Brought my iPhone in here today because my power button was stuck and wouldn't pop up (apparently this is extremely common in the iPhone 4/4S, yet apple won't take fault for it) Anyways after scouring yelp for reviews I came across this one which had outstanding prior reviews, was close to my house and had a deal to save $5! I called the guys early this morning to ask about pricing and man were they offering such s better deal than anyone else (apple was willing to sell me a refurbished phone at $199.99-no thanks I'd rather just BUY the brand new iPhone 5 for that price) but these guys were able to fix my phone for $30 (with the yelp deal -$5) and in a short amount of time! Awesome and quick service with honest and friendly staff! Jacob helped me with my cracked screen/LCD iPhone repair and I was in and out in no time. Thank you! Updating as I would happen to crack my screen twice in a month.They quickly repaired it, replaced my tempered glass, and even gently recommended one of their more protective cases (which I gladly purchased). I came back in after a few days for some issues with force touch and Jason was very careful to replace it with the right screen for my phone. Keep in mind that iPhones are all hand assembled, so when the first screen he put on had an issue with the LCD... he identified the problem and switched out the screen again. Thank you to Charlie! Brought my shattered iPhone 6S screen in for him to take a look at. He was friendly and customer focused, even willing to put a personal call on hold in order to attend to us first. With the drop, I had to have both the screen and LCD screen replaced. The whole process took about 20 minutes, with Charlie being more than willing to walk us through each step of the process. He even found some debris that was in the phone from manufacturing and removed it for us. All in all, the experience was easy and worth the price for the quality craftsmanship. I came in with an extremely cracked iPhone 4s screen, which happened when I accidentally dropped it from my hand while walking. The staff was fairly friendly and the price was reasonable. I was in and out in 20 min. I was happy with my service until recently. My phone cracked again. I didn't even drop it this time. I had it in my purse like I always did before, and when I pulled it out it was cracked. I didn't drop my purse or do anything with it out of the usual so I don't know how it could have cracked. I always kept my phone in my purse and it never cracked before while in there. The glass they must use here when replacing the screen is probably cheaper and even less durable than the original screen that Apple puts in. They still did a really good job repairing my screen. Even though I have a crack again it's not as bad as the one I had walked in with. I still recommend this place if you want a repair for a very affordable price. Just be extra, extra, EXTRA careful with your newly repaired phone after because it will be just as easy to crack again if not more so. read more

Woke up this morning and my phone quit charging. I went to Verizon and they said it was probably the charging port. They told me I could try a repair shop. I left my iPhone 4s on the the back of my bumper and drove away last night, only to realize that I didn't know where it was. Went back to where I thought it fell off, and sure enough, it was lying in the middle of the street. It still worked, but the screen was shattered in a million pieces. Found PCS HQ that night and brought it in to them the next day. Charlie, the owner, finished up with a customer and then began working on my phone. He says that they fix 90-100 cracked/shattered phones a week. He took my phone apart right in front of me while I watched. Took him about 30 minutes and only cost $60. His store has been there since 1989. The replacement part is just as good as the original part. I would compare the part similar to purchasing a Kirkland product from Costco, rather than a name brand product. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and very reasonable. I hope I don't have to go back as a result of a cracked phone, but if I need to, I will surely return to PCS HQ. read more

To all the klutz' out there who spilled wine or any other liquids onto their laptops: It has been 3 days since I left PCS HQ with my repaired, like-new MacBook Pro and I am still smiling about my experience there. I went into the shop and explained to Francisco how I knocked over a glass of white wine onto my opened MacBook which caused it to seep through the keyboard and shut-down the night before. I was very distressed and panicky especially since I did everything that you're not supposed to do (left it charging, didn't power off or flip it upside down, etc.) However, Jason and Francisco were extremely patient, understanding and honest about the repair process. They kept me posted on the progress up until the day it was ready for pick-up. They made sure to demonstrate that the computer system and keyboard were working properly. I was especially impressed by the way they provided a video recording of the damage and what they did a water treatment for. In addition to that, they meticulously backed-up all of my files for me which we all know is exceptionally brutal.
