These people are not only dishonest and rapey, they are dangerous. I could have gotten seriously hurt both in the garage and while driving. I was a customer for years. I am horrified. They also check (and fill) your fluids and tire pressure for no extra cost, which is a nice bonus. --- Summary --- Yelp served me well for finding my go to oil change spot. I was simply amazed by this place as I am use to having to leave my car and keys with someone to do an oil change that could take an hour. Here, you stay in your car and drive up to them. Listen to their instructions and then they perform the oil change right in front of you in addition to checking and filling your fluids and tire pressure. This all happens in less than 10 minutes. My girlfriend was with me and she was in complete awe that a place like this existed. She even snap chatted it along with telling her friends/family. When the bill came to be only $22, I was pleasantly surprised by the cost and quick service. From the hot summer heat and humidity, they were all sweaty as I was getting sweaty too with my engine and A/C off. I also tipped them an extra dollar as a tip for the quick service and working in this hot summer weather. They also provide a sticker on the inside of your windshield (on the top left) as a reminder of when your next oil change should be (3000 mi or 3 months). Best oil change in town. They get you in and out in less than 10 once your car is in the bay. There is sometimes a long line of cars waiting but it moves pretty fast. I try to get there early to avoid a wait. Great crew, they seem to work together very well and everyone is friendly and helpful. They always let me know if there is something that my mechanic should look at and even did me a solid and fixed that plastic cover thing under my car that was driving me crazy! I was there before other vehicles and they made me go all the way around to the back of the line because I didn't go through the "correct" entrance even though there was no direction on what way to go the guy was super rude. If they want people to go through one entrance and not the other they either need to put up signs or cones not just assume everybody knows what's going on inside of their head I waited 20 minutes just for them to tell me they didn't like that I turned off of park blvd into their property. It's a hole in the wall across the street from McDonalds on Park and 52nd, so be on the look out. It's first come, first served, but I didn't wait a bit. Just drove right in and drove right out! I did call ahead to get basic info and was told they did not have the special oil filter required for the car, so I stopped off to purchase it first, and was given a nice discount for having the filter with me. Plus, it saved tons of time having taken care of this crucial component. I've spent waaay more at Jiffy Lube, and others, and had some not so great experiences...oil cap not replaced, wrong oil applied, etc. These guys are friendly and knowledgeable. Here's how to proceed: - Pull up to the open spot, watch the guy's hand signals to make sure you're in the proper position. - Pop the hood. Don't get out of your car. - Tell them you don't need the paperwork, if you don't need it. I go back into the office to wait with my book, expecting to wait awhile. Through some kind of mechanical miracle, a team of men change my oil with cartoon-like swiftness in about 5 minutes. I am not exaggerating this timeframe. Originally I ask for full synthetic (I'm not auto-savvy and it's a new car). They exercise human decency and honest business ethic by telling me that I do not need full synthetic, which is more expensive than the hybrid blend my car requires. Females everywhere, take note! I, like many, never want to be taken advantage of because I'm (gasp) female. Sadly, my check engine light came on and I realized that it was time for that horrors of all horrors, my service. Ohi! I am new enough to the area, that I haven't had to get serviced yet. SO.....YELP to the rescue! After reading reviews on this place, I called them up. When I called, I spoke to Josh who was super helpful. He walked me through how it works and even gave me pricing rundown ahead of time. He also informed me how to check the oil weight because my car being 2013 might have needed a different oil. As it turns out, thanks to his advice, I needed 20w synthetic which is more expensive. He explained that I would need to either stick with Synthetic or get the blended, with the later being more expensive. I headed out and found it easily. Pulled into one of the two waiting lanes where I was directed by an attendant. I sat in my car and made some phones calls while waiting in line. There were two vehicles ahead of me, and my wait time was 10ish minutes. As I waited I was also able to read the signs about what their service entailed. They do a 14 point check that includes oil change, checking filters and fluid levels, tire air pressure, and various other things, all listed in plain view. When I was the next in line, the attendant came to my window and directed me to fill out a form with my name and car information, nothing too difficult. Then I was directed to pull in where I never left my car and was able to watch the mechanics work their magic. In sub ten minutes, I had paid, had a receipt, and was driving out. Ladies, I'd highly recommend this place for a quick and easy service, with people who will help you feel right at home and NOT ripped off because of our gender. Thanks Insta! My husband usually changes the oil himself. Convinced this was the cheaper option that is how it's been done for a long time. But we needed an oil change quick. So I went to Yelp and found InstaQuick. It was a little tricky to get in line, the space is not very big, but we did it and it wasn't too hard. We noticed right away that there were lots of people and they were all continuously moving. But they all seemed to be in good humor and the line moved swiftly. As we pulled in we were greeted by a couple guys. They were friendly and made us feel very welcome. They got right to work and before we knew it we were done. The bill had our jaws drop wide. Cheaper than the oil my husband buys to change it himself. We certainly decided we were never going anywhere else. I got there early, before 8, waited a short amount of time before the guy opened the garage and he directed me as I pulled into the bay. He let me stay comfortably in my car the whole time. I've always had my oil changes done at Toyota and decided to try this place, based on the previous reviews. This place is great! They are very prompt with their work and don't try ripping customers off or selling them unnecessary things. I waited in line for maybe 10-15 minutes, which isn't bad. I went on a Friday afternoon around 2pm, so I didn't have to deal with a long wait. Getting in is a little tricky, if you're trying to make the left turn at the light on Park Blvd by that McDonald's. I thought about going around and making a u-turn, just so I wouldn't have to maneuver my car around so much. Pulling off of Park Blvd is an easy right into the line. Taking the light just require you to snake around the front a little, then readjust the car, once you picked a line. The guys were very courteous and fast. I appreciated not having to get out of my car, during the whole process. They really do charge a base of $19.95 for an oil change, but they also have a coupon up on their website that can be downloaded for either $3 off an oil change or $7 off the fancy oil. They did their checks and I got whatever fluids that were on the low side, topped off. My husband actually told me about this place, when he was driving his lowered Integra. He went there to do his oil changes and they let him back the car in, just so it wouldn't scrape up the bottom too much. They work well with every customer and everyone that I saw in line seemed to be pleased with their productivity and professionalism. They are definitely worth the trip and the try.
