The medical assistants/nurses are always kind and Dr.Zia is very knowledgeable, communicative, and makes me feel comfortable to speak to her about my health and concerns. I have never had any issues at this location. I appreciate the care I receive here.

Then the doctor came in, looked into both ears for maybe two minutes, and said everything looked perfect -- no infection, no tear, no tumor. He said it might just be from the flu and could take up to three months to heal, but suggested doing a hearing test "just to be sure." He walked out, and the nurse came back saying the hearing machine wasn't available -- there was only one, and two patients ahead of us. When I said we could wait, she added that the test "wouldn't be conclusive" anyway, which honestly made no sense. It felt like she didn't want us to stay. I asked her how much it would cost since I'm self-pay, and she couldn't give me a clear answer -- said maybe "around $100 or something." A few minutes later, she came back saying the doctor now wanted us to go to an ENT instead and that he "saw something on the ear tube." I was confused because the doctor had just said everything was perfect. I asked to see him again. When he came back, he seemed frustrated, even though he spoke politely. He explained again that it could be from the flu, told us to chew gum, drink more water, use nasal spray, and that it might clear up. Then he said, "I don't have a crystal ball to tell you what's happening," which felt unnecessary. In the end, no test was done, and we left feeling like the whole visit was rushed and unclear. Later, we were charged $220 for that two-minute exam -- even though I was told over the phone that a self-pay visit would be around $160-$250 . When I asked about it, the front desk said it "depends on the doctor's coding." I honestly don't know what kind of code justifies that difference for such a short, unhelpful visit. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience left us very unhappy and confused. The doctor might be knowledgeable, but the visit felt dismissive, disorganized, and overpriced. Just be prepared -- you might walk out without answers but still with a big bill.

From the moment I first toured Forever Young, I was beyond impressed--it felt and smelled like a real home and was immaculately clean. William took the time to address all my questions and concerns thoughtfully, both in person and later during a conference call and follow-up tour with my siblings. We knew immediately that Forever Young was the best memory care home for our dad, and we added our name to the waitlist. As dad's disease progressed rapidly, we toured other residential and larger memory care facilities. Each visit only reaffirmed our decision to wait for Forever Young. During this period, William also provided valuable recommendations for equipment to help dad stay safe while he remained at home. Now, eight months into dad's residency at Forever Young our gratitude for William and his caregiving team has only deepened. The caregivers are genuine, kind, compassionate, and loving--truly exceptional. They know dad so well that they can anticipate his needs, which not only ensures outstanding care but also helps reduce his frustrations with his condition. The staff frequently send me pictures of dad participating in activities, which is such a comfort. Meals are carefully prepared to be both nutritious and tailored to the residents' preferences and abilities. Dad has the freedom to come and go and we can visit anytime. Knowing he is in a place where he is genuinely cared for and understood brings us immeasurable peace. There truly is no better place for dad to be.

We were finding extreme challenge with his then current living situation when we came across William and his team at Forever Young. William is a dedicated, compassionate, and committed owner and facilitator - so much so that he answered my initial call at 6:30AM. From that moment forward he proved to be accountable and above all, humble and human. He genuinely listened and was authentic in his position. He has the highest standards for himself and his team. His home was extremely clean and well kept. William was exceptionally resourceful - connecting me with proper professionals in the hospice and MediCal consulting arenas. This was especially important as we had no idea how to proceed with these services. In William's care and experienced advisement, my dad lived as well as anyone could in his situation. His end of life was filled with love and affection. The team was patient and loving to our family's accommodations as we navigated that terribly sensitive time in our lives. William is someone you will immediately bond with and keep a relationship with throughout time. That is how deeply impactful his approach and communication is with his families. I am forever grateful for William in every regard and know that if you choose to be a family in his residence, you too will feel secure and blessed!

Renee in sales made it a breeze and even came in on a Sunday to get us all set last week so my Mom could move in. My mom says it's been great and she has been meeting a lot of friendly people. The food has been awesome. My mom loves all the options and she said the food is solid. It's only about 83 rooms so you have a lot of privacy and a lot of open spaces. My mom's room she lives in is very spacious and has its own balcony and slider and heater and air conditioner . Every single person that works there is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate from the guy that just comes in and checks on Mom to make sure she's getting up to go have her meals to the nursing staff and even the incredibly nice maintenance guy.
