It's clear they truly care about their clients and their staff. I had Nina for my nails and Bo for my pedicure. I highly recommend both of these ladies. Even though Tony was not able to understand English very well still I had no issues. My pedicure package came with 35 mins foot massage & 5 mins shoulder massage. Again no issues in that too very professional. My husband was also very impressed with Cathy she was extra gentle with him during his sessions. Arrived right at 4:15. My daughter's technician began on her pedicure at 4:45, mine didn't begin until 5:00. So we waited 45 mins for our pedicures with an appointment that had been confirmed. Staff was nice, but there was a lot of laughter and loudness from the technicians which is totally fine and I get that they're conversational and having fun with each other at work, but this went on for about 20 mins and after a while it just gets a bit awkward. My pedicure was done at the same time that my daughters was done even though we got the same type of pedicure and even though mine started 15 minutes later. My feet are still feeling a bit rough because the technician didn't take her time with scrubbing. Also, normally pedicure will come with some sort of massage and I'm lucky if I received about 1 minute worth of massage on my feet or legs. Also, my daughter's French tip polish was just not well done. Her tips were like straight lines of white nail Polish instead of a slight curve following the natural curve on the toenail I still left a tip and ended up spending $180 for these two pedicures, but will I be back? I asked the front desk lady about this extra fee and she couldn't explain why I was charged extra. Overall, not worth what was paid. The workers are also very pushy with getting the more expensive pedicure, getting gel toe nails instead of regular, etc. This should be a relaxing experience not one where you feel pressured to spend more money. I am unsure if they might be trying to upsell and overcharge because of the 30% off special they have going on right now. Either way, if I were to pay full price for the service I received I would have been extremely upset because my nails would have been $81 for this absolute mess. I wish this business the best but if they want to compete with the amazing salons we already have in McKinney, they need to make some changes.
