He took photos of everything he serviced, offered to have me tag along so I can understand the processes he was completing & thoroughly answered any/every question I had. His findings were similar to the other two companies I received two quotes from... a new a/c system is need (oy...). The difference was, he was very thorough in explaining why he felt the replacement was needed & showed concrete facts of why. Even emailed me a copy of his photos/videos and notes so I could show my husband when he got home. Jamal completed his professional service, made sure all my questions were answered and scheduled for me to talk to a manager abut options and pricing. I was hesitant to move forward, but the replacement was inevitable. I could have rode it out until the unit was on its last string, but this is Vegas. I wanted to be preventative. Plus, 3 neighbors' units crapped out within the month. I didn't want to be the 4th in the height of a hot summer. Queue in Larry. He was beyond professional. Personable even. I was ready for the upselling and pushiness, but the experience never came. He went over Jamal's findings with me once more. Explained his recommendations for new units & even suggested an extra vent install for better performance. The kicker? Just like Jamal and Larry, both gentlemen were courteous, professional & friendly. They were mindful of my home and their mess during the whole process. They kept me in the loop as the process went on too. They gave me a tour of the finished product & explained filters and my new thermostat. Curtis made sure any of my questions were answered and explained how beneficial the new unit will be overall before they left. They explained a tech will be in contact complete the process with a duct sanitization and cleaning as well as the promised free dryer vent cleaning. Devin came a couple days later to finish the job. Just like all the rest, he was professional, courteous and friendly. He completed the vent cleaning & sanitization process. He took before & after photos/videos that I got emailed a copy of for my records. He made sure the team prior was thorough with the initial tune-up, inspection and install. He even took a photo of the filter recommendation sticker on the unit while he was in the attic to make sure I had all the info I needed. He explained the duct maintenance schedule and went on his way. As a home owner, dreaded big purchases like a new a/c unit in Vegas is traumatizing sometimes. And it was a TOUGH one…read more Not only was it 120 degrees outside, and much hotter in the attic, they had to pull in and out the new and old air handler through a small access panel, all while it was over 130 degrees in the attic. The team had some obstacles I suspect they didn't realize at time of quote. Ranier, Carlos, Kyle, Luis, and a few other guys on the team managed the heat and the install in one day. I can't say enough good about Super Service; they did our inspection when we were buying the home and we've stuck with them ever since. They stayed until the work was complete, where two other companies told us they would have to quit work by 6:30. These guys stayed not only til the job was done, but until they could verify our house (92 degrees inside) was cooling down so we could sleep here the night they finished. Uber-professional, courteous, respectful, and cheerful, this crew is as good as I've seen. Makes me chuckle a little that my neighbor lost his AC the same night I did, and they went with another company. He's on day 3 of his replacement. All days where the ambient was at least 111 degrees.

I was introduced to Johnny on the Spot services by my Son who purchased a package that provided a…read morefree water heater maintenance flush and air conditioner inspection for a second person. One of the guys they sent named Wolf to perform the water heater flush pushed unneeded repairs at inflated prices and claimed he could not flush the heater due to rust on the spicket. I love the internet DIY info videos because what he was pushing didn't make sense to me! I found that what he called rust or a "scab covering" was a substance called patina and was easily cleaned off with vinegar and water. I also knew that the screw that allows the water to flow from the hot water heater worked because I have turned it on in the past and water shoots out like it is supposed to! Wolf said that he couldn't turn it. I asked the company to send out someone else for the water heater. That said, four of their technicians deserved a 5 star rating! The first is Tyson France who checked my air conditioners and heating systems. He made a mistake and immediately informed me of the issue and corrected it. He was thorough, timely, free flowing with information about what was good about my system, what I need to keep an eye on; and the system is running fine. The second fabulous technician was Joey Ortega. He drained the hot water heater and changed out the rod that needed replacing. Also informative and proficient. The third and fourth gentlemen worked on my heating system in the attic. I don't have their names, but they too were professionals taking care of the business at hand. They did offer advice and recommendations for additional insulation - but not in a pushy dishonest manner. I'd use this company again, but I'd look out for the Wolf in Johnny on the Spot clothing.
