Tucked away on the top floor of a pizza joint is this hidden gem! We were looking for a relaxing lounge with good music and top whiskey, we found it here. The vibe is perfect, the bartender is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the drink menu. There is no wine here but the cocktails are excellent, full of flavor, and so is the whiskey. The prices of the drinks are on the higher end but well worth it. The music takes you to all different eras and we had a really great time and highly recommend a stop here! Cheers!

The drinks were pricey, but were sooo good. I enjoyed every drop. Cute cozy place for a drink. I like the layout. Cute chairs too!

The atmosphere here is really cool and pretty low-key, which is what I was hoping for. I liked the vintage vibe and the fact that they actually play records while you're having a drink. It's a nice spot to sit for a while and just listen to the music. The cocktails were well made and the place has a relaxed feel overall.

Drinks are pretty expensive starting at $20, but they're delicious. The vibe here is intimate and dark. Definitely perfect for a date night. Bartenders are friendly and made my drinks fast. You can choose a vinyl record to play which was nice.

Cool little spot with great drinks! Definitely recommend the Velvet Negroni. They have some really cool vinyls you can listen to.

This place is hidden above the pizzeria and has a cool concept, dim lights, nice atmosphere and you can pick vinyls to play. That said, price of the drinks is high and they're not so outstanding or unique to justify that pricing. I was there Friday night and it was very quiet, almost no one there and no one down at the pizza place either. Overall, cool experience for this once but I doubt I'll return

I really dig this spot, but DAMN was it hard to find lol. I walked around the entire block of Sunset and Vine, through the parking lot, just to find out that it's inside of the 800 Degrees Woodfired Kitchen. Talk about speakeasy! Staff was super friendly and helpful, and the ambiance was on point! The cocktail menu is quite extensive, I wanted to branch out, but this was just a quick stop before our concert at The Palladium. Now that I know how to find this place, I'll definitely be back when I have more time to enjoy one...or two of their unique cocktails! Check this place out for sure!

The service was impeccable--everyone was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel special. We had to get the Michelada Oysters again because I had been craving them since our last visit. They were just as amazing as I remembered--fresh, perfectly seasoned, and seriously addicting. For Dine LA, I started with the Tostada Campechana, which was like an elevated ceviche with scallops, tuna, yellowtail, avocado, and a citrus sesame sauce. Everything tasted super fresh and the citrus gave it the perfect balance. The Bone Marrow Mole was rich, flavorful, and came with a generous portion and toast. For my main course, I had the skirt steak, which was cooked perfectly--tender, well-seasoned, and delicious with the green sauce. The homemade tortillas were amazing too. We ended with the Dulce de Leche Panna Cotta, and it was the perfect finish--creamy, smooth, not overly sweet, and so good we practically cleaned the plate. Amazing food, great portions, beautiful atmosphere, and excellent service. Ka'teen definitely delivered. I would absolutely come back again.

On their website it stated that the $25 Saturday girl brunch deal was available till 4pm so we came at 3:35pm for our 3:30pm reservation. However, the hostess that sat us told us at 3:42 that their kitchen stopped serving this deal at 3:45. We were a confused, disappointed and feeling a bit misled. After some debate my friends and I almost left but they made an exception for us to get the deal which was very kind of them. Our server Bo was also extremely kind and lifted our spirits! He seriously made the brunch more special and enjoyable for everyone. Hopefully they can make the availability of the deal more clear for others cause it can be really frustrating to make the trip to this restaurant just for the information online to be false.Other wise, I enjoyed my experience here and would definitely come back. - valet or street parking - Small and large group seating - Indoor and outdoor seating

Brunch was $25 each person and included a starter, an entree and a dessert. They also have $10 mimosas with lots of juices to choose from. The staff was so friendly and attentive. They started us off with chips and salsa which was so good! Then we had our first round of mimosas, I got cranberry for my first two rounds and then switched over to an espresso martini with whiskey (and if you haven't tried it YOU MUST!) Not just here but everywhere! For my starter I got the berries and cream which I usually don't do but it was so good I'm glad I went outside of my box. The Chantilly cream and fresh strawberries and blueberries were amazing. For my entree, I ordered the French Toast, I did not realize it was stuffed with some sort of apricot or fruit jam and was not the biggest fan of this. For dessert I went with the churros and was left feeling a bit let down. The churros needed salt to bring out the sweetness, they tasted a bit bland and the sauce that came with did not add to the flavors. Overall because it's such a cute place, the drinks are good and priced decently as well as having a large enough menu where the next visit I feel I could choose something different I would 10/10 go back. So stay tuned for the follow up review!

The live music was incredible, the guy playing the sax really knows how to jam. The dancers and musicians were performing together, and did several shows! There's this magical connection between a musician and a dancer that you see and feel as they improvise and work the crowd, the stage, and the whole venue. In between performances there was social dancing, with a lot of great dancers dressed to the nines. The birthday cake performance is something you got to see and experience, totally off the charts, like something you'd see in a movie! The final performance is with a giant martini glass. The girl dances around/in the glass filled with water and then pours champagne all over herself. One of the most wild over the top things I've ever seen! The energy and vibes were off the hook! I was instantly so glad we chose this spot to celebrate our anniversary because it was the perfect setting for a romantic date night. Now, let's talk about the food! Everything we ordered was delicious, with the exception of the Korean aguachiles, which we probably could've skipped. We also tried the bluefin bibimbap, oysters, and the oh-so-tender short rib that practically melted in our mouths. But the most unforgettable dish was also the simplest: the Korean fried chicken. It wasn't necessarily something out of the ordinary, but it sure tasted like it. The perfect crisp, flavor, and seasoning had us eating every last piece right down to the bone. Our server also made the experience even better. She gave us some of the best recommendations and were incredibly attentive and friendly throughout the entire meal. My friend and I ordered the soy marinated prawns, beef tartare stone pot rice, creamy chicken soup, Wagyu beef soft tofu soup. The prawns were nicely marinated in a slightly sweet slightly salty soy sauce, and came paired with some barley and seaweed to make mini wraps. Delicious and a nice way to start the meal. The creamy chicken soup was indeed very creamy and smooth but the bowl is really small and would've been better with a higher soup to noodle ratio since the noodles soaked up the yummy soup. The tofu soup was surprisingly bland even though it was very red. It could've used more umami flavor or spice - something to jazz it up since the tofu, egg, and beef itself were not seasoned. My favorite dish of the night was the steak tartare stone pot rice. It came with a lot of veggies that helped balance out the sauce and I'm a sucker for crispy rice. However, the rice itself wasn't seasoned thoroughly as some spots had absolutely delicious sauce while other spots were bland. And the sauce wasn't a part of the tartare on top so it wasn't a mixing issue. The staff are kind and attentive, even with us being tucked away in the back corner and hidden by a curtain panel.
