Simple repairs that should have taken one trip required multiple call backs, and then they had the audacity to charge us for them. Our weekly tech was here for maybe 5 minutes at best, but always blamed his quick trips on being over-scheduled. Areas of algae were blamed on weather conditions and backyard vegetation. Interesting how now that we have a new company doing weekly maintenance algae has never been an issue and our pool is clean and sparkly. If you want a company that overcharges for their services, has lazy technicians, and sends out incompetent repair people, this is definitely the company for you. For us, not so much.

I happened to call the day before July 4th weekend (or course!) when I realized my pool and spa heater would not turn on. Kevin, the owner, answered the phone himself (rare these days to have any live person answer the phone!) and told me he would have Lance, the equipment tech, get back to me. Despite it being probably THE busiest day of the year for these guys, Lance did indeed call me back within minutes. I let him know what model heater I had and exactly what the problem was, and Lance let me know he would have to order the part so he would not be able to fix the same day. I never in a million years expected it to be fixed that day anyway, and was completely stoked when he called me back a few days later to let me know he had the part and could swing by and install it. Lance is the consummate professional, it only took him about 10 minutes to get my heater back up and running again. I very much appreciate the immediate response time and professionalism exhibited by both Kevin and Lance, it is almost unheard of these days. If you have any pool related needs, these are the guys you want, hands down!

They live up to the reviews that are on Yelp, Google and others. Timely, efficient and honest. If you don't need it they won't try to sell you. They have the "stuff" that other companies promise but never seem to deliver on. My work was minor and I probably could have done it myself but I wanted professionals to advise me and provide honest opinions about my pool and the systems that run it. I got that and more! We had our pool re-plastered (regular plaster, not Pebble Tec), Kevin was the designated service…read moreperson going forward and responsible for the pool startup (under our contractor). On day one he dumped about twice as much salt into the newly plastered pool as would have been needed given its size, along with the conditioner. This is 4 weeks too early according to the recommended procedure! The new plaster was beyond repair in no time. The salt chlorination cell failed as the salt level was way beyond its operational threshold. In the following days he did not show much urgency to bring down the elevated salt level, he even left the pool controls in service mode once, and another time had a valve switched manually causing the spa to get pumped dry the next morning. The pool had to be re-plastered again. Kevin did not accept responsibility for ~ $11.000 damage he caused, and walked away.

Kevin found a lightly used one and installed it for a fraction of the cost that others had estimated. He also gave us a reasonable quote for monthly maintenance. Since we've hired him our pool has gone from murky, green and gross to sparkling clear. I can't wait for the warmer weather so we can start using it again. He and Nariel do an excellent job. Ken came to clean the neighbors pool. The neighbor has room for about 8 cars / trucks in their driveway. Instead of Ken parking in the customers driveway or on the main street, Ken chose to park behind my driveway and make it difficult, if not impossible, for us to exit our driveway while his truck was parked behind it. As the Neighbors had just moved in, I *assumed* that Ken would be back and apparently didn't know he was 1) parked in a NO parking Alleyway; 2) blocking us in which could result in damage to my vehicle or his; and 3) it's garbage day and our garbage and the neighbor's garbage would not be picked up while his truck was blocking and parked in the NO parking alley. I'm not sure what was wrong with Ken today, but he literally said "I call Bullshit" that this is an alley and that I can't park here - and insinuated - you should be able to maneuver out of your driveway. I've lived here for 12 years. The Alley is not a public street because it is not WIDE enough to be a public street. Hence why it is a no Parking Alley. When I suggested he actually park in the neighbors driveway - which had PLENTY of room - he asked if he was "allowed" to park in their driveway???? Given the choice of parking behind a someone's driveway - potentially setting him and us up for accidental damage to our vehicles or actually parking in a clients driveway - his choice was to swear at me, basically call me a liar and be exceedingly rude.... Yep - this is a guy who takes customer service seriously, right ?
