BTW: hubby have after 50 years, been doing the fixing himself, until now, he lost touched! Finally, he called a plumber who was able to come TODAY! Whoopee! Thanks, YELP! Daniel didn't take too long, he got it going again. Thank you! Enjoy your flower!

I booked an appointment for an estimate to clear a clog in the pipes from my kitchen sink. I asked…read morefor pricing but was advised a diagnosis was needed. Cost of an ESTIMATE $59. (Refunded if you hire them.) Employee quoted me the FLAT FEE of $274 without any diagnostic inspection. I asked them to check my faucet handles in both showers while they were here to see why they wobble when I turn them making it difficult to set the temperature. They came back with a price of $600+ to "rebuild" the faucets, or over $2000 to replace them with an updated internal mechanism, with NO AESTHETIC OR FUNCTIONAL IMPROVEMENT. I did a little digging and I can replace the handles with a kit made by Delta specifically for my shower faucet handles for $59 each. If the kit doesn't come with new internal parts, there's a kit with those for an extra $15.99 each. My handyman will install it for a FRACTION OF THE PRICE. If I wasnt recovering from a broken femur I would do it myself with the help of Dr. YouTube. They scared us with a warning that the faucets could be leaking inside our walls. We didnt use ANY water for 20 hours without the meter moving at all so I dont think that's happening. Im really disappointed that a company I wanted to support was so expensive and so opaque about the cost of their service. (Sink issue) The guys who came out were really nice and one of them apologized that I wasnt given the price before they came out. However they were happy to take my $59 and leave me with what I think was a Ridulous and Outrageous bid to change out my faucet handles. Thank God they arent broken and I wind up paying hundreds or thousands for something that shouldn't cost more than a couple hundred, at MOST.

He also listened to my warranty situation with my particular unit and price break down if I were to go with another plumber qualified for the warranty service. I appreciated that he was upfront with me about everything and never tried to push me into replacing it through his company. He was very honest about what their price would be compared to going through my warranty and what if he would do if he were in my situation. I am extremely grateful for the honest work that this company does.

He said ge would not service it because it will only make it a couple of weeks. They charged me $89 anyways. I called and got a refund since they refused to service it. Nice that they refunded money for service they never performed. They gave me an estimate of over 10k to replace it. I called clean air act. They serviced it up and said it's still has a lot of life left. Now 2026 Chris is texting me wanting to service it on a special of $49. Why? So they can refuse to service it again? They only want to replace units not service them. Here is a picture how they left it last summer. Refused to clean it too. It is still running strong.
