Imad, true to his word, stated that if I had any issues to contact him. I found that the window washer did not spray water, I forgot to check it out when I test drove the car. He immediately took care of it. I can not thank him and the repair people at the shop enough. I bought a used car, with that there are always unknown things that can happen. Imad is what brings Integrity to this fine Auto Dealer, He had just what I've been looking for . A Honda Pilot with less than 100,00 miles, for a great price, AND I managed to get a better than advertised price. The whole experience was quite painless. The car had expired Tags and of course, he took care of that and got the car smogged and detailed all while completing the deal. Really the only issue with the Pilot was the glove box. the cable wire to hold it open was missing, he tried to repair it with what he had at the shop, but it turned out to be a special ordered item and he said he would order it for me and send it by mail. That so impressed me that I felt he really wanted to make the car as perfect as possible, (being a used one) as he possibly could. The name says it all! I bought my BMW 330Ci new in 2004 and after the warranty expired, I faced the dilemma of finding an Auto Repair shop to continue the high level of maintenance I prefer. (my baby gets the best !!) Having had previous experiences, that were unfavorable with other shops i.e. overcharging, recommending work that was unnecessary etc. etc. I was very cautious about where to go. Through the recommendation of someone that lives in my building and has the same make and model car, I was lucky to find this gem right in my own backyard. INTEGRITY MOTORS. I cannot say enough good things about this shop and it's owner Imad. The quality of workmanship, honesty, cost, customer service and follow up are absolutely the BEST. It's like having your close friend taking care of your car. Not only is the work done in a timely and efficient manner but the car is routinely inspected from bumper to bumper and you are kept appraised of anything that might have gone unnoticed or be needed in the future. I have had many little courtesy things done by them as well, at no extra cost (which is a rarity in this day and age) i.e.somehow a moth got into my interior rear windshield mounted brake light and died leaving it's carcass in plain sight. When I picked up my car after a tune up the critter had been removed (not an easy task) at no extra charge... just because that's the kind of folks they are. They specialize in German cars BMW, Mercedes, Porche, but I have seen Land Rover's, Volvo's and other makes there as well. I used to sell cars for a living, and know the game well. I had been looking for a late model used E350 Mercedes for 6 month when I came across one for sale at Integrity Motors. I was floored by the price, low miles and quality of the car. First of all, the owner Imad is a factory trained BMW and foreign car mechanic whose primary business if fixing luxury cars. He knows cars inside out, runs a small sales business, and only buys premium cars in perfect condition, which he checks out thoroughly. He posts all the CARFAX records, tells you exactly the condition of the cars. Before I closed the deal, he offered me an extended warrant, for a few hundred over what he pays for it. He had at least 6 cars, including two gorgeous Jaguar sedans, that I wanted to buy - and prices better than what I've found from private dealers. The guy is a prince: honest, low key.
