This was my best new car purchase ever. I worked with Richard and he made the whole process easy. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Mark the manager was involved throughout the process making sure everything was going smoothly. My new truck was delivered when promised. I'll shop here again when I am ready for my next vehicle.

Reading some of the older reviews about service, I question what universe they were in? I know…read moresometimes competitors have their employees write bad reviews, so that may be as well. Last week (May 2026) I had the complete opposite service experience ...and get this ! I did not even buy my 2022 Audi Q3 from THEM! (I bought it from a used car dealership = Bourne Auto). I had warranty (recall) work that only a dealer could perform and also had to get the "key owner" setting switched from the prior owner so I could access Audi's MMI system (Something Bourne Auto forgot to do!). 1) Eric (Norwell service team) got me a next day appointment, offered a loaner car, sent the estimate by email and text and completed the work the next day - plus a free car wash! The day after i got the car back , I received both a text and an email from Eric asking if everything was to my satisfaction (what other dealer does that?) 2) Kyle White (Audi Brand Specialist) must have "drawn the short straw" to help me with my "Key Owner" conversation because it was not easy! Bourne failed to clear the prior owners info from the database, but Kyle was undeterred . After converting my Key Owner status and deleting all evidence of the prior owner, (which took partnering with his technician counterpart) Kyle spent another 30 minutes of his own time showing me all the car options / functions (something Bourne never provided! ) DId I mentioned that I did not buy my Audi from them? No surprise really - Kyle's business card indicated he has achieved "Audi Magna Society" level status (something he never once mentioned !) which (in researching ) is only awarded to top performers in customer satisfaction and representation of the Audi brand. In sum, I am happy to report I received the "BEST of the Best" in service from Audi Norwell! I have zero motivation to pitch for this dealer either. They earned my loyalty ..without asking for anything in return . For that reason, I will certainly buy my next car from Audi Norwell without hesitation! If you are looking right now for an Audi , I highly recommend you start with Kyle White at Audi Norwell before any other dealer. Complete no brainer!

We were greeted as we walked in so they knew we were there but then crickets. No one came over to help us, ask questions, nothing. OK, let me share something with you…read more On Tuesday, the day after the Boston Marathon, my wife and I went to look at cars. We visited the Porsche dealership in Norwell early in the morning. When we arrived, the showroom was empty, so we walked around for a few minutes before a salesman approached us. He introduced himself as Matt and asked if we were being helped. Matt went through the usual questions to qualify us as serious buyers. I told him we were looking for a certified pre-owned Porsche Macan, preferably black with a black interior. He said he would check the inventory and see what was available. When he returned, he told us he had found a couple of options and would bring one around for us to see. He pulled the car up to the showroom, we looked it over, and then took a short test drive. On the way back, he suggested we stop by the pre-owned inventory lot to see if there was anything else we might like. Back at the showroom, Matt asked what I thought of the car. I told him I liked everything except the wheels. He said he had another car to show us that had the style of wheels I preferred and that he would bring it around in a few minutes. He came back shortly after with another car. This one had the wheels I liked, fewer miles, and the right price, but it was silver. We talked it over, and I decided, "I think this is the car. Let's do it." We went inside to start the paperwork. At that point, another salesman brought a different customer over to look at the same car we had just agreed to purchase. I asked Matt what was going on. He said it was a previous customer of his, but that he would find out more. We continued with the paperwork. His manager evaluated my trade-in, and they began putting together the numbers. Meanwhile, I noticed the other customer, who was white, still looking at the same car. For context, my wife is Chinese and I am of mixed race. Shortly after, Matt came back and said, "I'm sorry, they sold the car to the other man." I was stunned. I said, "How is that possible? We're sitting here working on the deal. Your manager has already given us numbers, and we've started the paperwork." The general manager, Rai, came in and said, "I'm sorry, this has never happened before." My wife responded, "That is the most racist thing I have ever seen." At that point, I said, "Let's go," and we left the dealership. As we were leaving, Matt said he would find another car for us and follow up. The general manager also said he would do everything in his power to locate the right car. They never did. My wife and I will buy a car, just not from that dealership.

Exceptional Experience at Norwell Porsche - A True Luxury Car Dealership"…read more Let me start by saying I've purchased many vehicles in my lifetime in a short amount of time, and this is the first I've ever felt like I wasn't being taken advantage of. From the moment I walked into Norwell Porsche, it was clear this dealership offers more than just cars--they offer an experience. The staff at Norwell Porsche are not just salesman, they're there to help and genuinely committed to ensuring you drive away not just with a car, but with satisfaction in every way. I was greeted with a warm welcome by their sales team, who took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. What truly stood out, though, was the level of customer service. From test driving the car to the final paperwork, the entire process was seamless. The team at Norwell Porsche made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, answering questions, addressing concerns, and working with me instead of against me. The dealership itself is immaculate, reflecting the luxury of the brand and dealership itself. It's clear they take pride in every aspect of their business, from the pristine showroom to the vehicles in it. It's a place where you can truly feel like you're getting a VIP experience. If you're in the market for a Porsche or any vehicle at all, I wholeheartedly recommend Norwell Porsche. It's not just about the cars; it's about a buying experience that goes above and beyond. Whether you're a Porsche enthusiast or buying used this is the place to go. Five stars without a doubt.

Some were aggressive and used the hard sell technique trying to get you to purchase a car right then and there. For others, it was the old, "We can't guarantee the car you want will be here this time tomorrow if you don't put down a deposit or purchase it today." McGee Toyota was not one of those dealerships. Right from the start, Peter C. was great to work with. There was no pressure to purchase add-ons, which some dealerships use to pad their profit on each vehicle sold. The whole car buying process at McGee Toyota was quick and easy. Definitely one of the best car buying experiences I have had.
