First they said torque converter need to be replaced, and sent the picture to me but instead they replaced broken flywheel without any contact or informing me. For example, I received a bill for parts and labor that I did not authorize or need. I had to return my vehicle a second time because they did not fix the problem that took it in for. Second, they kept my car for a week and returned it with a glaze on my windshield that took three car washes to get rid of. Also, there was a dent on my fender that was filled in with putty. Friendly service, went above and beyond what I paid for. I brought my car in for an inspection, only to have them tell me I didn't actually need one for the next 10 months (I'm new to Texas). I figured I might as well get my oil changed while I'm there, and they had it done in about 15-20 minutes. When I got out to my car, I realized they had also corrected a low tire pressure alert that I had been ignoring, as well as filled up my windshield wiper fluid (which was completely bone dry when I took it in). They did not tell me they did those things, nor did they charge me for the windshield washer fluid. I have no idea if their prices are competitive (I know next to nothing about cars), but they were super friendly, informative, and in general made me feel welcome. I will probably be back. Word of advice - check their Facebook page for deals before you go in, I could have had an extra $10 off my oil change if I had mentioned a particular post. read more

It took 4 visits to fix the same issue. They didn't have it completed when promised 2 out of the 4 times and even went as far as to have it completely apart at closing time and then asked me to leave it overnight. As this is my only transportation that's a problem. In the end I was sold $500 in parts I didn't need. read more

Got my transmission fluid changed on a freightliner campervan Sprinter (diesel). A different place had quoted me $500 which seemed a bit high - so I kept looking and these guys were $100 less. So that's a plus - on top of friendly service and a nice waiting area with a place to plug in and get work done. I came here to get a couple things fix with my truck. Everything was cool but the main things I didn't like were that I asked for a ride back to work in the morning and Alex said 6miles was to far that the limit is 5. But than that afternoon my truck was ready. My co- worker gave me a ride I'm still new here in Texas I'm from California. So I accidentally put my Navigation to the other shop they have and guess what??? My truck was there but that's not were I dropped it off. They didn't want to give me a ride but yet they are wasting my gas and didn't tell me they were going to drive it...SHADY!!!. So they owed me a balance on my truck because I had to ride it for a few days or something when I went back they ere busy so cool I left next time I asked he Alex how long will it take he said 30-45 ok I have 4 kids and super busy so my time is priceless these guys took 3 hours. This guy obviously wasn't working because 5 min after my first review that I deleted because I was so mad I didn't explain what happed well. He came up to me and try to have me delete it. All I want to say is this the work they did is good so far, overpriced and they are not up front with you. Never ever go here again find another spot to get work done on your Ride. read more

Went in for an oil change. Decided I needed a brake fluid flush and a transmission fluid flush too. They said it'd be ready in an hour, so went off for lunch and came back in an hour. Had to wait another 45 mins before the car was ready. Found out they had performed a power steering flush instead of the transmission flush. I'm used to mechanics going over the 21-point inspection report on check out. That didn't happen here. I recently had my "check engine" light engine light come on and go away. The guy had the counter said he'd do a read. But they obviously forgot about that too. I had to prompt the guy to go over their special warranty program for the fluids they were touting. On the way home realized, they didn't bother putting up the sticker to tell me when the next service is due. Pretty basic stuff. Made me suspicious if everything has been done right. Got home, popped open the hood. Sure enough, the guy had forgot to replace the brake fluid panel cover, and had just left it on top of the engine. Happy that it hadn't been crushed or fallen out while driving back. These complaints sound trivial, I know. But they indicate that who ever was working on my car was extremely distracted. I have that feeling that the guy was just focused on getting out of there for the weekend. Pretty unsettling, especially considering they worked on my brake system. Also, definitely overpriced. read more

Took my wife's 5 year old car in for some work (rear rotors/pads and front axle boot). Less than 20 miles later she looses all brake pressure and is unable to stop. Shop claimed it was due to an unrelated issue with the front brakes (caliper). The whole situation seemed very "convenient" for the shop. Even if the shops explanation can be believed it's still troubling that they didn't catch a caliper that was so badly worn that it caused total brake failure in less than 20 miles. We ordered a pre purchase inspection based on the dealers recommendation. We were told the car was in great health, and some parts had even been recently replaced and "good to go". After about 6 months, we began having problems with a radiator. That led us to check out the problems with a mechanic in Dallas, who told us the car was completely rusted out and had obviously been for awhile (he said it was the worst he had ever seen). Basically, he was telling us the car had no value and would become unsafe and a money sink in the future. Our mechanic said this should have definitely been captured prior to purchase and suggests the inspector may be in cahoots with the dealer or incompetent. Bottom line- find someone trustworthy to do your inspection or stay away because "integrity" is not a practiced value here. read more

I came by there to get a front end alignment on my '73 Corvette. They said their alignment machine wasn't working, but should check back later in the day. I asked them if they were able to do an alignment on a '73 Corvette, and Matt, the person behind the counter said yes, we just did one on a '73 Corvette about a week ago. I called them back the next afternoon, asked if their machine was fixed, and if I could bring my car in, and they said yes. While driving there, Matt called me back and said he couldn't do the alignment because he didn't have the specs for a '73, only for a 1988 or newer model. I told him that I could furnish him the specs, and he said his manager said he couldn't do the alignment. I reminded him he told me that they just did an alignment on a '73 Corvette about a week ago. He lied to me and said it was an '88, (I distinctively remember him saying "1973", not "1988". Not sure why they seamed so scared to align this car. It's pretty easy, and no different than any other American made car front suspension made in the seventies and eighties., and I offered to furnish them with the alignment specs. Very unsettling to me, would never trust them to work on my, or any other family member's car. read more

I went in today to get an oil change and car inspection. I walked in, asked the tech how long it would take, he told me 30 minutes and came close to holding that time...oil change was $39....came back during inspection and said I had a nail in the tire, patching the tire was $20....all in I was there about an hour and the whole thing cost me $90 (oil change, inspection, patch tire)but the two guys I spoke to were very polite. I would take my car back...I can't speak on behalf of more major repairs but for what I had done I was satisfied. read more

I have been to multiple "shops" around the area and our usual go-to used to be Goodyear. They weren't horrible, but everything they did was to the books, the people there were quite bland and didn't show much care for your thoughts or wallet. I came to Integrity to prepare for my upcoming inspection to make sure everything would be set. I walked in and they asked how my mother was doing. My mom is a pretty memorable person let me tell you, but for them to even ask tells me they aren't the average joes. It may not seem like a big deal but I guess it baffled me a bit. Anyway I came back to see how everything was, and everything worked great. It was all up to par, and it was nowhere close to expensive considering everything I had done to the car. The new facility looks nice and the people look nice, too, but one of them, the guy named Kevin, was really very rude and his attitude was so bad! The first time I went there, he gave me a good impression, but when I went there the 2nd time because my tires didn't have enough air pressure, and I thought they checked it since my service included 25 points checks (whatever they call it!), his attitude totally changed. First I showed him that my tire pressure was only 28 in 3 tires, only one has 32, he said 28 is ok. I then asked him if he could pump some air for me and brought all of them to 34 because I understand that with the car having run for a while, and the tires got hot, the air pressure will increase. First he's saying that no matter hot or cold, the tire pressures won't change. When I insisted that all 4 tires need to have the same pressure value, he went ahead and pulled some air off my 32- tire, and told me that all tires now had the same value! This left me totally speechless! I I reiterated that I need more air in my tires, he became very impatient, and asked me "are you crazy?!" and further claimed that I must have got mental illness. I now had nothing to say. I promptly left, and swore to myself, "I'LL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE!" I wouldn't recommend this store to anybody who would ask me! read more
