Wow! This place is super-awesome! I came into Vegas from out of town on vacation with the family and ran over a curb that detached my car's engine splash shield, so I brought my car in to get it checked out. The owner, Joey, was so amazing that he offered to inspect the underside of the car and re-attach the splash shield free of charge. He even used stronger fasteners to attach splash shield and showed me pictures of any potential damage to the underside, which were minor. He was also able to answer a lot of questions and allay any concerns I had, too! Really made my day and allowed me to enjoy the rest of my vacation with my family! Unfortunately you can't give minus stars. Joey & Randy have broken the law withholding parts from my vehicle. The work was 100% defective and the lies about my vehicle are ridiculous. Joey lied about the documentation he added to the payment receipt added and removed information. Randy threatened to keep my vehicle if I didn't sign false documentation. After defective repairs I had to pay thousands of dollars. Run far away from this faulty repair shop. We are definitely heading to court. As Randy stated he doesn't want to pay for a new engine. After addressing an issue that required replacing a VVT Solenoid sensor on my truck, which I was able to replace, I inadvertently created a new problem in that I damaged the connector. A friend of mine recommended Integrity, and after talking with them on the phone, I got a good vibe and decided to go to them. Broke down Friday night and waited until Monday morning to be serviced. They managed to squeeze me in, which was good, hooked it up to their OBD scanner to determine what was wrong with it. They fixed it in record time. However, after unexpectedly paying over $1k for additional hotel and towing, I needed a friend's assistance. When it was fixed, I drove away and got a quick bite about half an hour away. As I pulled onto the freeway, my pickup returned to making unusual noises, so I went back for a re-evaluation to discover it was the transmission--another $2,700 for the work and $600 for a room while they fixed it AGAIN. But how many times would this happen? The transmission guy, from next door, happened to be right in the bay when they brought me in to discuss it. When I explained I couldn't afford to have it fixed again, they suggested I call my friend back and ask her. Expressing that wasn't an option, one of the men attempted scare tactics by asking what I would do if I broke down again in the desert alone. That made me angry. They brought my truck back around and I drove it home without incident. I sold the truck and bought something else. read more

WOW! I almost missed it. Don't even bother to read the review just bring your car in! After very popular garage in town closer to my place tried to rip me off I decided to take my car home and do another search first and get some estimate to compare price first before bringing it in. After a long hours of searching for a good mechanic with fair pricing I ended my search after I read many amazing things on all the reviewers talking about Joey. I start to read all the good review here and really ? Is this guy that good ? I decided to see it for myself and bring my car in I read a couple of other good reviews from other garage on Yelp before coming here and I was considering different one witch gave me a pretty reasonable price however after I saw 28 five stars reviews I needed to pay more attention. I called a couple of time no one pick up but the voice message is very clear on what to do so I decided to just drop by and figure it out. The best thing about this whole situation for me is that Joey is so young, I know now that I am set for as far as car mechanic goes. What a treasure. He is just that good!!!!!! In all aspect! the way he present the issue with you is very simple and understanding. A couple of weeks before I came here I noticed I had some oil leak in the garage floor and decided to take it for an oil change and have them check the leak and I thank them for finding tons of things that can be addressed about my car at the time even though the price was kind of high I decided to fix the oil pan gasket with that garage so I left the car there to get fix, while they try to fix the oil pan gasket they found out that the water pump was leaking as well and priced me the same price as the oil pan gasket, I decided to speak with my Son who knows a little bit about cars and how things should be about and he told me that this price was very high especially for Las Vegas after a couple of discussion with my Son I decided to go to talk to them asked more question about how serious the problem were and if I can still drive my car and she said yes its just something need to be addressed and I should prioritize the water pump, so I took my car back and re-evaluate everything and re-started my search and made some calls, I got one estimate which was already almost 50% less than the first garage, I almost took my car there but then next day continue my search then I found Integrity Mobile Auto Service with 28 Five star reviews and look at it seriously and decided to take my chance here I came in short of know what the issue was and Joey checked it out a couple of mn later he came back with his phone seat down with me on the couch and showed me a couple of pictures of what he found and explained what need to be done and he gave me the estimate on both concerns according to Joey the oil Pan gasket wasn't an urgent but since I was already there I did both issue and asked him to fix other issue if he found more. Thinking back I was going to pay twice Joey's price. The bottom line is if you make it this far to this review ! Just take your car her or drop it off because it will take you a lots more time to find another mechanic as good as this one His personality amazing, way he does his business is outstanding, service is done fast, unbeatable pricing. Positive attitude, very welcoming and even give you advice on what to do if you ever encounter any future issues in the car . Just call me I will come and tow your your car. Ok if you came in expected to seat in a spotless seating area while waiting for your car and the parking lots are packed tight around here, maybe this place is not your place however if are looking for legit, efficient, loyal, compatible pricing and mechanic you can actually trust ! We were traveling from Southern California to Utah, going through Vegas, and our car started to overheat and show signs that it was leaking coolant. Called integrity and got an immediate answer, with helpful information over the phone. We were able to baby the car up to Vegas to be seen by the shop, and although we later learned they are not a diesel mechanic, the customer service was incredible! They rearranged other cars to get us in to diagnose the problem in 30 minutes. Meanwhile, we had 3 young children (under 4) in their waiting room and we were able to put on cartoons and sit in the a/c while they were looking at the car. They gave great and honest feedback, didn't jerk us around and was able to provide temporary solutions for us to continue our ride up to Utah. I needed a mechanic on short notice to check a possible transmission related problem with my 12 yr old Honda CRV. My elderly dad was stressed and worried because he thought the car wasn't shifting forward/reverse normally when he was trying to move it out of our driveway. The first mobile mechanic we called couldn't make their scheduled time due to an earlier job taking longer than expected, so I then called Integrity Mobile Auto Service to see if they could help. Joey said he could take a look the same day if we brought the car over to his shop. After having the car towed there by late afternoon, I was immediately greeted by Joey who reassured me that there would be no charge for the inspection. The initial diagnostic didn't find any problems, so I left the car with Joey for another day so he could have more time to make sure there really wasn't anything wrong. It felt kind of weird (in a good way) to go to a repair shop and be told that nothing needed to be repaired! Transmission fluid was fine, no leakage, and the car shifted properly when test driven. Joey was also nice enough to hold my car in his garage for a third day until I could arrange for the 30 minute tow back to my parents' house. I don't know if my dad's incident with the shifting was just a fluke, but what I do know now is that Joey's Auto Service is an auto shop where I can trust my car to be in reputable and skilled hands. I just wish the customer parking area wasn't so limited because the parking lot is compact and shared with other businesses. At the very start of my cross country road trip, the desert heat + the long mountain climbs from Los Angeles to Las Vegas did a number on my van, and it broke down with a coolant issue outside Primm. I got it towed to a different shop in Vegas, but when I called the next morning they said it would be a few days before they could look at it. I went here for the first time this morning, and am MORE than impressed! I called just before 8:00 a.m., and Joey Imerti (the Lead Technician) answered promptly. I described my issue to him (a detached radiator hose). My car and I arrived via tow truck around 9:30. Joey and his crew started working on it around 9:45. Joey is the BOSS. My wife's car was making terrible clunking and grinding noises. The repairs weren't cheap but they were perfect. Two control rods, front and rear motor mounts and a high-pressure power steering hose to fix a power steering leak. All in one day. I was able to return my rental car early. Afterwards, Joey showed me all the parts he had removed. One of the motor mounts had almost completely rotted away. And they even paid for the Uber to get me over to the car rental place.
