This has to be the hidden GEM in Orange county for mobile phone repair. The screen for my s7 edge cracked and was completely unusable. After doing some research I decided to take my phone here for repair. As soon as I got there I was welcomed by a store employee. It wasn't long until I had my phone repaired right in front of me. I have to say Jason and the employees here really have great customer service. The repair did not take long at all and Jason took the time to verify the phone was fully functional. The phone looks just like I had it before the screen cracked. They have a nice selection of cases and accessories at the store as well so I made sure I did not leave my phone unprotected. Jason and the staff here are very knowledgeable and I definitely will be coming back here for any future mobile device repairs. read more

My husband and I went in yesterday to get the microphone on his iPhone fixed. Charlie did all the work in front of us, he was fair on his price (around $65 while apple was going to charge $300), and was very friendly. It took only 20 minutes, if that. We found out later that his phone wasn't charging and when I took it in this morning, he fixed it right away. Would completely recommend them. read more

I broke the glass on the front of my iPhone 4s. After crying and posting a picture on Instagram, a friend recommended I go to PCS HQ. I could not be more happy! Jason was super nice and very thorough with fixing the glass! The price was very reasonable and was finished in about 20 minutes. I was able to watch the entire process. You even get a free case for checking in on yelp! He recommended I buy a temper glass protector but was not pushy about it. I opted to buy it and am glad I did. I will definitely recommend PSC HQ to friends and if I ever break another phone will be back! read more

First time to go into the store Tuesday with a broken screen on my 4S Iphone. Their shipment for the screen was being delivered that afternoon and Jason called to let me know. Arrived around 5pm and was done with the repaired phone by 6pm! Jason also explained the difference to me about the Samsung new phones and new Iphones, in simple language for those of us who are not techies. I'm really leaning to buying the Samsung Galaxy now that he spend time with me to make sure I understood the difference and benefits. I'm joining the very positive reviews here! I dropped my phone last night and shattered the screen. Like really shattered it. :-(. I really didn't know what to do as I'm new in this area. A friend suggested PCS HQ and I am so thrilled I took my phone to them. Jason worked on my phone and was really helpful and fast. some of the things I think are stellar: a) really confident in working on my cell phone. b) helpful and answer questions thoroughly c) no appointment necessary and d) all pricing is available. They discuss all that with you before starting service. And it's also available on their website. I am also glad to know that they can service other devices like ipad and laptops too. Excellent, excellent service! I went here today after being a butter fingers and dropping my phone and shattering the screen. I went into the store shortly after I got off of work. After being tired from my work day, the wait was quick (about 15minutes) and the owner did a FANTASTIC job replacing my iphone 4 screen. It looked brand spanking new :) If I could rate this place higher I would. I am such a customer service snob so when I get amazing service, I have to give credit where credit is due! This is a delayed review, because I've switched to the iPhone since then, but these guys were absolutely amazing. After I cracked my EVO screen for the upteenth time after dropping it from a foot of the ground, these guys fixed my phone in a jiffy. Went on yelp to find somewhere to fix my iphone 4 after it was only turning on for 2 seconds at a time while on the charger. Problem was it was Sunday and most of the places that I could go were closed, found pcs hq which was pretty close and open til 4 on Sunday. Got there and got helped right by Charlie who put it on the charger to see for himself and fixed the problem with a new battery in less than 10 minutes. Phone is working perfect now. My boss broke his screen and request me to find a spot to have it fixed. I found PCS HQ on Yelp! and saw they superb ratings all around. My boss returned the next with a brand new screen and said Charlie helped him out! Just recently, I brought my cousins phone in because the there was something wrong with the screen. I came here because I drop my phone in parking lot. I googled a place for cell phone repairs and I saw reviews. So I came in and talk to Jason who told me the prices to fix my cracked screen, he told me it would take two hours, but Charlie fix it in an hour. I was very happy how my phone looked, it still looked good as new. Charlie is also a sweet man with a great sense of humor. I totally recommend this place to get your phone fix. read more

Super fast and you'll love the results. Prices are up front although if you're like me you'll spend more. I upgraded to the tempered glass (good sales pitch, hopefully it works!) and replaced the damaged LCD. $140-something out the door. No complaints... Apple store said they couldn't fix it at all so in comparison to buying a new 5S, this was a steal. Happy fixin! read more

I sent my stepdad over, and Johnny was not only able to quickly diagnose the issue, but he also provided a temporary fix at no charge while waiting for the replacement part to arrive (expected Tuesday). The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Definitely recommend this place if you need honest, fast, and friendly phone repair.

I've been hesitant to write this post, however i was very disappointed by the treatment I received from this place. Initially, I called to get directions, and the person who picked up the phone was pretty rude yet, disregarding the call, I still went in out of desperation to the store. I went in to get my iphone fixed and the owner disregarded me. and eventually called onto Jason Jason was very courteous to me and helped me. On the flip side, Charlie was really rude and was tempered. It really seemed like he did not want to help me and all he did was yell and to me it seemed like he was refusing to provide assistance. I went here after reading the yelp reviews, and definitely I was disappointed and it was not friendly at all. Jason's service of fixing my iphone within 20 minutes is the only reason why I am offering a 2/5 stars. However, if I had a choice I would not return back to this place and I would not recommend this place to my friends. I was ready to get out of there once the Iphone was fixed. read more

I'm not typically a reviewer, but this store has been such a disappointment in terms of fixing my electronics. About two years ago, I came in to fix my broken screen on my laptop. After a couple of hours, they gave me a call saying they couldn't find the parts to it. I said fine and moved on to a different store and got it completely fixed. I wanted to give them a second shot; so a couple of weeks ago, I came in with my phone hoping they would fix my charging port. The guy told me there was water damage and after three tries of putting on different charging ports, the phone still wouldnt charge. My phone worked before I gave it to them since I always took out the battery and charged it through an external port. Now, my phone won't even get passed the logo screen. On top of that, there was a diagnostic fee of 25 dollars. So basically, I paid this place 25 dollars to ruin my phone even more. Thank you so much. I'm never coming back again. read more

NO CONTRACT - NOT TRUE ( FALSE ADVERTISEMENT) Metro PCS claims NO Contract - this is not true. According to their special services dept. no contract means they will not go after the consumer for unpaid bills which is absurd since the "no contract" is always on a prepaid service. Yes, you are on a contract since e. g. if your month end date is on the 20th and you opt out to not use the phone for say one month, the next month that you plan on using the phone you'll have to pay for the month you didn't use it in order to have service. Of course Metro PCS will not come after you for the one month payment since they did not provide any service. So, forget about all the TV and billboard ads. that say no contract. What an awesome place!! I brought in my wife's Samsung Galaxy Edge to have a broken charging port repaired. It turned out that the port was part of an assembly tied in with many components one of which damaged the screen. After determining there was more than one problem, PCS not only replaced the entire charging port assembly but replaced the screen as well, honoring the original quote and footing the bill for a bran new screen out of their pocket! Now THAT'S keeping your customer satisfied! Charlie and the staff were awesome. I recommend this place for anyone who wants fair, honest quotes and excellent repair work for their electronic devices. read more

I was devastated when I accidentally dropped my phone and the screen shattered! I immediately looked for cell phone repair shops near Brea area and came upon PCS so I decided to give it a try because of their excellent reviews. You will not regret it! I went there pretty early so luckily I was able to wait for my phone to get fixed. Service was amazing and Charlie did a fantastic job with replacing my Galaxy S3 cover, it looks like a brand new phone! My boyfriend and I went to this place for him to get his screen fixed on his Iphone. Compared to other places the price was very reasonable, and it only took them a short time to fix it. I ended up walking out of there with a flawless used (seller refirbished) iphone for myself. They also set my phone up for me since i am a T-Mobile user and couldn't do it myself. Because of they're great customer service and good prices not only did we get our phones, but each of us got a case, he got headphones, a charger, screen protectors (they applied, thankfully) and a couple other gadgits. These guys were GREAT! My iphone front screen was cracked and missing chunks out of it, and my power button was jammed. They fixed it right up and made it look beautiful and brand new, I also bought a new case from them..WHICH they gave me a great price. These guys are super friendly and really made me and my friend laugh. I will for sure go back for all my repairs. Oh and they have a loyalty card and after so many visits you get a free accesory and 5 times you get 25% off any repair. Charlie and Jason are the best, Thanks so much guys!! read more

Don't bother spending your money on an extended warranty from your cell phone company with a deductable of $200 or more. Save your money and take it to Charlie if you damage it. I took him my grandson's Pantech that had been completely submerged in water. Everything inside was tremendously corroded and the phone would not work at all. I left it with Charlie on a Friday afternoon and by Saturday night he had it working perfectly. If your phone can be fixed, he can do it- and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended! read more

I went to PCS HQ for service because my iPhone was stuck with iTune screen and could not be rebooted. Jason restored my iPhone in less than 30 min. Their service charges are very reasonable, and technicians are courteous. This is the second time I went there for service, last time was there to replace a broken iPad screen, In both time I am very satisfied with their fast service. Staff is very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about the level of customer service. They replaced my iPhone 4s screen quickly and for a very fair price. Also, my phone had been lagging considerably as of late, and they were able to figure out and fix the problem. Very good service. I dropped my phone and it no longer displayed anything on the screen. The entire process was only 30 minutes at the maximum, including all the questions that I had. Knowledgeable staff answered everything that I could think of and I was offered a couple options on how to fix my phone. Charlie at PCS HQ is so very helpful. And, I couldn't believe that his prices were as good and in most cases better than most other cell phones retailers. He really came through in a clutch. My friend dropped his $600 A phone and shattered the screen. Charlie took one look and said "leave it with me one day" and for a very reasonable price he had it repaired. The owner Charlie was great, he responded to my quote request so fast and it was very detailed. I cracked my Samsung s7 edge screen. I went in as a walk in on a Saturday and Charlie fixed my screen in front of me and told me what he was doing. It was a cool process to watch, you never get to see the inside of your phone. Took iPad in to get battery replaced. Called back saying that after replacing battery it keeps restarting and that they couldn't fix it. They basically broke the iPad. Took it to another place and they determined that when PCSHQ took out the battery they weren't careful and ripped one of the pins out of the board. Never again will I come here. read more

After my battery installation I had an issue with the speaker that could have been cause by the battery I brought to the store, yet they changed the bad speaker and didn't charge me.
