We rented two electric and two regular pedal bikes -- seamless rental process, good price, great service. They even held our bikes in the shop until we were done eating breakfast nearby. When we returned to retrieve the bikes, Tony made sure we were all set up -- adjusting the seats for each of us, explaining the electric bike controls, and providing a basket and a saddle bag for us to carry our bags. Overall great experience -- we explored the east half of the island, riding to Edgartown and then south to the beach -- the lock was helpful for the beach time, and restaurant visits. We returned the bikes before they closed at 6 pm. no problems. highly recommended. cheers.

We had an issue with our moped and called the place numerous times. 8 times to be exact between me and my buddy. The manager who picked up the phone, (already in an attitude) gave me lip about me only calling "twice and not a hundred times." We payed $200 per scooter which we couldn't ride for even an hour. We had to fight to get our money back. Do not go here unless you want a headache and a sour taste in your mouth. These people need a reality check and to not put people below them. I feel bad for the actual workers there that have to stand outside in the heat while the mangers stay inside under fans in their fancy clothes. Do NOT go here!!

Unmaintained bikes and slow service…read more It took 45 min to pick up 2 bikes and a trailer. The person helping us forgot to give us the second bike. Then, their bikes are unmaintained. The first bike had a broken gear shifter. The second bike they served us had a broken seat, to which they replaced the seat with a seat that had the cover cracked. Finally the trailer had a flat tire which we didn't discover until after we bikes a few miles. The guy also "cleaned" the trailer with a leaf blower. The beaches along this path are not visible from the road as they are all private for the residents.
