Fast, reliable, kind, fairly priced I got my phone screen replaced in one day, 2 days before Christmas! Plus they gave me free tempered glass! So, with a price comparison, they are a bit on the higher end, but they get it done fast (and they gave me free tempered glass! No other place has done that for me!). Seriously. Less than 24 hrs, especially for a not so common part that they had to order-other places told me the soonest they could do was one week. They are very fair. I gave it three stars because I'm not happy with the installation. If the installation was done correctly without any faults, I'd have given them 5 stars. They are one of the quickest repair jobs out there within 30 minutes and the best part is, they do it in front of you. The cost is also average price for the screen at $189. Being on a business trip with limited time, I didn't have time to be picky and needed to get on with my day and quick turn around time was top priority. I am in the area often for work and family, so lets see if they care to fix their error regarding this Installation: The screen is slightly raised above the framing of the phone. The front facing camera is is also half functioning now, the top half of the photo is black. The notification light is also half covered. This is because he didn't make sure to have them correctly in place when gluing the screen back. Upon inspection prior to payment I brought the function of the frontal camera up and the guy told me "You should have told me before". I'm sorry I had to tell you/remind you how to correctly do your job. This is something he should be aware of when replacing screens in this day and age, this isn't the first ever phone with a frontal camera. Worst part is he refused to fix it. He said if he tried fixing it the screen would crack again, really not my problem, that's his installation problem. I didn't have time to argue. I was there with two children. Review for replacing a Samsung Galaxy S5 Screen $189 (i forgot if there was tax) This is average price for a screen replacement for this phone. They do accept Discover credit cards. read more

I came in with an extremely cracked iPhone 4s screen, which happened when I accidentally dropped it from my hand while walking. The staff was fairly friendly and the price was reasonable. I was in and out in 20 min. I was happy with my service until recently. My phone cracked again. I didn't even drop it this time. I had it in my purse like I always did before, and when I pulled it out it was cracked. I didn't drop my purse or do anything with it out of the usual so I don't know how it could have cracked. I always kept my phone in my purse and it never cracked before while in there. The glass they must use here when replacing the screen is probably cheaper and even less durable than the original screen that Apple puts in. They still did a really good job repairing my screen. Even though I have a crack again it's not as bad as the one I had walked in with. I still recommend this place if you want a repair for a very affordable price. Just be extra, extra, EXTRA careful with your newly repaired phone after because it will be just as easy to crack again if not more so. read more

I left my iPhone 4s on the the back of my bumper and drove away last night, only to realize that I didn't know where it was. Went back to where I thought it fell off, and sure enough, it was lying in the middle of the street. It still worked, but the screen was shattered in a million pieces. Found PCS HQ that night and brought it in to them the next day. Charlie, the owner, finished up with a customer and then began working on my phone. He says that they fix 90-100 cracked/shattered phones a week. He took my phone apart right in front of me while I watched. Took him about 30 minutes and only cost $60. His store has been there since 1989. The replacement part is just as good as the original part. I would compare the part similar to purchasing a Kirkland product from Costco, rather than a name brand product. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and very reasonable. I hope I don't have to go back as a result of a cracked phone, but if I need to, I will surely return to PCS HQ. read more

PCS was the CHEAPEST! Although Staples provides a 1-year warranty, it is more expensive and does not cover damages from accidents. Cracked the back glass of my iPhone XS Max. Apple will charge you some crazy ridiculous price around $399. Found PCS HQ off yelp and will forever come here for all my repairs. Made an appt same day, Charlie explained the process of how they were going to fix the glass. They use a machine laser to precisely cut off the glass. Most places I've gone will just break it off which takes forever. Charlie told me it would take 2-3 hrs because they were a little backed up and he held his promise. Had they not been busy he probably could've done it in an hr. $99 plus tax, had my back glass fixed in a day. Quality work and excellent customer service. To all the klutz' out there who spilled wine or any other liquids onto their laptops: It has been 3 days since I left PCS HQ with my repaired, like-new MacBook Pro and I am still smiling about my experience there. I went into the shop and explained to Francisco how I knocked over a glass of white wine onto my opened MacBook which caused it to seep through the keyboard and shut-down the night before. I was very distressed and panicky especially since I did everything that you're not supposed to do (left it charging, didn't power off or flip it upside down, etc.) However, Jason and Francisco were extremely patient, understanding and honest about the repair process. They kept me posted on the progress up until the day it was ready for pick-up. They made sure to demonstrate that the computer system and keyboard were working properly. I was especially impressed by the way they provided a video recording of the damage and what they did a water treatment for. In addition to that, they meticulously backed-up all of my files for me which we all know is exceptionally brutal. Updating as I would happen to crack my screen twice in a month.They quickly repaired it, replaced my tempered glass, and even gently recommended one of their more protective cases (which I gladly purchased). I came back in after a few days for some issues with force touch and Jason was very careful to replace it with the right screen for my phone. My iPhone 5 S had been out of commission for 7 months due to a 2ft drop onto the pavement. I had been using my mega old school flip phone in the time being and it was "take me back to 2004!"
