    Pepperoni Slice Pizza

Disappointed with the customer service here. We ordered two large cheese pizzas for our group of 10 and waited for 40 minutes (past the 20 minute estimated time) and received pepperoni pizzas instead. As there were people in the group who were vegetarian/kosher, we notified the cashier and asked for cheese pizzas. Rather than helping all parties come to a solution, the cashier kept blaming us for apparently getting our own order wrong, and said we could either pay for new pizzas or just deal with what we got. It was an unsatisfactory resolution for everyone involved, and I wouldn't recommend this place. Additionally, they tried to upcharge us and give us $6 water bottles (no tap water available). Save yourself the time/heartache and go elsewhere instead.

This place is standard late night fare. We were craving pizza in the wee hours of the morning on our trip to SF and this place seemed like a reasonable enough bet. We ordered a run of the mill medium cheese pizza, garlic fries, and tiramisu to satisfy the predictable post meal dessert cravings. The pizza was good. Was it as good as NY pizza? No. Was it the best pizza I've ever had? No. Did it do the trick? absolutely. In my experience, late night pizza tends to be disgusting, or maybe that's just Philadelphia, but this was definitely better than I would expect. Context is important. I'm also just grateful that somebody finally decided to have GARLIC FRIES because YES TO EVERYTHING GARLIC. Essentially they just dumped a spoonful of garlic over the top of normal fries but so good. Tiramisu was good as tiramisu usually is but nothing to particularly write home about. I think this place is a solid late night option.

Solid pizza by the slice. Thick dough, very cheesy. Hit the spot on that late night drunken stumble home.

When you want a nice night in snuggled on the couch watching netflix. Yeah this place slaps. Get the hawaiian pizza, you won't regret it.

During the middle of Halloween bay crawlingIn the middle of SF Halloween bar crawling, to get a bite before going to the last bar, we stopped by at this pizza place. Came in as a group of 5 but other friends joined and ended up a group of 10 and we were occupying most of the spaces of the store. We got a whole medium sized pineapple pizza with ham and we finished super quickly and one of us got another slice of salami pizza. It took a little a while for the pizza to come out which was a little surprising as a quick bite place but it smelt so good and as it came right out of the oven, was very warm and delicious. One concern was that it was in the middle of Tenderloin and there were some random people talking to us and we felt a little unsafe. Would recommend not to stay there too long and leave there as soon as you finish eating or take out.

This was my first time eating here and I'm honestly disappointed to discover returning home that my food was too burnt to eat.

Good pizza! Not much more to it. The flavors are good, the price is decent, and I would order again! I do wish the crust had a bit more flavor, but it's still good!

It was around 1:30 AM, and I thought what better idea than to DoorDash some pizza! I didn't expect anything great, didn't get anything great, and frankly that's ok. I got the No Hangover Special which was an odd ball choice, sporting sausage, sweet corn, jalapeño and so forth. Interesting combo, but not very good. The crust had no rise to it, which automatically knocks a star. If you want a quick late night bite, go for it, but there's far better options.

20 inch pizza was a few inches short. The pizza itself was ok, but we felt like we got shortchanged on the size.
    Nzhdeh A.

Pizza was OK, but was NOT 20 inches. We got scammed. We paid for 20, and we only got 18. I don't know what else to tell you.

I ordered a pizza with extra sausage pepperoni shrooms and onions and a salad. It came loaded with sausage. The sauce was so savory... you can tell the sauce has oregano and basil.... The salad was fresh and crisp. I will be back!!!

    Oily pizza

Pretty disappointed after figuring out how much oil is on this pizza pretty sure they can do better than this make it more presentable.

I would give 5 stars that's where they used to be, but lately past year and a half the food have not been that great, but I am keeping ordering from them because it used to be really good. Their Fries are way over salted and has pepper on it and dried out burnt fish . Pizza is 75% Delicious and 25% is delivered burnt and dried out.

When you arrive, look for an outdoor venue with a permanent food truck (before food trucks were cool) and outdoor seating. You'll be greeted by only the kindest Brit's you've ever met. Depending on how busy they are, they can get the food to you pretty fast considering they are deep within the tourist section of San Fran. 10-15 minutes. The cod has a crispy batter, fluffy inside, and tender white flaky fish. Perfectly seasoned to consume straightaway. If you'd prefer, their tartar sauce is also amazing. (Can't speak for the malt vinegar as that's not my thing.) Ditto for the shrimp. Medium sized, flavorful, and you can't have one seafood without the other. The fries are also perfectly cooked to order. I'm so happy to see, that in 2026, they are holding a 4.4 stars with over 3,532 reviews. I can't wait to visit them again. One of the cleanest "fried" food places this side of the coast. Only one place completes with them directly in my book down in Ventura. Way to go!

I make clam chowderfir my mom a few tines a year becauseshe loves it...I know what it should taste like. I tried my moms to see if she was over reacting...nope..it literally tasted like drinking warm milk..no flavor...disgusting and for 13.00 for maybe 8 oz...they should feel ashamed of themselves... My mom however loved her fish and chips. Fresh fish...batter light and crispy...good tartar sauce. I ordered the calamari and fish tacos. I loved the fish on my tacos..did not like the sauce. The smokey flavor was too much. It took over. I would order them again with no sauce...they give you a good size piece of fish on the tacos...and the fish is good. The calamari was good. Again the same sauce to dip made it where I do not want to eat it again. I dont like the Chipotle sauce...the smoke flavor is too powerful. A simple white crema would be much better. That is what I eat locally and keep ordering the tacos again and again. If I am in SF again..I would choose another place to eat. They have outdoor eating area. Flies and birds flying around. Covered tables which was nice since it was hot.

In addition, no indoor seating so make sure to go on a nice day or be prepared to eat in typical sf Oceanside weather. I ordered the grilled fish of the day plate, which happened to be sole. Had a nice light flavor, which I found quite tasty. The rice was a little hard, and the beans lacked flavor. I also thought pico de gallo was a bit bland as well. However the pickled slaw was excellent. Crunchy, with a nice acidity that brightened everything up. Aoli was also pretty good. The fish tacos looked good but at $9 a taco with no sides, it was a little hard for me to justify the price even with high quality fish.

I'm currently living in San Francisco for six weeks while caring for my father, who is recovering from a double lung transplant at UCSF. It's been an emotionally exhausting time, and I was excited to find a neighborhood bar within walking distance where I could occasionally relax and decompress. I first discovered this bar after a trip to Trader Joe's. During that visit, the bartenders, especially Chris, and the rest of the staff were welcoming, friendly, attentive, and wonderful. Based on that experience, I was looking forward to returning. Unfortunately, my interactions with the owner have been the complete opposite. On my second visit, the owner repeatedly ignored me while I was trying to order. When he noticed my service dog, who was leashed, quietly sitting beside me, and causing absolutely no disruption, he loudly yelled across a crowded bar, "Get your dog out of here." I calmly explained that he is a service dog. The owner immediately rolled his eyes and demanded to know what service my dog provides. Because I did not feel comfortable disclosing personal medical information to a room full of strangers, I asked if I could privately show documentation instead. He became increasingly hostile, telling me that he "knew his rights" and that I "didn't know anything," while continuing to demand an explanation. Feeling embarrassed and cornered, I reluctantly answered his question. He rolled his eyes again and asked, "What do you want?" When I ordered a Corona, he responded by pointing his finger in my face and saying, "You mean you want a Corona PLEASE." He refused to serve me unless I repeated the order exactly as he demanded. I was shocked, humiliated, and left the bar in tears. Several patrons nearby apologized to me and expressed how uncomfortable they were witnessing the interaction. A few days later, I decided to give the bar a second chance and brought my partner with me. My partner was seated with my service dog while I walked to the bar to order. The owner immediately recognized me and once again said, "Get your dog out." I calmly reminded him that we had already had this conversation and that I had previously explained my dog's service role. He responded by asking whether I was providing a service to the dog or whether the dog was providing a service to me. After I again explained the situation, he asked what I wanted to order. I ordered two dirty gin martinis, and before I could even finish speaking, he began walking away. When he returned with the check, I asked him to keep the tab open. He again corrected me and said I needed to say, "Keep it open PLEASE." At that point, I asked why he seemed to treat me this way every time I came in. His response was, "Piss off. Finish your martini and you're never allowed back here again. Get out." Once again, I left in tears. Once again, nearby patrons appeared shocked by the way I was being treated. I've worked in professional environments my entire career and strive to treat everyone with kindness, patience, and respect. I was never rude, disruptive, or confrontational. I simply wanted to enjoy a drink at a neighborhood bar while accompanied by my service dog. The bartenders and staff were wonderful. My experience with the owner, however, was one of the most humiliating and hostile customer service experiences I have ever had.

I waited about 5 minutes and they got it to me quick. It seems like they have a bunch of these premade bowls/fish plates ready to serve. Cheap and good for SF. The ambiance was clean and not much of a sit down place. The poke combo came with a water, seaweed salad, rice and a bunch of salmon. You can choose either spicy or shoyu sauce (I got shoyu). It tasted very fresh and I really enjoyed it however I would recommend buying something else because it didn't quite fill me up. However overall really good.

I ordered spicy salmon and upgraded to combo for $11.99, which came with: rice, seaweed salad, and a bottle of water. I also tried the fish ceviche (they offer both fish and shrimp options for $7), it's a great deal for the price honestly. But keep in mind that it's a takeout only restaurant, so there is no dine in seatings. Overall, the portions are generous and the fish tasted fresh. The flavor was decent, not the best poke I've had, but definitely not bad either. If you're looking for amazing poke, this may not be your spot. But if you want a filling, healthy and budget-friendly meal (which isn't easy in SF if you're not going for fast food), it's hard to beat the value here.
