I had called him to check the price of iPhone 4 front glass repair and he explained the entire process, procedure, and fees for his service. He patiently operated on my iPhone 4 and was able to replace the front glass within 35mins. The phone is now as perfect as new. He also provided a free case for the iPhone and another free case for my iPhone 5. Along with all this, he put a new screen protector on my iPad. I was trying to find a place that would fix my iphone screen right then and there. I called this place and the guy was so nice, he told me he was out for lunch and did not want me to waste my time and told me to come back the exact time he would be there. He even told me how much it would cost to fix my screen. The price was cheap!!!!! The customer service was really really good! He fixed my phone and gave me lots of advice about what apps to download. He even showed me the inside of my iphone and started explaining things to me. I called in the afternoon and was told I could bring it by for same-day repair. I was given an estimate of 30-45 minutes and $75 for my iPhone 4 front screen repair. I work nearby, so I went over almost immediately, dropped off the phone, and went to sit on the Starbucks patio (there is a little couch in the office where you can wait, but why not step outside at a shopping center with so much outdoor seating?) Mobile iPhone repairs exceeded my expectations in every way. The phone was done as soon as I came back from Starbucks, and I was given a student discount of $5! That may seem like a small discount, but I had already agreed to a price, so kudos for honesty and customer service! If you need to get your screen replaced, THIS IS THE PLACE TO DO IT (I'm sure he is just as knowledgable in everything else he does, but I have only gone here for my iphone 5s repairs). Coming from the Silicon Valley, iPhone repairs are about $200 EASY if you want to get it done well. So when I shattered my phone screen for the second time, I immediately went on yelp and found this place. I called him for a quote, and it is about $100 for the 5s (I forgot the exact amount, but definitely under $100). I went that afternoon, and the place is a little harder to find. It is in the building next to the froyo place I believe, and it is located upstairs, you will walk into the building, and find yourself in this weird hallway with a bunch of office-esque room looking things. He was nice, humorous, and was extremely knowledgable in what he was doing. The first thing he asked was "You've gotten your screen replaced before huh?", and the conversation went on to how the people who replaced it did not use an authentic screen, and I was floored. YOU ARE TELLING ME THAT I SPENT $200 FOR AN UNAUTHENTIC SCREEN? Man, bay area, you're killing me here. He was extremely quick, maybe 15-30 minutes, and then checked everything afterwards to make sure your phone is in perfect condition before he hands it back to you. He also gives you a 1 year warranty, soooooo dude, yaaasssss. Cons? Uh...when he was checking my phone, he checked to see if my speakers were still working and "Booty" by Jennifer Lopez BLASTED through the speakers....He bursted out laughing, and said "Well, at least the speakers are working". I was so embarrassed HAHA. If you want a quick fix to your phone problems, this is the place to be. An honest man, with an honest business, 100% Apple certified products, and someone who knows his stuff (believe me, I asked him so many questions). I will definitely be back, but lets hope I don't have to because god help me, if I shatter my screen again I will just go back to using those old flippy brick phones. read more

My teenaged son had a mishap while riding his bike. His mishap was that he erroneously thought that a plastic shopping bag would suffice for carrying his iPhone. After leaving the plastic bag the asphalt of the road did to his iPhone what asphalt is wont to do when introduced to an iPhone delivered to it from distance at speed. Being unhappy about it's meeting with the asphalt the iPhone was all broken up over it. Seriously, you could see it written all over the face of the iPhone. This meeting had simply shattered what was once a very well put together iPhone. It was time to bring in a professional. I spent some time looking at Yelp reviews and settled on iPhone Repair Pros. All of the reviews were positive except one, which seemed wildly out of character to the other reviews. My son and I left the iPhone for some extensive counseling and tough love. We dropped the phone off, fearful it would never be the same again. We went to Starbucks downstairs, enjoyed a warm beverage. 30 minutes later we returned to find an iPhone that was back to it's old self again. There was no sign of the previous experiences suffered by the iPhone. Sure the once broken face looked exactly as it had when it became my son's companion a year ago, smooth and clean. But even the sides and back of the phone showed no signs of a life hard lived in the pocket of a teenaged boy. All kidding aside, I called on a Sunday, when they were closed, and they got back to me right away. I recently had some problems with the headphone jack on my iPod, where the treble almost completely disappeared when headphones were plugged in. I stopped by here one day to try and get the problem fixed. The man working here told me that he didn't want to take the iPod apart to get at the jack (too big a risk of frying the motherboard), but that the problem might just be with some lint or grime interfering with the connection. He then went on to give me detailed advice on how I could clean out the jack without risking damaging the iPod. Sure enough, his methods (compressed air plus a bit of rubbing alcohol) worked perfectly. So consider me triply impressed by him. First for immediately being honest and upfront about what he can and can't do. Then for his spot-on diagnosis and advice about cleaning the jack. And most of all because he was willing to take the time to explain all this to me for free after already knowing that I wasn't going to be a paying customer for this problem. This establishment is careless and reckless. I am very disappointed at how horrible my devices looks after sending it to be repaired. I paid over $150 to get my device ruined. I deserve my money back. I brought my iPad to this establishment on 6/3/20 and was told I would be called when it was done. On 6/6/20 at 1:52pm I contacted this company to ask about the status. They informed me my device was ready and that they normally close at 2pm but would remain open until 2:30 so that I could pick it up. When I arrived the young man at the front desk was very professional, I paid for my repair and got to my car and noticed the back of my ipad had a multitude of scratches on it. When I brought my iPad in it was spotless, there were no scratches on the back of my device whatsoever. When you take your iPad inside for repair they ask you to remove your case. After the screen repair I notice my device is more damaged than how I initially brought it in I walked back inside and told the young man that my iPad had scratches all over the back, scratches that were not there before. The young man acknowledged the scratches, took the iPad and wiped it down with a cloth and some type of solution, however that did not remove the scratches that were on my device. He then picked up another person's device to clean and set that persons device on top of my device! (no wonder there are scratches on my device) Poor management of others property . I politely told him that is isn't ok and that they should be more mindful of customers belongings as no one expects to get a device that's been scratched up while being repaired. The repair mat that they work on was full of tiny screws, screws and debris I'm sure scratched my device. I asked for the managers number, thanked the young man and left the premises. As I'm driving away I get a call from the manager who suggest that I scraped my device myself , he said that devices get scratches while in the cases as opposed to devices that are not in cases. (That makes absolutely no sense at all). I informed Jerus that my devices did not have these scratches when I brought it in. Jerus began questioning if the device was indeed mine which was totally inappropriate as I the customer brought the device in, and paid for it, it's my device. If it weren't my devices why would he allow it to be paid for and taken out of the establishment? Questioning me in that regard was completely uncalled for and downright disrespectful. Overall he had an very unprofessional tone whilst me the paying customer was respectful towards him keeping the conversation about my concerns. He didn't apologize for scratching my iPad as he's under the impression that my case scratched it. To be honest the lack of care and respect for others property is wrong. As an establishment the customer expects their belongings to be well taken care of. Jerus offered me $25 off my "next repair". How can a customer feel confident that there property will be handled with care so that they feel comfortable to bring their devices here. There's no reason I'd bring anybof my devices back to this place. What amazes me is that they refuse to admit fault. The plastic film that they put on my screen is full of scratches as well. Scratches that I'm 100% sure came from their unkept surfaces, that again shows that their surfaces aren't safe for repairs and further does your products. Do not take your personal belongings to a place such as this that will damage them and not take responsibility for their faults. FYI- they are by appointment ONLY. I spoke with someone yesterday and asked what time they closed yesterday and if I could stop by today and the guys said no problem. Never said I needed an appointment or that they would be closed today. I show up at their door and it's locked, call again and said I had to make appointment which he never told me on the phone. Wasted my time driving all the way down here to get it fixed only to find out they're not even open. Terrible communication and customer service, he lied to me on the phone just now saying he never said that (I have notes I took from our call so I know for a fact I asked and his response). Guess I'll be heading to the Apple store, this is what you get when you try to save some money and buy from a local business. Update reply: That's not what was said on our first phone call and you know it. Don't lie, be honest in your interactions with customers.
