    Side Salad - $5

Came for a birthday party at the bowling alley and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional event setup, featuring illuminated signs and photo props. The service was notably attentive, enhancing the overall experience. The pizza exceeded expectations, and the side salad was equally impressive, featuring freshly cut lettuce, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, and cucumber.

This is my family's go to bowling spot. It's never been extremely packed (on Mondays they do have leagues come in but it only took up about half the lanes) and it's conveniently located right next to Boomers. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is (1) I don't trust the food... which just sucks as bowling is something you like to sit and enjoy for a while and having a reliable kitchen would make me stay much longer. (2) The staff by all means isn't the worst i've interacted with, but they're not the best. I paid $45 for one hour and they didn't even mention to me that there's a Summer Deal for $35 to play two games a day for the whole summer.

It's been a long while since I've been here. Good to see that galaxy BOWLING is still $20 worth it or anyone that is new or just practicing I'm not sure when they oil the lanes though because all the straight bowlers definitely make it tough for me to play my shot. Bartenders were super kind and quick with their service. Just a heads up no pitchers of beer after 9 PM. I do like that she came to ask us in our lane if we wanted any extra beers during last call so that was absolutely amazing!

Five stars for Irvine lanes! It seem like they were so many anniversaries and birthdays, people celebrating a wonderful time here at Irvine lanes. They made it extremely pleasant and inviting, for all these celebrations. We went as a group of 20 individuals, who were having a marvelous time bowling. I would like to mention that we ordered four pizzas, and the cheese was not as good as the pepperoni, it was very skimpy. And the gentleman cashier / server in the restaurant part, was not very nice, with the special-needs guests. But the acting manager corrected this.

    Summer Pass! Ends Sept 1

Great summer deal right now!! They're offering a Summer Pass for $29.99, which lets you bowl 2 games per day until Sept 1. The pass also includes daily shoe rental (normally $6 every time you bowl) and 10% off food and drinks, so the value is definitely there. I hadn't bowled here in over a year, but I've been many times before, and I always appreciate how clean the facilities are, especially compared to other bowling alleys. It wasn't too crowded on Sundays and they have more upgraded/new equipment (huge TVs and fun features/effects on the monitor). Pins have to be reset a few times though. Staff is friendly and there's a large parking lot.

Food from the snack bar. Yum!

Clean and nice bowling alley located off the west side of the 405 freeway between Jamboree and Culver on Harvard. You can reserve online but it's the same price as in person but you're guaranteed a lane that way. To rent a lane for 90 minutes for up to 6 people costs $60. The only thing I didn't like was that it is all computerized where right at the 90 minute time from your reservation the entire lane and game shuts down. This was annoying because we paid for 90 minutes but went to the snack bar first then went to the bathroom and then got and ate some snacks so we didn't start bowling right at our reservation start time and thus got ripped off because we didn't know our time started right away or we would have instead started bowling immediately and gotten snacks later. We assumed our 90 minutes started from the time we started bowling but be warned it doesn't!!!! It starts from the time you reserve at the counter. So DON'T go get food, and don't go to the bathroom! Basically just walk in and bowl immediately because your time starts immediately but we didn't know that and hence missed out on like 20 minutes of bowling by standing in line, waiting for our food m, going to the bathroom and then eating our food and then the entire bowling lane literally powered down and shut off right in the middle of bowling and no one told us it would do that. We all regretted wasting time standing in line and getting then eating food since we felt like the bowling alley just wanted our money then tried to make us pay extra if we wanted to finish our game. Not cool!! The food from the snack bar was tasty and reasonably priced! We shared onion rings, French fries and fluffy large pretzels and all were yummy. Shoe rental is $6 a person and they are fairly new and seem well cleaned and not too skuzzy. If I do return here I will go to the bathroom and get food AFTER I bowl so I don't get our actual bowling time starting and ending prematurely. The bowling alley was 80% empty and we'd gotten food from the bowling alley restaurant so it wouldn't have hurt them to be kind and let us finish our game especially since the majority of us were kids who were super sad & disappointed! :-(

Well, we got there and started bowling and all was great! But if you want to do the games in the front at any point PLEASE DONT!!!!!!! We got scammed multiple times and it took our money...recommend?

Irvine Lanes is probably the few remaining bowling alleys in OC and shares the same lot with Boomers. During the workweek, we stopped by for an office team building event, and we almost had the entire venue to ourselves. There are over 20 lanes, and each can accommodate team of 8 players. There are plenty of parking spaces. The front entrance has 8+ different vending machine of games for younger kids to try their luck in grabbing prizes. The counter is supported by one gentleman to check in each party and confirm lane assignment. We were provisioned shoes. The shoes do show wear and tear, as my pair had the laces worn down to the edge, making it impossible to tie them. The lane displayed screen is nice but having a bit of music (in the background) would have been nice to get everyone to enjoy the atmosphere. The area is decent and clean. The bathroom does need some cleaning as the paper dispenser is not working and water splashed all over the countertop.

Bowling has gotten expensive nowadays... yet for what it is worth, you become motivated to go through each person's turn as quickly as you can to make the most of the time. Had an Awesome time to celebrate with a team of friends. Please take advantage of the pictures you can take for each player for the computers running each lane ;D Thank you MNIY team. The food is simply American fair food that is fun to share. I just wish the price was a bit cheaper! Otherwise, the team of people running the facility does ensure everything goes smoothly and I want to give a shoutout to them all!! God bless you all

Super crowded here during summer time but luckily the parking lot is huge. Came by at 6:30 and every lane was full and people were waiting for lanes to open up. Luckily we had a reservation! Overall, this place could probably use a bit of a refresh. It's high on nostalgia which is fun but it's also a bit dated as a result. I do appreciate that our lanes were pretty clean so I do think they're taking good care it's just not very fresh, they probably need to replace the carpet. If you're timed, the game does end immediately at time, no grace period to finish.

This place is a lot of fun Cleaner than most places. The front desk person could have been a little more friendlier. The rest of the staff is really great though. A bowling ball got stuck and one of the staff helped out immediately

We had a group party here on Saturday night. We reserved four lanes and each lane received a pizza and a pitcher of soda as a part of party package. We had pepperoni pizza, sausage pizza and cheese pizza. They were decent for a bowling alley. There are other food items you can order and you can order alcohol from the bar. My party had fun.

I actually thought they were decent and especially when going bowling with your friends and all. I remember my friend ordered the standard chicken tenders and fries for his other friends and I to share. The arcade selections is not bad, better than my last visit but I sort of missed the selection they had when I first visit this place. Especially since my first visit had tons of variety ranging from fighting games like BlazBlue and Persona (I miss that Persona fighting game), racing games, rail shooters like Time Crisis, and games where you earn tickets like Space Invader and that pirate wheel spinning game (don't know the name). I didn't mind the airsoft ones like Onpoint and the Cyberpunk game (which didn't work when I visited btw) because it always felt good using those but I'm not a fan of the VR ones. Mostly because it invalidated the rail shooters and you get sick of it easily. It's the reason why I rarely see anyone play those. The good part about the arcade selection is that unlike most arcade places, tickets are a lot easier to rack up and especially if you know which game to play. The plinko ones I highly recommend if you want to earn tickets. Speaking of comparison, this is place is surprisingly a lot quieter (outside of kids acting like you know kids) but that's because most of the people that go to Round 1 are like teenagers and young adults. Which makes sense given the amount of anime stuff this place provides. The claw machine is obviously the main attraction and they've honestly gotten much harder than previous first few visits, which is why I deduct one star. Though the staff were helpful enough to reposition the plushie so that I could get it but I'm not sure if they still do that. They have a lot of selections of anime merch but good luck trying to win those given how hard they've gotten. It'd be a miracle if the claw even lifts it up. The balls underneath the prize certainty didn't help either.
