish there was a place for a tip on the receipt as I definitely would have tipped the guys. They even cleaned out my air filter and topped off two tires that looked low. i didn't even get an oil change here... they're that trustworthy. i took a used pickup i had just bought there. they guided me in, checked my oil first, and told me that the oil looks new and i don't need an oil change yet. they also pointed out that my oil pan lug nut looked stripped and i should have it checked out somewhere before it starts leaking or falls out. i took it to a mechanic and had that issue fixed before it was a bigger problem thanks to these guys. i'll be back. read more

We pulled up and within a minute or two we were in the bay. The guys were nice and helpful. They even pointed out a couple things that I might want to have looked at. My daughter was with me and we decided to time it to see how long it would take from the time they told us to pull in and the time we pulled out. 7 minutes and 49 seconds!!!! I will be going back. as I was sitting in the line at Walmart waiting to get an oil change and waiting and waiting with nobody appearing, I decided to go on Yelp and see if there was a oil change place locally, I went around the corner and went to this facility.I have to say this was a great experience everybody there was so nice and quick. I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes on a Saturday. The basic oil change at Walmart in $31.99, extended miles was more than that.when I pulled into their Bay they asked me what type of oil I wanted in my car it had more miles they recommended the oil for the same price, my total bill was $22.42. I am so glad I looked on here to find somewhere else because I'm getting so sick of Walmart customer service and there don't give a shit about customers....I highly recommend these guys and will definitely be going again for now on read more

Wow this place is awesome! I used to religiously get my oil changed at a location that was a bit far from me. Since this place had great reviews and is near my house, I decided to try it out. I waited less than 15 min since there were two cars in front of me. They checked my car's fluids and stuff to make sure everything looked good (I don't know much about cars.) They noticed my car had some screws missing somewhere during the process of the oil change, and they replaced them at no additional charge. How generous! I was out in less than 10 minutes. It took me longer to drive the 4 miles over there than it did for them to do the whole oil change. They are friendly, they don't mess around and bug you to get a million more things done. As a 19 year old girl, it can be really easy to play me when it comes to my car, and they absolutely don't even try to do anything like that. It's so much cheaper than anywhere else I had looked.
