Although TVs are not their specialty, I went in for a TV repair and they said they could fix it. They claimed all it needed was a new part and it would be good as new. The new part was $150..pretty expensive but much less than the TV costs so I went ahead and did it. It worked great for like 4-6 months maybe, then it started returning to it's old problem of flashing the picture and displaying an annoying message in the corner of the screen. I went it to see if they'd fix it, but no dice. Most of them are relatively nice guys, but I can't endorse them to fix anything or to uphold customer relations based on my experience. read more

I was a "walk-in" with an IPhone which was not working. My "self-diagnosis" was the battery had failed. Was warmly greeted and provided a roll-out describing the problem. Withn a few short minutes received confirmation indeed the battery had failed, and the iPhone was still serviceable. Quite relieved as I didn't want the expense of purchasing a new one. Battery was replace within 20 minutes and after an additional in store charge-time of 30 minutes, the phone and I were "good-to-go". Repairs include a six month warranty. This place hardly needs another positive review, but they really do provide great service. The staff was friendly and fixed my completely shattered iPhone5 screen in less than 30 minutes. When I got home later, it was acting a little funky, so I took it back the next day and they replaced it with a brand new screen within 15 minutes. Wasn't thrilled about having to go back, but their speedy service and willingness to stay open late to accommodate me still made it a good experience. I chipped the screen of my iphone and brought it here for a repair. They were fairly fast however the screen flutters constantly now and I can see lines running horizontally through images on the phone's screen when it is lit. Overall, the screen was fixed and the phone works, however the image on the screen is definitely not what is was prior to the damage and repair. Update (11/3/12): I was contacted almost immediately after my original review and was told to bring my phone in due to a 6 month warranty that came with the screen repair (pretty awesome). Apparently they had a bad batch of screens inventoried when I originally brought it in. The phone is now fixed and back to normal. Can't really review their repairs, due to the fact that my iPhone was unrepairable (not their fault). What I am reviewing is their communication, or lack thereof. I brought my phone in on Tuesday and explained that it was water damaged. They told me they would take a look at it and give me a call Wednesday afternoon. I wait and wait and around 5:15pm I call because I know they close at 6:00pm. They said, they are still working on it and would give me a call Thursday afternoon. Not too upset, but I did have to call in to get that update. So I wait and wait today, no call. I happen to be near the store around 3pm today and I walk in to check in on my phone. They had already figured out that it was unrepairable and had it sitting there ready to be picked up, I figured maybe they had left a voicemail at my home line to let me know to pick it up, but they didn't. They didn't charge me for it, which is why it gets an extra star. I just really wish they would have been more communicative and didn't require me to reach out to get updates. read more

I came back because the initial changing of the docking station didn't work. After a fee long hours it turns out some components had to replaced which was an extra $25 dollars ($75) total. I have a phone that works and it was still cheaper than the apple store who said, I had to buy a new phone in order to fix it. Overall, I'm happy to say I have a working phone :) read more

This place is awesome. I wasn't getting service in my phone. I went first and the guys told me to check out a SIM card first and then come back. I went to the cellphone store, and when the new SIM card didn't work, they just tried to sell me a new phone for 500$. I decided to take is back to iPhone repair. The guys here fixed the problem in under an hour, for 15$! Rarely do you find a place where the service is so honest and cheap. Can't recommend this place enough. read more

The lock button on my iphone 4S broke and the Apple Store told me that they do not repair their phones; they'll give you a refurbished phone if your'e in warranty otherwise sucks for you. Cue much anger and frustration. Fortunately Yelp led me to Philly iPhone repair where they repaired the button in about 20 minutes for $50. And I saved a few bucks by checking in on Yelp. Had my iPhone phone replace here, price was on the high side but going by the positive reviews I decided it was better to pay a little extra instead of having my phone repaired by a newer inexperienced shop. What a disaster , I Waited almost 2 hours for a repair they 1st said would take 30 mins , then they act bothered when I asked how much longer 2 times. I had a meeting and was not prepared to wait that long and I needed the phone to look up notes about the meeting . The screen they used is not the original iPhone screen .there are blue marks on the screen behind the glass I was to rushed to notice when I got it back. I know they noticed this screw up because they where mumbling to each other talking about it. They totally took advantage of them causing me to be late and played on that . My battery is draining much faster them before and also the phone gets hotter on the front and back . I never had this problem before . I made an appointment and took it to the apple store and they told me the blue marks and battery drain are directly related to the low quality screen they used to repair my phone . Apple will not repair the phone now due to the screen they used to replace is causing the problems . They said I have to buy a new phone . I called around and this place ha the highest prices .
