There's so much to look at from the wall of products to the screen on the side playing super helpful tips and product recommendations. Gissell is not only incredibly talented in the craft of curly cuts but she is such a sweet person in general. I felt comfortable sharing past experiences as well as what I wanted this time. She listened to each and every concern I had and every step of the way made sure I was happy with the outcome. The curly cut I chose had wash and style in it and wow that conditioner massage was too good! She let me know all the products she was using on my hair as well as giving me tips on how to style my hair and what products to use at home!! Which I so appreciated because taking care of curly hair is hard! I've gotten a curly cut before and it was nowhere near this good. When stylists rush, that's when your hair gets damaged and you end up with broken hair. You can trust that Ly won't do that to you. She's honest with what she can and cannot do with your hair. She is especially great with fine hair. My son is autistic and tugs on my hair a lot so it's extremely damaged. After I leave Ly's chair, my hair always looks so refreshed.
