Had to fix my Apple Watch and was looking for a spot that is decent and doesn't over price. Unfortunately my Apple Watch battery went bad and swelled up causing the watch face to lift! This happened to my wife's Apple Watch as well a while back! We purchased the battery on amazon and just needed the install be done! I asked 3 vendors in the Roseville galleria and all of them either couldn't do it or didn't want to do it! The first vendor I went too specialized in clear coat and they are the ones to refer me to iPhone clinic! I walked a little ways to another phone kiosk called iPhone repair or somewhat and these dudes that worked here look lazy and didn't look motivated at all! I asked them do you do Apple Watch repair and they said yes and the one male employee with long hair who looked so sleepy looked at it and said it will take a day..... REALLY... a day for a battery swap???? Those dudes should get fired for their laziness! So I decided to take a chance on iPhone clinic..... right across from Costco and same complex as dicks sporting goods. Hamid and Abas are the ones that helped me. The positives is that they fixed it within an hour.... but the negatives is that when they used this device to make sure the glue would settle in dented my clear coat I had on the Face of my watch. Now, Hamid informed me to go to the clear coat spot in the mall and they will fix it with no charge..... and they did! I wasn't happy I had to make an extra trip to the mall but they did fix it for me with no charge. Overall, the price to fix was $45..... little on the expensive side but they got it done good and fast. We shall see if it holds up!! read more

I left my phone there on Saturday AM and had it back by Sunday afternoon. Great! In other news... I had a cracked screen protector and they didn't try to sell me one, which was good because Ross is two stores down and I already bought one for a few bucks. There were no other customers on either of my visits and the employee was right at the front counter fixing devices so the service was immediate both times. Last Monday, January 2nd I dropped off my google pixel six phone at the Lincoln store for a slight glass crack in it at the bottom of the screen. It didn't disrupt any functions. I just wanted it to look nice. Hamid said that I would have my phone back the next day. Turned out that wasn't the case. Due to the holiday weekend the delivery of the repair glass was a delayed what he told me. On Wednesday Hamid called to tell me my phone was ready. I picked it up. I really didn't inspect it at that time. I was aghast at the level of damage to the back of the phone. The glass shell was totalled. Spider cracks everywhere. There was a chunk of the frame completely missing like a screwdriver was used and a hammer to get the back off which I don't understand why he tried that. Insult to injury the selfie function not longer works. NEVER GO TO THE LINCOLN STORE.!!!!!! read more

When I called they said the phone was put back together but was turning off so they had to figure out what was going on. When finally called me back four days later they said I needed a new charging port ($120) which I was initially OK with then a hour later they called back saying I need a new screen ($140) to me. When they replaced the charging port they didn't hook up the speakers on my iPhone X. Most of the time I talk with a Bluetooth. We have been looking for a place to get our iPhone 8 screen fixed. We had called about seven different stores and a lot of them were quoting us at about $100- $150 to fix the screen or were not returning our phone calls at all. When we called here they said that we could just walk in and that it would be $70 to fix the screen. We headed over right away, let the person in front know that we just called about getting our screen fixed, they took the phone and said that we can come back in 30 minutes and they would be done. Before we had even made it out of the store we could hear the man in the back start working on the phone. Worst place to get your screen repaired. I brought in my iPhone X for a simple screen repair last week (December 2021). I get home and the screen is coming out of the frame on one corner by a lot. I bring it back in that day to get it fixed, it gets fixed and the next day my screen blacks out. Third time I go back to the store, they fix it fine and tell me they would fix the back of my phone (had small cracks on back glass) the next day. I come in the next day and was told the manager never said that. Ridiculously unprofessional, bad management, and absolutely no guarantee it will be done right. read more
