One of the mechanics test drove my car and explained that the brakes had to wear in before I would function normally. They checked out the brakes for me and I didn't even buy the brakes from them. Politeness and care was taken into consideration when talking to the owner of shop. I am a survivor of stroke that took place March 12, 2022. The only thing that is lacking is short term memory loss and that is challenging me when talking about mechanical issues regarding my Fiat 500L Trekking model. This is a 2014. My only main concern is driving to Plano because I am currently fighting dehydration and a sinus infection. With no air in car that poses a big problem with my own body and trying to push fluids is difficult enough.

He came so close that he nearly hit my windshield. The driver didn't know what information to give me, so he called his boss right in front of me. I was present for that entire conversation, and I have clear proof of what was said. So instead of providing me insurance information that I asked for, the boss told me to bring my car to their shop and demanded I bring it right in that moment so they could fix it. Which I clearly didn't feel comfortable doing. The tow truck driver also just left due to his boss telling him to go onto his next call instead of handling the situation properly as a business owner. When I later called twice to ask if I could bring my car another day or for their insurance information, they showed no compassion, tried to argue with me, and hung up in my face both times. The last time I called, they said they didn't have time to deal with it and hung up again. Now they are trying to lie saying that I hit them and ran into the back of the tow truck and they offered to fix it "out of the kindness of their heart" , which is completely untrue and sad that is what they decided to say after I damn near almost had a whole flat bed bust through my windshield due to their drivers lack of awareness that there was someone behind him AT A RED LIGHT. I even have the interaction all recorded. This entire situation has left me feeling taken advantage of and manipulated, and everything was genuinely traumatizing. This place is just a lawsuit waiting to happen. Very unprofessional experience. I'd advise EVERY costumer to record and document EVERYTHING while using this company. Down to phone calls, one on one conversations and everything else in between.

From the time I reached out and throughout the process the team communicated well. They handled all the other recommended repairs same day for significantly less than the dealership wanted to charge. Oh man, I hate doing this, but what I have experienced at "Integrity 1st" is ANYTHING BUT integrity. My wife left a review a week ago detailing the issues. I STILL do not have my truck back and now they want MORE $. I have wasted hours on the phone with them going round and round. I have talked to Yusuf Khan (the supposed VP), Sam - District Mgr, and Dave - Store Mgr. After they sent my truck to a dealer and brought it back because the dealer said that the engine needed to be replaced, Yusuf Khan called me profusely apologizing and repeatedly saying that they would take care of us and fix my truck at NO COST TO US, that it was only right. In that conversation we explicitly talked about not just removing the glow plug that had broken off in the engine, but putting in new glow plugs and the 3 new fuel injectors. Two days ago, (12/20) Yusuf Khan (the supposed VP) called changing his tune. After listening to him talk literally uninterrupted for 25 minutes I had to interrupt when he said that we would now need to pay $2900 to get my truck back. When I reminded him of what he said before, that they would "fix my truck at NO COST TO US", he told me he never said that. My wife and I sat there in unbelief. He mentioned in a previous conversation that they record all calls that go through the shop, so we asked him to go back and listen to the recording on certain days, because while that conversation may have been on his cell phone, there were others with the store manager and district manager that were on the store phone where they both repeated what Yusuf Khan said, that our truck would be fixed including the glow plugs and fuel injectors at NO COST TO US. (Most of our conversations have been from their cell phones, but also a few from their store phone.) He said he would go back and listen and then call us the next day. When the next day came (12/21), Yusuf did NOT call us, but instead had his district manager Sam call us. We asked Sam if they went back and listened to the recording and he said they did. When my wife repeated what Yusuf, Sam and Dave all said at different times, Sam did not refute her and in fact said that their "Legal" wouldn't let us listen to it when we asked to listen to the recordings (makes you wonder what they are trying to hide). During this conversation with Sam we again went back and forth over what amount of $ they wanted us to pay to get my truck fixed. In this delineation we were now being asked to pay for the cylinder head gasket (2 of them) on top of the glow plugs & fuel injectors. In one back and forth Sam goes from saying he's not going to charge us labor, but yet the total price is the same as before! After almost an hour on the phone we ask Sam to go back to his boss with our offer to pay $1100 (the amount for the 3 fuel injectors) and call us tomorrow. The Last Straw Today 12/22, I have really exhausted all patience that I have. When you see people on the news do stupid stuff I imagine that it was probably crap like this that must've pushed them over the edge. That will not be me, but I am done messing with these people that have shown themselves to not act with what their name claims they have. Today, I had to call Sam. He is now telling us that the head gaskets they ordered did not come with the cover and that they will not fit on my truck. So now they must order new valve covers that come with the gaskets. Now he can't tell me when those parts will be in, when my truck will finally be fixed, and guess what... I'm going to need to pay more money! And if I don't then they will start charging me Storage Fee's until I pay for it and come get it! THIS is the kind of company "Integrity 1st" is. BEWARE. If you have a business you SHOULD have integrity, but if your freaking name is INTEGRITY, then you better make sure you do! They have had my truck since the day before Thanksgiving (5 weeks) as of this review. As I explained to them a week ago, my family needed my truck to drive to Tyler to see family for Christmas - not gonna happen. We'll figure it out, but no thanks to them. read more

We had a horrible experience at the Wylie location. We spoke to Yusuf & Sam, who are over the whole Integrity 1st conglomerate. They damaged my husbands truck, told us they would take care of whatever was needed at no cost to us. Then they retracted. They performed unauthorized work on the truck as evidenced by our invoice that clearly says "pending authorization" next to each line item. They then expected us to pay for all the unauthorized work and wanted us to sign a disclaimer that we wouldn't seek any legal action against them. We refused to sign, they refused to release the vehicle despite us willing to pay in full. It got so bad we had to get Wylie PD involved in order to get our vehicle back. We now have the vehicle in our possession but today everyone they know left a bad review on my husbands business. They have never been a customer of my husbands! We spoke to our lawyer who said this is considered harassment and is a criminal charge. We told Sam their reviews need to come down or we will seek legal recourse. They have yet to take them down! I would think twice about doing business with this company. They are very unethical and have ZERO integrity! read more

I met Kevin in a desperate situation when I needed guidance for my Lexus Rx330 when it broke down like hell. Kevin has been nothing but a genuine gentleman who took the time to explain me what the issue with my car was, explained me what it takes to fix it. Not to mention, his cost to repair and time to get me back my vehicle was significantly less (more than 50% less) then my previous "Car GUY" from the same neighborhood. This shop absolutely lives up to the name "intergity". Al went out of his way to go check out my moms car which was damaged, and even offered to tow it on the spot. I've been to Integrity 1st Car Pros in Plano on Independence/15th three times: the first for a state inspection, the second for a battery bracket, and the third (today Feb 16 2026) for a plug drain for water sloshing on the driver's side. Nothing super major, but each time I was treated with respect and taken seriously which is a major deal for women. The best and fastest service I have ever gotten. I was really impressed with their facility and professionalism as soon as I walked in the door. I had bought a lower control are for my Dodge Ram 1500 and they were able to put the part on as well as adjust the alignment quicker than most shops I have been to before. I have used Integrity First Automotive several times now for several repairs, and have been very satisfied with their work and prices. Kevin, the manager, is very friendly and easy to work with, and Roy, head mechanic, can fix anything, including my Sprinter van, which had an obscure problem. Our regular service advisor was friendly, and we initially agreed to have a repair completed. We later decided not to move forward, but we were never told the part had been ordered and held for us. There was no follow-up communication to discuss the situation. Months later, we called to schedule a diagnostic for an entirely different issue. Instead of helping us, the general manager called and immediately began lecturing us about how they do business. She insisted we had to complete the previously recommended repair before they would even look at our vehicle. She also repeatedly claimed that we had left our car sitting at their shop for weeks, which is simply not true. When I explained that this never happened, she argued with me, insisted she was right, and refused to consider that there may have been a misunderstanding. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue, she chose to be confrontational and essentially accused us of being dishonest. After years of being a loyal customer and spending thousands of dollars there, I expected a respectful conversation--not to be scolded or argued with. If there had been confusion about our account, it could have been handled professionally. Instead, the interaction with the general manager cost Autoscope a long-time customer. It's unfortunate because the technicians and our regular service advisor had always provided excellent service. Sadly, one unnecessary confrontation overshadowed years of otherwise positive experiences.
