The technician (I wish I can remember his name) removed his shoes before coming into the house. Considerate. He tested the TV before even starting the work, which makes sense. He had a pretty high tech lazer thingie to center everything nicely. It only took a little over an hour to do the work. Nice and quick. The whole service was under $400 (included the mount and any materials they needed). I feel like I got quality work for my money. Just check out my B4 and AFTER photos. i needed the front double door and gate fixed, along with some other repairs. i figured it would take weeks to book someone but they sent Alex out in a day or two and he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. the double doors got stuck and wouldn't close/open easily and the lock mechanism didn't line up so the deadbolt was pretty much useless. the double doors of the gate didn't line up so it didn't properly shut all the way. Alex took one of the entire gate doors off and reattached it and also did some magic to the front doors so now it works properly. i called back a second time to help install some automatic solar-powered blinds that needed 2 people on a tall ladder to install, patch up some stucco and paint the exterior of the house, and fix the attic hatch b/c it looked ragged and was literally hanging on by nails. Alex and Alex installed and adjusted the blinds perfectly without a problem, color matched the exterior of the house at Home Depot and stuccoed the small patch, and put in a new frame and board for the attic hatch, all in half a day. Alex was pleasant to work with and i appreciate that they wore shoe protectors or took their shoes off inside the house w/o me even asking since i have a little one who's crawling everywhere. i'll definitely be calling again for any handyman services i need, thanks! read more

I had to have a new Frame TV mounted after my last TV fell out of the wall from the wall anchors because the handyman who installed it never secured it to the studs. Amazingly, they sent Alex to my home within 2 hours of my call, he happened to rush over from another job. He was already familiar with how to unbox, and install the FRAME Samsung TV over my fireplace. He was in and out of my house within a few hours. The TV is beautiful, he even wired it to my cable box and built in AV. They have an upcharge for concealing the wires and hiding them behind the wall, but that's a worthwile expense because it looks amazing. read more

Very easy to schedule via the Yelp Request a Quote feature. I had Installationpro come out to install a bidet and help assemble a piece of furniture. They sent one handyman (Sergei) who worked with me to get those tasks done in the quote they provided, despite the challenges of having an older shut water shut off valve. Sergei was able to explain the risks of continuing the installation with the valve non-functional and we went ahead and proceeded. The #1 factor for me though was the transparency in price. Being a woman I've experienced most contractors, plumbers, HVAC's always trying to upsell once they arrive. This was the only company that provided itemized quotes, the only unknown for my jobs were the charge for materials which was under $100. I'm sure if they needed an expensive part they would give an estimate up front. In fact one of the repairs had an easier fix and the cost was adjusted lower to account for it.
