Simply the best. Flexible, convenient and he didn't make feel like a dumbass since I'm technologically delayed.

I've gone to Rick at Simply Repair twice now and have been incredibly pleased with his work and his prices.

I'm trying to remember oh what happened but basically when I got there all of a sudden out of nowhere, the screen magically started working or as before, if you would touch it, nothing would happen. So the guy told me how to transfer all of my data onto my new phone and also without a cord, after about an hour and a half it all transferred and it saved my videos photos, everything. They didn't even charge me anything, but I did give him a $10 tip for helping me out. I would totally recommend this place. The service was stellar.

Initially I thought the value of the service if you have their plan is pretty good. They repaired…read moremy water damaged MacBook for only $80 (technically 2 months of a $40 subscription to their insurance) when Apple likely would have charged me $300+. Although it now had physical malfunctions occurring that they never informed me, of I was still appreciative of the repair. After returning for what I thought would be good service is where the nightmare began. I brought in a pair of headphones since it's in their list of repairables yet immediately the guy turns me away. He says that they don't do work on AirPod Max's and to go to a different store. He wasn't willing to tell me which store to try or why they can't work on it; he seemed like he wanted me to leave so he could go back on his phone. Afterwards, I tried to get a free PC tune up. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived instead of being treated properly the guy wanted to argue with me and try to explain to me that my appointment isn't showing up in his system while I'm showing him my confirmation messages. I understand technical difficulties but the guy was just being a weirdo. He snatched my phone out of my hand and then took it to the back multiple times. Eventually it popped up. If the guy could pick up on any social cues it could've went so much smoother. On the receipt is a pickup date, so I return 2 days after it. The laptop still isn't ready. It shouldn't take 7+ days to tune up a PC...The same guy from before helped me and he just blankly told me that they're still working on and it's not ready. They didn't even do a whole lot to the laptop I have no clue why it took them over 7 days to return it. It didn't even look like they wiped it down after using it nor did they remove their barcode sticker. Just terrible service I realized that after 1 positive experience, I got lucky and this place sucks. If you're looking for good customer service. If you enjoy helped at their convenience and lowkey screwed over this place is for you (ex. They will offer you a non-oem quality screen replacement for your iPhone.). Pretty sure they incentivize positive reviews as well so take the other ones with a grain of salt.

I then recently discovered that several keys had stopped working. I contacted Casio, who provided a list of authorized service centers, including Kami Electronics. I emailed Kami, and he responded the same day with a few standard questions. Scheduling a drop-off appointment was quick and easy. A couple of days after dropping off the piano, I received an update from Kami that Casio had approved a warranty claim and had sent the necessary parts, which were expected to arrive in about a week. Seven days later, I received another update letting me know the piano was ready for pickup. To my surprise, when I picked it up, I was given a brand-new Casio Privia PX-S7000. I highly recommend Kami Electronics for warranty repairs. A turnaround time of less than two weeks was impressive, and it was clear Kami understands the warranty process with OEMs and worked efficiently with Casio to get everything handled promptly. Overall, it was a smooth and professional experience.
