I love this place. The food is good enough for me. It's bar food. The beer is cheap and the girls are gorgeous. Mindy is an awesome bartender/waitress and there's one other girl. A shorter blonde who is also really good. I enjoy going here after work to grab a beer or grab a few with a buddy. Can't beat the $2 16oz Busch lights and $.44 wings on Mondays! Oh! nice place...it is what it is a sport/biker theme bar/restaurant.. and it doesn't strive to be anything else...that's why I like it. My wife and I go every week or so for the wings, which are consistently good; my favorite the cajun, wife likes the honey habenero. Nightly beer specials, etc. Looking for a challenge, try the buffalo chicken sandwich. It's huge, I'm a big boy, big appetite, and I can't usually finish it. As for the servers outfits (they have themes every night...) sure they're "skimpy" and reveling, but nothing you've never seen at the beach, or the mall for that matter. Do not come here, especially if you are a female! Both bartenders looked over at me but ignored me for 5 minutes then one of them came over and took my order but never came back. I have been to this saloon a few times and have never had a bad time. The staff rocks and are very friendly especially Krystal (crazy girl). The best day time bartender is Heather (she's a looker), I think that's her name. I'm not sure about the names of the other waitresses but stay tuned and I will go again and report back. Very nice waitress but seemed totally overwhelmed. We've had her on 2 separate occasions and they are severely understaffed. We've visited here 5 or so times and the service never improves. Menu is full of great options and the food is good. Great atmosphere but once again., If you need to be out of a restaurant in less than an hour this might not be the one. Very nice folks work here. Especially Mindy and Craig. Great to service our party on a regular basis. They are really great staff because our tab can get confusing and they handle it well. They have daily specials on the menu which are good. The Rueben is good too. Fun little place for watching sports, karaoke, or shooting a game of pool. read more

Everything we have ordered has been good. Portions are huge! Don't worry about dressing up to come here.

The food here is really good. The Reuben is one of the best I've had. Prices are really good as well. If you remind yourself this IS a biker bar, then it's a great place to visit. If you expect great service and clean facilities this isn't the place for you. You sit yourself, and hope that a waitress will come help you without you having to wave like a mad man. The tables here are ALWAYS DIRTY. I've been here 3 times, and every time I walk around trying to find a clean table, and finally just decide to take one with the best view. So what if the table is sticky?? I say the best view, because the uniform for the girls would make a Hooters girl blush. My last visit was a whopping 12 minute wait before any of the waitresses came to my table for a drink order. The girls are super friendly once they get around to helping you. But they definitely don't make you feel like a valued customer. There is always a few waitresses out back smoking outside in view of customers which I don't think is appropriate. They seem to run around and do whatever they want, with little to no management in sight. Overall if you want great food, great prices, and want to stare at some ass while you eat this is a great place for you.... I'll be back again. read more

I wish we lived closer to this restaurant it is awesome. My wife and I drive an hour to get here and it has always been worth the drive. I love the buffalo chicken sandwich but you better be hungry or plan to take some home. My wife gets the chicken philly and it is worthy. The girls are always attentive to both of us. They have theme nights and dress accordingly. They have a biker night, a school girl night,and a pajamma jam night making it very fun place. The service was extremely poor and the staff and management was rude. I wouldn't go back. Also, the place was almost dead.

So i have to be honest not a really cool place as advertised. Me and the boys go out to have a good time see some ladies but NOPE. We had one waitress waiting on 7 plus tables ON A SATURDAY NIGHT? Common where are all the employees at? A busy weekend night and they had a few customers present but it seems like none of the waitresses wanted to go to work that night. But thats not all, not only did we wait for long periods of time just to get a refill, my car also got ROBBED. Yes seriously my friends duffle bag with all of his bathroom necessities, apple watch, 3 change of clothes and 2 shoes and even a couple apple chargers was snatched out of my vehicle while we were inside the restaurant. We called to report it and no one was even taking it seriously, its as if robbery's are normal to the employees and staff of the iron thunder saloon in concord. If you want to wait for extended periods of time for refills and food, get ur stuff robbed out of ur car, and not even get to have the full experience in the restaurant like they pretend to advertise. I went to iron thunder saloon on 3/5/2016 for lunch. We had our waitress set at our table and scratch her head and when I got my food, the fries ,first one I click up had fuzz on the end of it. Then when i brought it to the waitress attention she said it was the way the potatoes where cut. What kind of BS was that. Then the Hamburger made our s stomach hurt,my girlfriend even got sick. This place is terrible!!! I went there about a year ago for lunch with some friends. The service was lousy. I had to meet a friend last week and decided to give this place a try again. The service was even worse! I walked in for lunch at 1:07 pm. And sat down at a table. Waitress came over and I gave her my drink order. About 15 minutes later she asked if I was ready to order so I placed my order, still no drink. About 25 minutes after I had sat down a different waitress comes and asks what I'd like to drink. I told her I'd like the drink I'd ordered when I came in and sat down. The original waitress did nothing but stand around and talk with ppl that she obviously knew at another table all the while making sure they got their drinks and their food. At about 1:40-1:45 pm I finally got my food- 10 boneless wings and fries. Really?? This is lunch service??? I will never return to this restaurant. I'll eat next door at McDonalds!!! read more

This place is with out a doubt my favorite hang out. It is a relaxed fun atmosphere, nice pool tables, great juke box, and really hot waitresses. They have a different special and theme everyday. We go alot on Wednesdays for Tacos and Fridays for half price apps. The wait staff is friendly and the prices are awesome Oh and the Buffalo chicken sandwich is Legen.......(wait for it)......................dary. It's huge and well priced. I love this place. IT wins the award for the best price for lunch. You absolutely can not beat the food and the prices here. I usually get what is on special for the day, but anything from the menu is great too (and priced reasonble). As far as the scenery with the waitresses, it varies from day to day but usually its pretty good eye candy. Absolutely the worst service that I have ever had. First of all, my wife and I sat there forever before we were graced with the presence of a waitress that took our drink order but did not give us a menu (had to ask for one), she then brought out the drinks and said she would be back to take our order. After a while she did return and took our order. I ordered wings and my wife ordered spaghetti which comes with a side salad, they brought out the salad. We then waited, and waited, and waited thirty three minutes later (yes thirty three) a bus boy came over to our table and told my wife that " THEY WERE OUT OF SPAGHETTI "! Why could they not have told her that sooner? She told them to forget it she would just eat the salad and he (yes the bus boy) brought my wings out. They never came around to ask if we wanted anything else to drink and when we were finished we had to ask for the check it then took her for ever to bring it to our table, we put cash down and waited, and waited, and waited I finally told the ONE other waitress that was working to tell our waitress if she didn't want us to just walk out, she needs to come cash us out. She finally did and again it took her a long time to bring us our change back and then it was short. We decided to cut our losses and just forget it and leave. And last but not least, they charged for each of the ranch and blue cheese for the wings. read more

Well they just informed my daughter that she wasn't allowed in there after she has been going in there since last year. Really .... your talking about a grill and bar place which there food is so so .... she likes to sing there and not once has she been carded until tonight. I honestly don't see the big deal cause if your doing your job as a bartender and card them for a drink? You would have known she wasn't 21 if she tried to even get a drink and you could have addressed it then. Why not just give them a wrist band to point out the fact there not 21 if they are gonna stay to sing? And there not there to cause trouble? Really? I never like the joint to start with ... I think they belittle the girls by wearing the trashy uniforms ... maybe you should call it iron thunder brothel house? I mean really it's more fitting ... just saying. My buddies and I went to Iron Thunder on a Wed night. It was kinda crowded but not horribly compared to other nights. I ordered 3 pitchers of beer and total came to around 9.50 a pitcher pay with a 10.00 and didn't worry about the little change. A few more buddies showed up and we decided to order some food. We stayed around the pool tables so we had to order at the bar, we watched as the bar tenders went around once and skipped up and then again. Finally I asked to speak to the manager about what had happened and the manager said that she would rather wait on people that would tip her better then rather us, because; "Of my little tip that I have left for the items that I have bought". There is no reason for the treatment that my buddies and I got that night. This is not the first time that the waitress has lost business from my friends and I. I am not gonna recommend Iron Thunder to any of my customers or friends, because; of the ego's that the employee's have. Tips rather than steady business is not the way to run a bar and grill. read more
