He said no other choices were available. My beige interior had black oily fingerprints everywhere - at least I could tell which compartments they opened. Got a nail puncture on our drive from LA to Las Vegas. I noticed my tire pressure sensor going off while filling up gas at the gas station. I remembered my sister getting her tire repaired at Discount Tire center in LA, so I decided to stop by and see if they could get that fixed. Brian helped me take a look. He said it could be done. Quoted me about 1.5 hour. This location has amazing air conditioning. I can literally stay here all day as long as my phone battery has life. Hahaha ... After 1 hour, the tire was repaired. Wow, they have great service here!!! DONT GO LOOKING ANYWHERE ELSE SAVE TIME AND JUST COME HERE!!! They definitely give you all your options. They ask you the right questions based on your answers they gave you your recommendations. Of course we just needed something cost-effective for our car as it's just a spare car. Our tire blew out and we needed it up and running quickly at a low cost just in case of an emergency as we don't use it that much. I have to say they really listen to what you say. they really know how to quote you and I love that they give you your options. It's not just about upsell. They really sound like they care. Now as for the service when we called, they did say 30 minutes but when we got there, they were really busy and they did say 45 minutes so we left the car while they worked on it. We went shopping and before we were even done shopping, they sent a message saying that it was ready. That's another thing I love that they send you an update through your phone so you're not waiting for a call. You're not wondering how long it's gonna take it kind of puts you at ease. They were done with the car in 35 minutes. We requested a service we let them know what we needed, and they executed. I highly highly highly recommend them. Don't bother shopping around. The service department gave me automatic updates, and the job was done in 1 hour. The salespeople don't work on commission, so that is an added plus to come here. Tyler said they will also match Costco's price for the exact tire, so there is no risk of missing out on the best price. Have purchased several sets of tires over 20 years here. Waited 15 minutes for one person in front of me to put air in tires. About 10 minutes of chatting. Ok fine. My turn comes and employee asked me what I needed. I told him that tire indicator said I needed air. He said ok and opened the door for my car info. Good so far. Car pulls up directly behind me which he was supposed to wait as I did in a waiting area. The employee completely ignores me like I am a piece of garbage and helps the guy that pulled up behind me. Never said anything to me like let me see what this guy behind you wants , just goes on helping him and ignoring me. I wound up just driving off while the employee didn't even care. Not purchasing anymore tires here. Even if I have to pay a few dollars more I will take my business elsewhere. read more

i'm writing this review because the experience that I have still keeps crossing my mind it's been a few weeks now, but my mind keeps replaying it over in my head so here I am I had gotten a flat tire and I've been going to discount tires since I was gone, I've bought rims tires tons of services from them my tire had popped unfortunately and I lost my wallet. I had some cash but not a huge amount again I didn't have my card my ID so I go in. I'm a very kind nice person always I stand in line and I get this gentleman member his name. I remember he had glasses on. I was trying to explain my scenario to him and he was listening like a jackass like a narcissistic jackass yeah I said it and he walks out there and he's talking to me after he comes back and he's just talking like an arrogant idiot he said that my front tire is worn out than I need to replace it immediately and I already told him that I don't have a lot of cash on me. I don't have my wallet. And the guy has no care in the world like he's just like doesn't give a fuck and I'm like oh would you have any cheaper tires? I have cash in my account but again didn't have it on me at the time so I told him let's get these cheaper tires. doesn't ask me about the tire coverage or the insurance nothing guy's eyes called a fucking absolute asshole. I'll tell you that right now. Go to school for psychology with my degree but this guy was a textbook narcissist. I will never be going back to discount tire again after this. They clearly have their employees on some type of robotic responses. But truly the worst experience of my life. And I thought the funniest thing was he said that my front tire was worn on the inside and he said it's something to do with suspension. I laughed in my head because my alignment slightly off. Causing that issue I just had my suspension and stuff checked on, but I just wanted this guy to think that he was smart, but he was. He walked around like he was just the king of the world. I was like buddy you work at a tire shop relax. But anyways, I will not be coming to this shop again in particular nobody's above anybody doesn't matter. We needed to get new tires for our secondhand vehicle and Discount always gets us in Fast/Same Day, and can be as quick as 20-30 minutes at times - this time we needed to have a mechanic drill out some of the rusted lug nuts before they could proceed, however I Still had a turnaround time of under 24 hours even having to visit a specialty shop in between. Make sure you make appointment as walk in can takes longer and this place get super busy especially weekend. I went to discount tire on Eastern and Silverado Ranch and Riley helped me out a few minutes right before the store opened. I got two new tires on my car Toyota Corolla and I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. These guys are very professional and take their job serious. Only person that will get a positive review is Tyler. Not only did he call another store to double-check they had my tires (found out they did not) but he actually saw our lug nuts needed to be replaced and that's why we couldn't change out our spare instead. Tyler was incredibly helpful and went above-and-beyond for us. Now on to the negatives. We had two other gentleman help us who completely made this entire experience horrible. Loren originally told us that it would take 2 - 3 hours for the tires to get here or we could drive up the Lake Mead to get it. LIES!! Had we not had Tyler actually call to verify, we would've wasted a trip going back up north only to find out it wasn't there. Completely irresponsible on Loren's part, you would have wasted a customer's time. So we have to wait a few days for the tires to come in. Second gentleman was Adrian and he told us our spare couldn't be replaced due to its year. Not his fault, I understand. He did set up our car in the parking lot so we could replace it our own. HOWEVER, he did not throughly check our tire to see that the lug nuts itself couldn't be removed due to the expansion of the lug nuts. So how is it you were checking our tires and didn't see that problem, but Tyler found the issue when he checked it? After all this ridiculous and lack of communication & knowledge, they didn't even try to expedite our tires as we had been waiting for almost an hour & a half! So we asked Tyler if they can move it quicker, and he did exactly that. What a great employee! The "BEST" part of this whole nonsense, we needed our messed up tire so we can bring it to our other Discount Tire so we can have our warranty honored. They instead left our spare tire (that originally couldn't be used) in the spare section and not the tire that needs to be approved for warranty!!! Are you kidding me?!? Adrian was one of the individuals working on replacing the tire and almost threw away our warranty tire, how incompetent! All in all, Tyler was phenomenal, gave us a discount for the troubles, got a NEW spare tire for us and got us to change out the lugnuts. Loren, I would suggest just double-checking and actually calling the store before he tells someone that another store has it; otherwise, he was respectful. Adrian, needs to better his performance all around. He didn't check the lugnuts properly and almost threw away our warranty tire; needs re-training all around because that was unacceptable on his end, horrible service from him. read more

Everyone looks like they want to do a good job for the customer which is great, however, the music is so loud in the shop the tech couldn't hear the leak that was coming out of the valve on the brand new tire. The tire was installed at 1 pm. Didn't see that it was flat until 8 pm after the shop closed. I had to go back to the shop in the morning before work to get the tire fixed less than 24 hours after install all because the music is too loud in the shop. Now I'm late for work. If the music wasn't so loud the tech would have caught it when he/she installed. I could hear the leak in my quiet neighborhood when the car was parked in my driveway. Unfortunate. Inconvenient. I've been here several times to get my tires filled. It's a free service and the line can get fairly long, typically around the end of the workday when people are coming home from work. Today we noted a nail in my girlfriend's car. I brought it in at around 3PM and they quoted me a 2 hour wait time. Conveniently, they text you a link to keep up to tabs with your vehicle, including when it's brought into the bay and when it's ready for pickup. The car ended up being available for pickup at 430PM ahead of the estimated time. To my surprise, the tire patch was also free. They did seem to be understaffed, but the workers that were available did their best to handle the volume and were all friendly and helpful. If possible, I would recommend taking advantage of scheduling an appointment online in advance to help both yourself and the employees plan schedules. read more

I got here coz I thought I had flat, turned out it is much worse so needed getting a new tire. They have a timeline how long I should wait and have a text link to see the status of my vehicle which is neat. What I love about this branch is they don't sell unnecessary services. While waiting, I heard Zack saying that if it is not shaking, the other customer may not need to pay additional for balance. And it is more comfort than maintenance (unlike rotation, which is free). I can't remember which tire I bought before that has warranty and the person (forgot to ask his name) who checked me out showed me which tire is marked so I feel good that they are trustworthy and don't mind paying.
