I'm so impressed with this establishment, I decided to follow my gut because there was a couple bad reviews but the majority was excellent. Excellent service right away, it's the first time getting my oil changed there, so I called first making sure they carry my type of oil. They did of course but when I get there they tell me for my 2016 KIA optima they started carrying the special oil filter required for warranty purposes. I gladly accepted the upgrade for $4 extra. It was 90 degrees outside but in not even 10 minutes from when I turned my car off they were finished. Pretty painless oil change. You drive up and wait in line like you're at McDonalds or something and each oil change takes less than 10 minutes. The guys were friendly and knowledgable and they topped off my washer and brake fluid and even added air to tires as a part of the oil change, all while sitting in my car. I never had to get out and this service was much faster than waiting forever at midas. Will be coming back. read more

Definitely an interesting oil change experience. You wait in a line and drive up when it's your car's turn to be serviced. The guys were really nice and quick! I was in and out with 2 cars in front off me in less than 30 minutes. They topped off all my fluids, even the radiator fluid, and pumped air in my tires all free of charge. Came here based on outrageously great reviews. I usually go to Tires Plus and the price went up on me. I have a Lexus Hybrid so it requires full synthetic oil which usually range around $60-$85 elsewhere. I waited awhile for the service, there was a long line on Saturday afternoon. But basically when it's your turn, they give you a short form to fill out... the guy notify me that my car requires full synthetic oil and I was fine with it. It literally took them 10 minutes to do their job and you get to watch all the actions in your own car. They topped off on the fluids and put air in my tires. Total with coupon was $43 approx. I recently tried this place for one of my fleet vehicles and wow was I impressed. This has to be the fastest oil change I have encountered, they nearly the rival the speed of a Pit Crew at Daytona! By the time I filled out the basic form , they were closing the hood and I was on my way, literally less than 7 minutes. What's to say that hasn't been said? 2cars in front of me and I was out in less than 20 minutes. They check tire pressure, windshield washer fluid, power steering fluid and radiator fluid - right in front of you since you never get out of your vehicle. After oil change is done they double check the dipstick to ensure you're at the proper level. The workers are very polite. This was easily the best and fastest oil change in my life. read more

I am giving the Insta-Quick only two stars, not because I received bad service, but because I did not receive service at all. I looked on Yelp for an oil change station and this place has so many great reviews that I felt that it would be worth driving out of my way for. I called them to make sure that they had synthetic oil and asked the price. The price was very reasonable, so I drove about 15 minutes out of my way on my lunch break from work. Upon pulling in, a gentleman approached my car and asked me to pop my hood. Before I could do so, he asked me what engine I had. I responded that I had a diesel. He then informed me that he did not have the right oil for diesel engines and he could not help me. Hence the two stars. I know I am in the minority of drivers with a diesel engine, but nowhere on the company website did it mention that they do not service diesels. I have had my oil changed at plenty of other local companies that have never had a problem with changing the synthetic oil in my diesel VW so I was a little annoyed and very disappointed. Just wasted most of my lunch break, and didn't even get my oil changed. read more

Quick is right! I cant believe how quickly they got me in and out. I would guess it was about 5 minutes. Other oil change places make you stand there and wait 5 minutes while they punch things in their computer system. Also, I like that this is a locally-owned business.
