My food came out pretty fast too. I always start with spring rolls. So good every time. Whenever I get viet food, I like to interchange between combo pho and bun bo hue but I was feeling adventurous today so I got a different soup. I ordered the crab & shrimp tapioca noodle soup. Just what I needed!!! The broth is thicker than pho broth. The noodles resembled udon noodles just slightly thicker and chewier. Highly recommend and they open early too!
