I'm almost embarrassed to write this review after the bonehead error I made. I wanted to visit an…read morehistorical site about 25 miles from Las Vegas. When I arrived, I saw that the Union Pacific Railroad had fenced and locked the gate to the road you used to use to get to the spot. Just after the fence was a dirt road leading to where I wanted to go. I went off road, realized the ground was soft, but I was able to get up 2/3 of the hill before my car wouldn't go any further. It was like being in the snow back in New York. I backed down the hill expecting to just drive away and foprget this outking. However, that idea was abandoned when my car got stuck in very soft and deep desert sand and some dead creosote bushes had stopped by backward progress. Here I am, stuck about 5 miles from a truck stop and I had no water (some desert rat I am)! After wondering what to do, I finally called the non=-emergency 311 number. I explained by predicament and asked if they could advise me what to do. This was the North Las Vegas police department. They decided it would be best to talk top Las Vegas Metro Police and they transferred me. Metro decided it was best to transfer the call to the Nevada Highway Patrol given I was in them middle of nowhere. After talking to NHP for a short ime, the call was cut off. Using Yelp, I eventually got connected with a towing service out of North Las Vegas (Elite Towing). They knew my general location and what I needed. In about 3/4 of an hour, I saw the flatbed arrive. I was going to be extricated from the mess I had gotten myself in. The driver came over and started up the hill and would pull the front out. When he realized the softness of the sand, he backed down and decided to pull the car from the back end. He attached the winch cables and I was told to turn the wheel when the car was leaving the sand and getting onto the packed gravel road, and it worked just fine! I was free. The driver, a very pleasant young man, disconnected the cables and I was free to go. I made no attempts to get to the site. I had learned my lesson. After a quick turn around, I was headed back to Las Vegas. Many thanks to Elite Towing for their response which was timely given where I was. I also decided that I'd rent a four wheel drive when I go back. (some people never learn)! I knew I shouldn't have traded my 4x4 xTerra. But I lknow if I'm in range where I can get help, Elite will be there to rescue the jerk who got himself stuck in the desert.

I arrived at the tire shop and the sales rep immediately recommended I buy 4 new tires before having the tech look at it. I told them I came in for a repair I was not prepared to fork out $400+. Turns out the tech said it was just a small nail and was able to patch it! I'm so glad David gave me the reassurance about my tire. He was prompt, communicative, friendly, and handled my car with care.

They took their time and care to get my big old boat of a Cadillac into the unit safe and sound, which was not an easy feat. First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

They also identified an issue the first shop missed, a shredded serpentine belt. Passion Auto was very understanding of our situation and did good work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Roll into a touristy town, 500 miles from home on vacation with your family and the cooling system dies as you pull into the hotel. What do you do? Who can you trust? After looking at local places online, Integrity hit some marks with people talking about them being honest and friendly. I took a chance and texted the owner, who texted me back on Sunday afternoon. I dropped the car and the next day I had news - bad water pump and an expensive fix. Trust but verify - over and over again on the internet people said the repair took so many hours - exactly what was quoted to me - the internet said some other components needed changing when the job was being done (by any competent shop anyway) - again, exactly what was quoted to me. Both the owner (who was on vacation) and the tech were super helpful, friendly, communicative and went the extra mile to get it done by the time we were planning to leave for home. If you need to go to a mechanic, I would recommend Joey without a doubt. He will tell you what's wrong with your car and work with you to fix the problem. I was honestly impressed with his service. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, especially if you're not a local but if you go to Joey, you're in good hands. Before finding integrity mobile auto service, we went to another mechanic who replaced our starter when our car did not even have a starter issue, so our car did not turn on. However, I happened to find a second mechanic, Joey, who quickly knew that it was our timing belt. He is experienced and won't waste your time or money! I have a 2014 Ford Taurus that needed the Ac / Blower Motor called and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Joey. The first call and spoke with him. I knew this was going to be a Great Experience, just because he gave me a few things to try to get it to work. That way I could try to get it to work. No luck , called Joey back and he reassured me bring it in and he will take it right in. Took my car in on Friday and meet Alex. And what a Wonderful Human Being so nice , told Alex , I had spoken to Joey about the car. Alex took my info and keys. I drove into town this past weekend for an event at Allegiant Stadium. My Ford explorer started having issues on my drive in and started flashing a wrench on the dashboard. Brought my car into Integrity shop Friday AM, where I was greeted and assisted by Randy. He diagnosed my car and was very thorough in explaining the issues present and what the car needed in order to be properly fixed. I told him I needed the car same day because I was leaving the next morning. I left the car for fixing and Randy communicated with me throughout the process, he was able to complete the fixes same day. Our go to mechanic for everything from usual oil change, to complicated old issues where most mechanic will guess their work. At Tyler Express, they know what they are doing. And if they have to figure it out, I fully trust them in not trying to rip me off; they will explain what they feel they can control. We've been going since 2024; they moved location to 3915 W Twain Ave. I kept forgetting to create this review. - In the past, an oil change, oil filter would be like 15-20min for $30ish cash/zelle. - This visit we brought our own oil, oil filter, filters (cabin/engine), fuel system cleaner; and pay for labor. All of this + whole car quick check is 45min-1hr from $70. We already have our own oil due to needed to refill the Prius every so often. Otherwise, I don't think its an issue to just use their supplies? Waiting room is clean with comfortable new couches, coffee Keurig cup machine, etc. It has ac. You'll have to walk through the left door office, and it's in the back area of it. With this new location, you're like 6min walk away from many great places -- - Plaza with Golden Tiki (bars and food), - 99 Ranch Market and plaza, - Rio Casino Hotel, and - Take It Easy Roasters to morning/afternoon wifi/study/work on laptop from 8am-4pm (9min/0.4 miles stroll away) - Pop Café to afternoon/evening wifi/study/work on laptop from 2pm-10pm M-Sat (13min/0.6 miles stroll away). Towing: - We called Tyler Auto and they were willing to take us in. They took in our car from being towed for simple stupid mistake by us (no gas, we have a dashboard blank out issue/typical issue for old Prius in hot climate places). - Towed our car in. Apparently a lot of cars get towed here. Alot of the Vietnamese restaurant owners bring their car there which is a good sign to us. - Tow person's tip: Police tow will cost around $500 where cops also get a cut from it. Don't take a Police tow unless you have to. Cash or Zelle is best. They have QR code to pay.

The lady at the front desk was a bit abrupt, but Jonathan more than made up for it with his professionalism and warmth. I was prepared for a long wait, as I was told it could take until the end of January to get my car back--but with some luck, it was ready within two weeks. The repairs were flawless--you couldn't even tell I had been in an accident--and they matched the beautiful blue of my car perfectly. I highly recommend Update Auto, and if you go, make sure to ask for Jonathan. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication go above and beyond. I literally cried in the parking lot because I love this car so much. A friend of mine recommended Universal Motorcars and honestly thank god she did. Now I'm no car expert but even I know that black pearlescent is SO hard to match. I was terrified they'd get it slightly off and I'd be stuck with a car that looks patchy forever. I kept googling horror stories lol. When I went to pick it up I was genuinely nervous. Walked around the whole car, looked at it in the sun, took like 50 photos and I could not find the repair. Like at all. The color is perfect, the finish is perfect, everything matches. I actually texted my friend immediately like "I can't believe this." If you've had an accident and you have a Lexus please just go to Universal Motorcars. Especially if you have a dark colored car.
