I have difficulty charging my iPhone and decided to get it repaired. I thought that the charging dock needed to be replaced and decided to bring it to pcs hq. I didn't get the name of the gentleman that helped me but as soon as I handed him my phone, he checked out the charging port & found a lot of lint in it. He just cleaned it up & the phone is working fine. I wasn't charged for it, great customer service. read more

If you want your phone repair fast, come here! After having another shop keep my phone over a week, needless to say I was frustrated. But Charlie showed, and explained to me the damage to my phone and what needed to be done. Literally fixed my phone OVERNIGHT! Who could ask for better service? When I dropped off my phone he informed me that 1 out of 50 need a new digitizer (which is an additional $100) so I just assumed he was going to tell me mine needed a digitizer when I picked it up. Much to my surprise he called me an hour later and my phone was repaired for the agreed upon price. Great, honest service! read more

This guy was great! He fixed my broken iPhone screen in about 20 min. While fixing it he went out of his way to make sure every little detail was correct. Also he found a lot of things that the guy who had fixed my phone before had not put back on, and he added them. Great place and cheap! Definitely come here! read more

PCS HQ is as good as it gets! They do timely, quality, and thorough repairs at a low cost compared to other stores especially the Apple store. The first time I came in I got a screen replacement for my water damaged iPhone 5. They do the repairs in front of you which is awesome!! I went to the store a second time due to a problem with water damage again and the owner stayed after hours (till almost 8 p.m.) when I called him in a panic about not being able to use my phone for my business. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I would highly recommend this business to any of my friends and family. They've been open for 25 years and are extremely experienced and qualified. read more

I got my Galaxy S3 screen repaired and it looks great. He had it done in the 2 hours that he stated. He gave me a free case (cheap but usable) if I would write a review but even if he didn't I would give them 5 stars. BTW, if you want Nordstroms service, you will need to go to Nordstroms. You won't get it here. read more

This was my 3rd time here and I can't say enough about how great the customer service is. Jason answered all my questions again and even showed me a video of the the new tempered screen he put on my phone which my kids were fascinated with. He was so sweet to my kids and and answered all of their curious questions too all while being very patient! :) And with this being the third accident, he gave me a discount! Yay! Thank you Jason! We never post reviews but we had a great experience! Jason helped us repair an iPhone 5s screen and home button. He fixed it all right in front of us and it did not take long at all. He made it a point to show us exactly what was wrong and test all the repairs before we left. We ended up getting a tempered glass screen cover and case for the phone, also. Pricing was fair considering the phone needed quite a bit of work. Overall, very friendly and good quality work/products. We would totally come back for any other phone repair needs. read more

Great customer service! My iPhone screen was broken so needed a new one. It took a little long but that's because they made sure the screen worked properly. They had to change the screen 3 times. They did it right in front of me. My screen works just fine and I have not had any problems with it. Totally recommend this place! read more

Go to this place if you're having trouble with your phone! My phone was having trouble charging when I plugged it in. I took it in to PCS HQ, and the gentleman working there cleaned out some pocket lint stuck in the port with some tweezers and an air can. It took him about 30 seconds, and he didn't charge me. He could have just charged me $65 dollars to replace the port and taken advantage of my stupidity. But he was honest and friendly, and incredibly helpful. read more

Francisco took me right away and went to work. 20 minutes later I had a perfect screen and the price was not a penny more than what I was quoted. I went to Apple Store, the guy told me I have to replace a new screen or buy a new iPad.. I went to this store, and want to replace a new screen, because it's cheaper here. Great place and great employees. Also the place is spotless clean. I walked in and dropped off my shattered iPhone 6 plus which also had a bent frame to Charlie and he called awhile later and phone looks new. While picking up my 6 Plus I decided to have him also repair my other 6 Plus with one crack and he fixed it in front of me in 15 minutes. You can't go wrong with PCS HQ. read more

I was new to the world of cell phone malfunction and repair. Two days before my 1-year warranty ran out, my cell phone went berserk. Samsung wanted me to mail the phone to them for an evaluation - a situation that would take two weeks in-shop, not counting shipping in either direction, AND they couldn't guarantee that they would be able to save my information. I was freaking... In desperation, I went to the Spectrum store where, although they couldn't fix it, they gave me the contact info for PCS HQ and said that this shop has been able to repair a lot of phones for their customers. Glowing recommendation!!! Nevertheless, having never heard of them, I decided to check out the Geek Squad, where I had to wait two days for an appointment, at which time they too said they couldn't fix it. Now the warranty had run out. Geez... The next morning, off I went to PCS HQ. I wish I'd gone to them right from the start. Daniel was friendly and professional, reassuring me that, in most cases, phones with the problems I was experiencing were easily repaired by replacing the screen, and no loss of information. They didn't happen to have the screen for my particular phone in stock but he ordered it and it was delivered within a couple of days. As soon as it arrived, Daniel fixed it and, voila(!!!) good as new. Efficient, professional, reliable... What more could you ask? Save yourself a lot of time and worry. Get your cell phone repaired at PCS HQ (and tell all your friends about them). You'll be glad you did!!! read more

Exceptional service and customer service! Charlie completely fixed my iPhone. I brought it in with a broken screen & the battery wouldn't charge. After taking the phone to a "friend", I later learned the phone was returned in worse condition!! :-( Charlie fixed everything, gave me a quote up front and communicated each time he found a new problem! I had an amazing experience at PCS HQ. Nobody wants to repair a phone but if you have to this is the place. It was a little drive for me to get there but well worth it. From the beginning communications was impeccable. They responded to my quote request on Sunday night! They confirmed they had stock of my part and how long the repair would take. I drove down and sat for 15 minutes while they repaired and QC'd my repair. It was pretty awesome. Thanks guys! read more

I went to get my broken screen replaced on friday but it was late so I went back on saturday. The owner repaired it in about 30 to 40 minutes. All I can say is they know their stuff. If u need ur phone repaired go with them they know what they do. Leave it to the pros. My htc evo shift is working just like new. read more

Went today to check out this due to all the excellent ratings. I was somewhat impressed. Cracked my iphone 4s screen and bent the middle frame. -Screen repair cost $75 which is bit pricy compared to others I had saw. - Then to replace the middle frame it was $40.00 (would've probably cost more but the man showed me the price by accident) - and then JUST TO INSTALL the frame he charged $50!!!! Total came out to $170! which I feel is a bit expensive , but hey everyone's gotta make their labor money right? 4 stars cause prices were steep 5 stars for how chill Charlie was though, chill laid back dude. read more

My galaxy s4 cracked in the bottom corner, I dropped again and it shattered and looked horrible. Went to a repair shop in fullerton and the guy said most places have to replace the glass and lcd screen even tho I only needed the glass and it would cost $240. I looked up this place and when I walked in I was told right off the bat what it would cost $100 and that they can do just the glass. The owner of this shop was so nice and explained everything to me before I left it with him to get fixed. I expected a wait of up to 3 hours since there was a phone before me but I was called within about an hour and my phone looked absolutely perfect when I got it. Brand new. This place is amazing, honest and fast! Highly recommend. read more

I've been hesitant to write this post, however i was very disappointed by the treatment I received from this place. Initially, I called to get directions, and the person who picked up the phone was pretty rude yet, disregarding the call, I still went in out of desperation to the store. I went in to get my iphone fixed and the owner disregarded me. and eventually called onto Jason Jason was very courteous to me and helped me. On the flip side, Charlie was really rude and was tempered. It really seemed like he did not want to help me and all he did was yell and to me it seemed like he was refusing to provide assistance. I went here after reading the yelp reviews, and definitely I was disappointed and it was not friendly at all. Jason's service of fixing my iphone within 20 minutes is the only reason why I am offering a 2/5 stars. However, if I had a choice I would not return back to this place and I would not recommend this place to my friends. I was ready to get out of there once the Iphone was fixed. read more

I'm not typically a reviewer, but this store has been such a disappointment in terms of fixing my electronics. About two years ago, I came in to fix my broken screen on my laptop. After a couple of hours, they gave me a call saying they couldn't find the parts to it. I said fine and moved on to a different store and got it completely fixed. I wanted to give them a second shot; so a couple of weeks ago, I came in with my phone hoping they would fix my charging port. The guy told me there was water damage and after three tries of putting on different charging ports, the phone still wouldnt charge. My phone worked before I gave it to them since I always took out the battery and charged it through an external port. Now, my phone won't even get passed the logo screen. On top of that, there was a diagnostic fee of 25 dollars. So basically, I paid this place 25 dollars to ruin my phone even more. Thank you so much. I'm never coming back again. read more

NO CONTRACT - NOT TRUE ( FALSE ADVERTISEMENT) Metro PCS claims NO Contract - this is not true. According to their special services dept. no contract means they will not go after the consumer for unpaid bills which is absurd since the "no contract" is always on a prepaid service. Yes, you are on a contract since e. g. if your month end date is on the 20th and you opt out to not use the phone for say one month, the next month that you plan on using the phone you'll have to pay for the month you didn't use it in order to have service. Of course Metro PCS will not come after you for the one month payment since they did not provide any service. So, forget about all the TV and billboard ads. that say no contract. What an awesome place!! I brought in my wife's Samsung Galaxy Edge to have a broken charging port repaired. It turned out that the port was part of an assembly tied in with many components one of which damaged the screen. After determining there was more than one problem, PCS not only replaced the entire charging port assembly but replaced the screen as well, honoring the original quote and footing the bill for a bran new screen out of their pocket! Now THAT'S keeping your customer satisfied! Charlie and the staff were awesome. I recommend this place for anyone who wants fair, honest quotes and excellent repair work for their electronic devices. read more

I was devastated when I accidentally dropped my phone and the screen shattered! I immediately looked for cell phone repair shops near Brea area and came upon PCS so I decided to give it a try because of their excellent reviews. You will not regret it! I went there pretty early so luckily I was able to wait for my phone to get fixed. Service was amazing and Charlie did a fantastic job with replacing my Galaxy S3 cover, it looks like a brand new phone! My boyfriend and I went to this place for him to get his screen fixed on his Iphone. Compared to other places the price was very reasonable, and it only took them a short time to fix it. I ended up walking out of there with a flawless used (seller refirbished) iphone for myself. They also set my phone up for me since i am a T-Mobile user and couldn't do it myself. Because of they're great customer service and good prices not only did we get our phones, but each of us got a case, he got headphones, a charger, screen protectors (they applied, thankfully) and a couple other gadgits. These guys were GREAT! My iphone front screen was cracked and missing chunks out of it, and my power button was jammed. They fixed it right up and made it look beautiful and brand new, I also bought a new case from them..WHICH they gave me a great price. These guys are super friendly and really made me and my friend laugh. I will for sure go back for all my repairs. Don't bother spending your money on an extended warranty from your cell phone company with a deductable of $200 or more. Save your money and take it to Charlie if you damage it. I took him my grandson's Pantech that had been completely submerged in water. Everything inside was tremendously corroded and the phone would not work at all. I left it with Charlie on a Friday afternoon and by Saturday night he had it working perfectly. If your phone can be fixed, he can do it- and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended! read more

I went to PCS HQ for service because my iPhone was stuck with iTune screen and could not be rebooted. Jason restored my iPhone in less than 30 min. Their service charges are very reasonable, and technicians are courteous. This is the second time I went there for service, last time was there to replace a broken iPad screen, In both time I am very satisfied with their fast service. Also, my phone had been lagging considerably as of late, and they were able to figure out and fix the problem. Very good service. I dropped my phone and it no longer displayed anything on the screen. The entire process was only 30 minutes at the maximum, including all the questions that I had. Knowledgeable staff answered everything that I could think of and I was offered a couple options on how to fix my phone. Charlie at PCS HQ is so very helpful. And, I couldn't believe that his prices were as good and in most cases better than most other cell phones retailers. He really came through in a clutch. My friend dropped his $600 A phone and shattered the screen. Charlie took one look and said "leave it with me one day" and for a very reasonable price he had it repaired. The owner Charlie was great, he responded to my quote request so fast and it was very detailed. I cracked my Samsung s7 edge screen. I went in as a walk in on a Saturday and Charlie fixed my screen in front of me and told me what he was doing. It was a cool process to watch, you never get to see the inside of your phone. Took iPad in to get battery replaced. Called back saying that after replacing battery it keeps restarting and that they couldn't fix it. They basically broke the iPad. Took it to another place and they determined that when PCSHQ took out the battery they weren't careful and ripped one of the pins out of the board. Never again will I come here. read more
