I came here for New Year's Eve. It was an open bar, reservations-only purchased event. My boyfriend was skeptical, expecting a shitshow with the open bar, but I love to ring in new years on rooftops with views of the LA skyline and fireworks around the city, and this spot at the Godfrey promised that. It was a well-planned event that was executed smoothly. My boyfriend was pleasantly surprised, and my perfect New Year's Eve was delivered. The bartenders were excellent, churning out drinks swiftly, and the drinks were actually great: strong pours, quality spirits. We stuck to gin and tonics, vodka Red Bulls, and towards the end of the night, prosecco. There were tons of people, but it never seemed crowded. We always had a spot by the pool. The DJs weren't obnoxious. The space itself is attractive and well-maintained. The city views were lovely. I'd definitely come back here for another event, or just for drinks.

It's a very nice place and the staff were very friendly. A great place to hold a birthday party or special event. I didn't get a chance to try the food.

Such a cute rooftop with nice view and great service!! We went for an anniversary dinner and Darryl personally called me before my reservation to make sure I would be pleased with my experience. He told me it's more of a casual vibe but that they would have our favorite sushi that night and that he will give a dessert on him for me to surprise my husband with. Such an amazing manager. IO rooftop is lucky to have him! Also, sushi was amazing. You can see the guy making it right in front of you. Go on Wed-Sat when they have sushi nights. go for the sushi, the views, and the amazing customer service and you wont be disappointed!

The rooftop happy hour is not to be missed Mike runs this extremely high volume rooftop pool, lounge seating and two sided bar area like a champ. From 4-6 champagne is 1/2 off and the mega quadrant of chicken sliders is so epic it makes Hollywood History and keeps you full for an entire day! I'm happy to be a local here and this newer spot makes me quite proud.

The rooftop is gorgeous. Another nice rooftop in LA to have a drink on. The sushi is not good at all. If you eat sushi anywhere in LA regularly, you do not have to have it here. I would order something else. I would definitely keep going back for the rooftop. I think they're still getting their menu pricing together because it doesn't match what they key in sometimes so make sure you check your bill.

Came for a quick bite with a girlfriend and tried their sushi - unexpectedly DELICIOUS. bonus points for the bartender being so attentive and making us bomb cocktails

Somebody please hand a fresh playlist to the EC Twins, felt like they haven't updated since 2020 Also, don't get fooled by registering to this party and getting your VIP invitation. At the door You'll be in line to Venmo or Cashapp the mini mafia at the entrance 40/person which is really not bad for what it is. The line is unreasonable though... Last note is the bar. Extremely slow... at least the guy didn't let me pay for the drinks after I had to repeat myself 3 times! Sushi was fenominal! We will be back

For the price of the food, it could have been better. The Margherita flatbread looked like a toddler made it. Definitely would NOT recommend. The only thing this rooftop is good for is pictures, lol.

Hazelnut espresso martini and a McCallen 12 neat

I would give a 4.5 if I could, it was fantastic here. The bartenders were insightful and were able to help us identify good drink options based on our flavor preferences. The bartenders were responsive and kind and so easy to talk to while being so quick to give us our drinks! The bar is cozy and comfortable inside and has a lovely outside seating area, with options next to the city view or in the middle of the patio near the pool. Such a good spot to catch a late night drink, only downside was it closed at 11:30 so it felt like we ended our night early. Highly recommend starting your night here and then heading to a late night spot!

The service was impeccable--everyone was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel special. We had to get the Michelada Oysters again because I had been craving them since our last visit. They were just as amazing as I remembered--fresh, perfectly seasoned, and seriously addicting. For Dine LA, I started with the Tostada Campechana, which was like an elevated ceviche with scallops, tuna, yellowtail, avocado, and a citrus sesame sauce. Everything tasted super fresh and the citrus gave it the perfect balance. The Bone Marrow Mole was rich, flavorful, and came with a generous portion and toast. For my main course, I had the skirt steak, which was cooked perfectly--tender, well-seasoned, and delicious with the green sauce. The homemade tortillas were amazing too. We ended with the Dulce de Leche Panna Cotta, and it was the perfect finish--creamy, smooth, not overly sweet, and so good we practically cleaned the plate. Amazing food, great portions, beautiful atmosphere, and excellent service. Ka'teen definitely delivered. I would absolutely come back again.

The restaurant really does feel tucked away once you get inside the Rodeo Collection. The space has warm lighting, colorful details, and a playful Mexican-inspired look that makes dinner feel fun without becoming over-the-top. We started with guacamole and empanadas before moving on to tacos. The Baja Style Fish Tacos were a favorite, with crisp fish, fresh slaw, and chipotle aioli. I also had the Grilled Prime New York Taco, and the steak was cooked really well and stayed tender. With the caramelized onion, guacamole, and salsa fresca, it had plenty of flavor without feeling overloaded. Between those two, we were already very happy with our taco choices, and there wasn't much left on the table by the end. The cocktails were excellent. My friend's drink came served in this ceramic donkey, and we immediately became a little obsessed with it. We loved it enough that the donkey somehow ended up making an appearance in half our photos by the end of the night. Our server checked in throughout dinner and gave us plenty of time to enjoy everything without ever making us feel rushed. We finished with churros, which arrived with dipping sauces and were a very easy decision once dessert was mentioned. They also offer valet, which is especially convenient for a Rodeo Drive dinner. I went in because Instagram kept putting The Hideaway in front of me. For once, my feed was useful. I'd happily come back for the tacos, cocktails, and another round with that donkey making its inevitable cameo.

There were four of us, and the restaurant wasn't very busy, there were plenty of open tables and what seemed like a good amount of staff. When we were first seated, we were given the regular menu. Once we mentioned that we were there for the Girls Brunch, it honestly felt like the demeanor toward our table changed. The service was extremely slow. We waited around 30 minutes between some of the food items, our drinks were forgotten, and we were rarely checked on throughout the meal. I'm usually pretty understanding when restaurants are busy or short-staffed, but that didn't seem to be the case during our visit. Between the long waits, forgotten drinks, and lack of even a simple "How is everything?", the experience became frustrating, especially since we were there to celebrate birthdays. Unfortunately, the food and drinks were mediocre as well, so the overall experience just didn't feel worth the time. I really wanted to enjoy this place and the Girls Brunch seemed like such a fun idea, but based on our experience, I unfortunately won't be returning.

We were honestly falling asleep waiting for the actual entertainment to begin. The entire night felt chaotic from the moment we arrived. You spend time getting dressed up, planning a date night, driving downtown, and trying to be excited for the experience, only to park in a dark lot with feces and urine in the stairway. It was scary and disgusting. We looked past the parking lot situation because we were excited to enjoy our night out, but unfortunately the experience only got worse from there. The waitress kept pushing us to order more items, which made the whole night feel like a money grab. The food was absolutely embarrassing and nothing like what was advertised in the gallery photos on the website. It honestly felt like it came straight from Costco. Other reviews mentioned food being served on paper plates, and we can confirm that we experienced that too. The slice of pizza was literally Costco pizza. The pizza and snacks were cheap, low-quality, and nowhere near what you would expect for the price. It really makes you wonder how many people feel misled by that kind of advertising. There was also a complete lack of control and management. People who did not pay for reserved seating were hovering nearby, ready to take your seat the second you got up to use the restroom or go to the dance floor. We saw multiple people weasel their way into reserved lounge and table areas on the ground floor. At one point, a couple was even going through someone's fur coat and looked close to taking belongings before the actual couple returned. That alone says a lot about the environment and lack of security. The billing situation made it even worse. The waitress quickly skipped through the itemized receipt, which made it easy to miss that a 20% tip had already been included. We ended up tipping on top of the included gratuity and only realized it afterward. At that point, we felt completely scammed. We spent over $300, and the overall experience and management were absolutely not worth it. To be fair, some of the acts were great and the band was great. Separate from that, everything else was as mentioned. Between the deceptive billing, weak drinks that barely seemed to have alcohol, the delayed start, boring dance lessons, embarrassing food, poor seating control, and lack of management, the whole experience was extremely disappointing. I definitely do not recommend reserving seats, drinking at this event, or buying their food. Eat dinner beforehand and do not worry about arriving on time, because the show does not really start until around 10:30 anyway. We left feeling scammed.

We got there at 8pm and I think it starts after 10:30pm. The view from our seats were completely blocked by people standing around. Drinks and snacks were awful. I'd say my company was great, but the experience was regrettable. I do not recommend it at all. Interestingly enough, the people looked like regulars so if it's your cup of tea, then I guess you'll enjoy it but if you're trying to find a new place to try out for live entertainment, this isn't it.
