Got a few estimates and prior to going with Best Choice Collision Center I was quoted almost there times the cost using a used part (bracket) or given the option of a whole new bumper for over $1600. Mark was a great communicator and knew exactly what repair I needed, no up selling or trying to over state what repair was required. He ordered the new part straight from the dealer and repaired my bumper quickly. When it's easy for auto repair shops to scam the every day person, Best Choice was honest, timely, and work was quality. Lucky I found them and will definitely refer others and bring any future needs to them!

He told me they probably wouldn't be able to fully make the dent disappear, but that they'd get it to the point where it wouldn't really be noticeable. I really appreciated the honesty. When I picked up my car, I was blown away. I can't even tell where the dent was anymore unless I know exactly where to look. The repair turned out way better than I expected. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, especially considering how good the results were. I was afraid I'd have to take it to the Tesla service center which I'm sure would've charged an arm and a leg, so I'm super stoked that I was able o have the Dent Guys fix it for I'm sure a third of what I'd have to pay Tesla. Definitely recommend the Dent Guys for any dent repair on your car!

Less than a year later, the bumper started coming apart again. I brought the vehicle to Bumper 360, and I cannot say enough about their honesty and professionalism. Laura took the time to evaluate the problem and recommended a common-sense solution: rather than installing another bracket, charging me more for parts and labor, and potentially ending up with the same problem again, she recommended using professional bumper adhesive to permanently secure the damaged area. That is exactly the type of honesty and transparency I appreciate in a business. They weren't looking for the most expensive repair--they were looking for the solution that made the most sense for the customer. The young technician who worked on my Mercedes was extremely skilled and did a phenomenal job. In less than 25 minutes, the bumper was secured beautifully, the liner was back where it belonged, and everything looked great again. I couldn't be happier with the result. Laura also assured me that if anything related to their repair ever becomes an issue in the future, I should simply let them know. That kind of confidence in your workmanship is very reassuring. First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

Roll into a touristy town, 500 miles from home on vacation with your family and the cooling system dies as you pull into the hotel. What do you do? Who can you trust? After looking at local places online, Integrity hit some marks with people talking about them being honest and friendly. I took a chance and texted the owner, who texted me back on Sunday afternoon. I dropped the car and the next day I had news - bad water pump and an expensive fix. Trust but verify - over and over again on the internet people said the repair took so many hours - exactly what was quoted to me - the internet said some other components needed changing when the job was being done (by any competent shop anyway) - again, exactly what was quoted to me. Both the owner (who was on vacation) and the tech were super helpful, friendly, communicative and went the extra mile to get it done by the time we were planning to leave for home. I cannot recommend this shop more highly. If you're in a jam and need someone you can trust, give Integrity a call. read more

My car broke down when leaving from our Vegas trip to California and when we got in touch with Joey, he was extremely helpful, personable, honest and did the job right. If you need to go to a mechanic, I would recommend Joey without a doubt. He will tell you what's wrong with your car and work with you to fix the problem. I was honestly impressed with his service. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, especially if you're not a local but if you go to Joey, you're in good hands. Before finding integrity mobile auto service, we went to another mechanic who replaced our starter when our car did not even have a starter issue, so our car did not turn on. However, I happened to find a second mechanic, Joey, who quickly knew that it was our timing belt. He is experienced and won't waste your time or money! I knew this was going to be a Great Experience, just because he gave me a few things to try to get it to work. That way I could try to get it to work. I drove into town this past weekend for an event at Allegiant Stadium. My Ford explorer started having issues on my drive in and started flashing a wrench on the dashboard. Brought my car into Integrity shop Friday AM, where I was greeted and assisted by Randy. He diagnosed my car and was very thorough in explaining the issues present and what the car needed in order to be properly fixed. I told him I needed the car same day because I was leaving the next morning. I left the car for fixing and Randy communicated with me throughout the process, he was able to complete the fixes same day. New Location located right of…read moreModern Designs & More LLC/Floor Showroom off of Twain Ave (kind of behind Green Valley Grocery). They pick up their phones/text through phone. Our go to mechanic for everything from usual oil change, to complicated old issues where most mechanic will guess their work. At Tyler Express, they know what they are doing. And if they have to figure it out, I fully trust them in not trying to rip me off; they will explain what they feel they can control. We've been going since 2024; they moved location to 3915 W Twain Ave. I kept forgetting to create this review. - In the past, an oil change, oil filter would be like 15-20min for $30ish cash/zelle. - This visit we brought our own oil, oil filter, filters (cabin/engine), fuel system cleaner; and pay for labor. All of this + whole car quick check is 45min-1hr from $70. We already have our own oil due to needed to refill the Prius every so often. Otherwise, I don't think its an issue to just use their supplies? Waiting room is clean with comfortable new couches, coffee Keurig cup machine, etc. It has ac. You'll have to walk through the left door office, and it's in the back area of it. With this new location, you're like 6min walk away from many great places -- - Plaza with Golden Tiki (bars and food), - 99 Ranch Market and plaza, - Rio Casino Hotel, and - Take It Easy Roasters to morning/afternoon wifi/study/work on laptop from 8am-4pm (9min/0.4 miles stroll away) - Pop Café to afternoon/evening wifi/study/work on laptop from 2pm-10pm M-Sat (13min/0.6 miles stroll away). Google Maps makes this place pretty difficult to find. DIRECTIONS: 1. Google to Green Valley Grocery, then 2. drive to the right of it where Modern Designs & More LLC/Floor Showroom is. 3. Tyler Auto is connected to, and located as the right side attached building opening. Payment, they need a full name attached for the bill. QR code scan and pay via zelle. ------------------ Old LOCATION Draft review I forgot to post: Kenny is SUPER DUPER knowledgeable about old Prius!! And cars in general!! My Prius tour 2008 has gone through so many random issues over the years. Reddit to youtube can offer a lot of different solutions too for these scenarios. You'll learn a lot of tips and more about your car.... Opening trunk hatchback from the inside of the car, make the dashboard screen appear when needed again, etc.. Towing: - We called Tyler Auto and they were willing to take us in. They took in our car from being towed for simple stupid mistake by us (no gas, we have a dashboard blank out issue/typical issue for old Prius in hot climate places). - Towed our car in. Apparently a lot of cars get towed here. Alot of the Vietnamese restaurant owners bring their car there which is a good sign to us. - Tow person's tip: Police tow will cost around $500 where cops also get a cut from it. Don't take a Police tow unless you have to. Cash or Zelle is best. They have QR code to pay.

Luckily, Update Auto was on the list, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. My husband called and spoke with Jonathan, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind. He explained the process, set realistic expectations, and reassured us that they would take care of everything. The lady at the front desk was a bit abrupt, but Jonathan more than made up for it with his professionalism and warmth. I was prepared for a long wait, as I was told it could take until the end of January to get my car back--but with some luck, it was ready within two weeks. The repairs were flawless--you couldn't even tell I had been in an accident--and they matched the beautiful blue of my car perfectly. I highly recommend Update Auto, and if you go, make sure to ask for Jonathan. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication go above and beyond. I will absolutely return if I ever need any more car work done.

I literally cried in the parking lot because I love this car so much. A friend of mine recommended Universal Motorcars and honestly thank god she did. Now I'm no car expert but even I know that black pearlescent is SO hard to match. I was terrified they'd get it slightly off and I'd be stuck with a car that looks patchy forever. I kept googling horror stories lol. When I went to pick it up I was genuinely nervous. Walked around the whole car, looked at it in the sun, took like 50 photos and I could not find the repair. Like at all. The color is perfect, the finish is perfect, everything matches. I actually texted my friend immediately like "I can't believe this." If you've had an accident and you have a Lexus please just go to Universal Motorcars. Especially if you have a dark colored car. They clearly know what they're doing and honestly the whole experience was so much less stressful than I expected. 10/10 would recommend

Not only that but they tried selling me the vehicle for 1000 over market which is expected for a dealer but the bad part is I took it to a pre purchase inspection and they found **so many broken components and failures that the repair would cost over 1.5x the price of the car itself**. Unbelievable! They had also told me they did an inspection on the car (before I took it for the PPI) so either they lie about doing inspections or purposely withhold information regarding the inspections as the issues were glaringly obvious.

Vigen worked with me and got me sn Uber to my rental car and they did a fantastic job on my car, and worked with the responsible person's insurance, all I had to do was pick up my car! Highly recommend Hi Star. As also the receptionist is awesome, friendly and very efficient, as are the other employees I met and worked with there. I recently had to bring my car in again for a fender bender that was my fault, and am excited to pick up my car , as I know it will be like a new car again! Also, my brother has brought by in his Jaguar twice to be fixed due to the garage door coming down on his car and he told me they did an excellent job on his car, hence he returned to them when it happened a second time. In the process of securing quotes: they ranged from $1600-$8000 with Classic coming in the middle but the services included seemed thorough and quality based (not exorbitant). How Tesla handled the claim is another story-(sent a two party check without any documentation/lower than the amount). Lauren went above and beyond to help explain the standard procedure, what support they could give and offered her time without any commitment from us that we would select Classic to complete repairs.
