Please be aware of this place. How the owner handled the situation should speak on its own. I came on with two iPads that have receipts to show. He claims I lied. In his response to my review. I was told that if I was right about warranty that it would come out of employee who helped me check I felt horrible! If I payed for it the warranty that is for glitch but I came in for a broken screen what good is that warranty to me? All that was said is that the screen is covered for a whole year. I took in a iPhone XS Max green l, When I first talked to him, he told me he can fix it max in 15 days He kept my phone for over 3 months saying it's got sent out, he wouldnt reply to my text and ignore my phone calls. Then the pandemic happened, everywhere was shut down so I expected it to be close like a lot of other places, he told me my motherboard was bad, but I dropped my phone from 3 ft and screen was just shattered. So of course I don't wanna leave my during the pandemic for something non important when I got a other phone, so now that the coronavirus is kinda over, and everywhere is opening up, I called him he's saying he recycled the phone. Without giving me any notice, he had my phone number and address also. Would you like to get notice that your items are gonna get rid of before they do! Now I am calling him and when he hears my voice he hangs up on me. I would understand if it was a cheap phone or something but this was best phone out at the time, iPhone XS MAX, which cost me almost 1500, if you guys want some to waste your time and after "recycle" you phone please use him. The motherboard wasn't fired cuz the screen would be on the phone..... HONESTLY, what I think he did was fix the phone and sold it. Not a single cussed worked out of my mouth, employees ?? Your the only one working there what employees you talking about ?? Charge me for what when you could fix a cracked screen, at the time I drove a corvette, which that car is look the the ground, it was on my lap and when I got out it fell, why would that damage the motherboard, and plus I didn't owe you any money, for you to keep my phone, the law ur taking about is when your owed money for work completed and customer doesn't pick up the item that's when the 60 days goes in effect , So the retailer which is you can get some Of your money back.... but I didn't own you any Money.... please know the law before mentioning it or please show me where does it say you can keep an item if customer doesn't pick up the item with no balance due, if there was a balance due would make sense.... but not a 0 balance due read more

Alright listen, I managed to break my phone a month later and they were more than happy to fix it up for me. Even harder to believe is that I honest to god some how managed to break it a day later after the second screen being fixed. I went in the same day and met this young looking guy with glasses behind the counter. He immediately helped me out and told me it would be be done in 25 minutes, and he kept his word. I was in and out so fast, I was impressed. Unfortunately, the replaced screen was defected so I had to come back the day after to get it fixed. The same young man changed the screen for me in literally 10 minutes with no hassles!!! They are true to their 1 year warranty here and are happy to help when issues arise. This place was a nightmare. The owner is a cool guy, just not good services. I had a back screen replacement and they ruined my body on my camera lenses and phone, and burned out my lcd and battery. The lcd he replaced on his own dime, the battery he said he didn't do. I took it to another place that confirmed he messed up my battery as well because they didn't know what they were doing. So right off the bat, im going to tell you guys, they do a preety good job if you want to fix your screen on a budget. Its fast, has warranty and you don't need to wait long since they do it on appointments. However, I am not sure on how authentic the screens are but they work alright. Now, the reason why I gave it two stars. My wife and I both got our phone screens fixed from here and it was a teenager who did a job and it was a stellar one. However, I went back and it was a man with a beard who was nice and attentive. My phone dropped in the water and was working perfectly since I dried it and immediately dipped it in uncooked rice( it works). He asked me on whether I want him to open up the phone to check whether it needs the screen changed and try on a temporary screen and I did. However, I felt like it wasn't a screen issue and told him I didn't want it. This is where it goes wrong... he hesitated to put my old screen back and said he was a half done. I said I didn't want the screen. he put it back and he charged me 15 dollars.... just to open up and check if anything is wrong inside the phone... a little steep for a 3 min no results diagnostic, don't you think? this is false charging on 2 fronts: 1. he failed to mention he would charge me a price for opening up the phone and just did it anyways which I was led to believe was complimentary for a returning customer. 2. he was unable to confirm it was a screen issue and there was a lot of "maybes" going around on whether a screen change would fix the issue. I paid and left, feeling ripped off. Conclusion: go here if you need a confirmed quick screen change at a reasonable price, behavior is nice but beware on letting them do anything with your phone other than touching it without discussing a price first. Seems like every action may cost you money. UPDATE: You did not do any job. you just checked literally on whether my screen was faulty or it was the phone from water damage any aging by setting a screen which was still half packaged on top of my phone and it did take you a minute. That was my third time visiting you. Basic professional courtesy would be at least a free diagnostic. I am not going to dignify many of the false claims that you made by addressing each individually. However, i would like to take this chance to say I DID NOT AGREE TO THE REPAIR. i made it clear that i wanted to try the screen on to see if the functions of the phone would be any better or does the screen hang because of the phone which has grown old in addition to the water damage. you even asked me about my internet plan in this regard on whether it may have been a reason. Secondly, in your last passage. you say that i was trying to get you to diagnose my phone for free and get you to work for free. but then at the end of the sentence, you say you guys do it for free for other people. So did you charge me because of that? then it seems indeed you charge for a diagnostic the screen was literally still intact in its cover when you set it on my phone so no, you did not complete the job and i did not have you reverse your work. it was never a screen change for a certain. Anyways, it wouldn't hurt to let someone know that you will charge them before operating on their device. Its better than just coming up with a random number out of the blue at the end. read more

Just got my phone fixed today. Amazing service! Very professional and fair pricing. My LCD was damaged so I was priced $120. Someone else worked on my phone before asking it to iPhone repair pros and they lost a screw, and cut a cord which made me unable to use home button. The young gentlemen who helped me only charged $99 and because of this even though it was not their fault. I really appreciated that.
