Apparently they're under new management, and although seeing the date sticker and confirming it was their battery; now the new management has implemented a no receipt no replacement clause. Then offered to upsell me on a new Optima battery before offering their generic New, and Refurbished units. The old management was great to work with. They would have handled it. I have used Shelton since 2007 for their customer service, and being a family owned business for every shop car, and auction car ive owned.
