I had been out of the country and, after a long drive home, got home from the airport at 2:00 in the morning. I called Anchor's Office Manager and said, "I know today is the last day of the month, but can you pro-rate me one day so I can come in this weekend?" He said they don't pro-rate charges, but for just one day, they wouldn't charge me if I vacated first thing in the morning. I DID...AND A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER I LEFT, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A FULL MONTH ANYWAY. Had I known they were going to be untruthful, I would have left the car there for the month! Instead, I paid a full month's rent for a vacant spot that they rented out. I asked the Office Manager to email his supervisor's contact information to me, which he agreed to, but never did. THIS LEFT A VERY BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. This was a very bad customer experience.

Common things like a shuttle ride home became a somewhat nasty confrontation. The promise of a date to get my RV turned out to have never been passed on to the boss, by an employee who was no longer there. Etc. I decided to sell my RV and ended my contract with Admiral. This was mid-month, and I was assured I'd receive a prorated refund. It took 2-1/2 months, 5 phone calls, and the threat to go public on local and social media before I finally received this refund. I don't know what has happened here. This used to be a wonderful business. But not any more. I can no longer recommend them.
