Do yourself a favor and hire these wonderful pros! Clemencia is awesome! She took care of us all via email (just had to call to give credit card digits) which was very VERY convenient for me. Prices are incredibly reasonable and they're very up front about the costs and estimates. Clemencia set us up for a first visit deep clean and we couldn't have been more thrilled with the results! A few days later the gals arrive: Lourdes and Mary. I speak fluent Spanish so communicating was no problem on my end, but here's the system: You call and/or text Clemencia your needs/wants, she translates and texts the gals almost immediately. So you might hear lots of texting going on back and forth... believe me, they're working. Much faster and more efficiently than you and I could ever clean. I work in the restaurant industry and let me tell you, these gals fucking rock! There were areas of our home that I never even considered inspecting before this deep clean since they were hidden or underneath furniture places... and just for shits and giggles would get on the floor and look under a bed or table I was truly amazed at the sheer depth of cleanliness. What I didn't notice about walking in to our newly cleaned house was the fake aroma and masking effect of chemicals and oils that other cleaning companies use as a decoy. The equivalent of using Febreze on everything and charging you an ass load. Instead, it was incredibly neutral smelling. Pure almost. It helps that we have a very expensive BlueAir air purifier in our living room, but I had it off that day. Then I looked inside our oven, and holy shit... I was nearly blinded by the science of Clean! It was... deep. The most above and beyond cleaning we've commissioned to date. If you're a freegan and diving in a dumpster for your food, it costs you nothing yet comes covered in feces. If you're living in opulance and have everything served to you, it costs you everything yet comes covered in luxury. This service, like all other luxuries, is going to cost you. Might not be the cheapest (freegan) but it's definitely not the most expensive. Do yourself a favor and stop reading other cleaning yelp reviews and hire these women already. read more

I'd like to give people an understanding of my experience with "It's Cleaning Time." I'll first say that they did a good job with what they did clean. They did a great job with the oven and blinds. They did say they gave me an extra hour free for cleaning the oven because they didn't realize how bad it was or something like that. If that's true, then I appreciate that as well. The night before I sent them a list of what needed to be done that was in addition to another list I had sent. I knew they had a two hour minimum. They said they needed at least two hours for my initial list. I assumed they would just do the things on the second list as well and add it to the time and let me know the total. Somehow they thought I needed it limited to two hours, but I never said that. While they were there I get a text saying that the place is in really bad condition and they needed at least six hours (each hour is two people for around $75) total to do everything on my two lists AND that it needed to be swept, mopped and have all the surfaces cleaned because it was dusty. It had just had a new floor installed and was freshly painted. This makes sense. I could see them needing 1 person working another hour to finish everything on my second list and maybe another hour to wipe down very clean, just a little dusty, surfaces in the home - 2.5 baths, kitchen (fridge needed nothing), windowsills and I could see it taking one person two hours to mop the whole house - 1400 square feet, for a total of four hours, which is two of their two person hours, yet they were telling me it would take four more of their two person hours to do these things, and to me that was insulting, honestly. There's no way it would take that long to do what they were suggesting. This is basically a brand new inside of a house, not a house that had been lived in a long time and not cleaned at all. Somewhere in these texts they also said the house needed a "move-out" clean, which I also found insulting. LOTS of cleaning had already been done, a move-out clean means NO cleaning has been done. So we tried to negotiate, but couldn't come to an agreement, so I said don't do the surfaces or floors and they said OK. Then I ask for pictures of what was done and what they sent was great. I asked if everything on my list had been done and Clemencia said yes, but then I had someone go over there today to look at what had been done and several of the things on my list were untouched. It really felt like they were trying to charge me way too much for what they were going to do and then they weren't honest about what did get done. In addition, they were somehow thinking I needed to limit it to two hours. And, they also tried to make it sound like this was a house that had not been cleaned at all, which was totally not true. Poor communication, lack of honesty, aiming to charge me way too much and exaggerating about the condition of the home. I will not use them again. read more

I had two ladies come do a move in/move out clean for me. The lady working downstairs did a really good job with the kitchen. Upstairs, they missed somethings off their checklist and I had to clean up some parts of the bathrooms and windows. They were unable to clean the oven due to a lot of hard grease, but they let me know about it and even offered to leave some cleaning solution overnight for me to scrub the next day. overall, they were very nice, punctual and did a decent job. read more

I started using this service shortly before my son was born about 1 year ago. The reason I keep using them is because they clean my house better than I do. My glass top stove has no streaks. All of the blinds are dust-free. The floors are mopped with essential oils. And with the kiddo crawling around for the past 6 months, I feel so much better about using their environmentally-friendly services. I love that Eloisa will text me the night before to remind me they are coming. They have even pulled my garbage can up from the curb for me. I couldn't be happier. They come every 2 weeks, which is just about the time things are starting to look bad around here. They are here for about 2 hours. It would take me 6 hours to do what they do. The best thing about It's Cleaning Time is the night after they've cleaned your house and it's time to go to bed. They make my bed so well that it's like a hotel bed. The sheets are tucked in so tight I feel like a swaddled baby. Love that. I've had It's Cleaning Time clean our apartment every other week for the past year in and now that we're moving into a house we'll be bringing them with us. I like that the owner, Eloisa, sends me text reminders of when they're coming. If I ever need to cancel, reschedule, or anything all I have to do is text Eloisa. They usually send a team of two or three women and work very quickly, cleaning our 3 bedroom/2 bath within an hour, which is great since I work from home a lot. There was one time they had to reschedule last minute. Let's face it, everyone's had to deal with a sick kid or car that won't start at some point. I contacted this company on very short notice, and odd circumstances. We are putting our home on the market, yet have already left the state. Naturally I have concerns not being able to personally inspect and sign off. The staff was prompt with returning my call and amazingly was able to do the cleaning within hours of my call. As I am not able to personally see the work, I asked up front if photos could be sent afterwards. All in effort to avoid a discrepancy in the follow up from our realtor and them bringing in their "own team". I received a start/stop time of the work to be done and even had a supervisor follow up upon completion. Once again I asked for photos. A little hiccup in communication there, but we are working those details out. All in all, save for a bump we are working through, a great company. These ladies deserve a lot of credit for the work they did for us...we were in an absolute bind with an investment property that we recently purchased...the previous tenants left it in absolutely awful condition; not safe to inhabit. These ladies came out same day, after a full day of other housecleaning assignments, and helped scrub this place literally floor to ceiling; I'm not joking, they were mopping the walls! All I can say is WOW. I needed a deep clean prior to selling my home and was able to book the date/time I wanted with no trouble, my call was answered on the first ring. When the cleaning professionals arrived, Alma and Vilma, I walked them around to show them the house, they were very professional and friendly and I felt comfortable with them right away. Alma and Vilma worked tirelessly for six hours and when they were done, the blinds, baseboards, floors, appliances were GLEAMING like new. This was our first time using a cleaning service for our house. The person I was in contact with beforehand was very quick to respond and very helpful. She let us customize what we wanted them to clean which is a big part of why we hired them. She told me for a first time cleaning it normally takes about 6-6.5 hours, but I was expecting a little less because we just moved in 5 months ago so there shouldn't have been much buildup. The ladies got here right on time (without a call, text, or email that they were on the way). They worked rather quickly and quietly, all while wearing masks. This is where they lost stars though. They left after 4 hours and seemed to be done. Because we were both working my fiance and I didn't have time to look everything over before they left. They seemed like they weren't even going to tell us they were leaving. The rest of the night and this morning we are still finding issues. They didn't appear to clean the kitchen floor at all, they put really everything back in the wrong place, the game room and the stairs don't appear to be vacuumed at all. They also appeared to ignore the few basic instructions that I gave them. I am not entirely sure why everything was missed, so there might have been a reason I just can't seem to think of one. Edit: Told them what was wrong and they were super nice. They told me they are under warranty and will come back to fix everything for no extra charge. This is the best service we've EVER received. I called and was immediately greeted by the nicest woman ever--Clemencia. At first she was unsure if same day service was possible, but when I explained why we needed it, she immediately went out of her way to accommodate us. My father passed away late Tuesday evening, and EMS unintentionally left our living room a mess. My mother and I did not want to be in the house like that. My husband called her back and took care of everything. She worked with our small budget and made it work, and sent two of the nicest and most efficient women I've ever met to our home. I've given this company many chances, but I'm moving on to find another service. I've always given feedback on problems, but they don't seem to improve. Issues: -Arriving earlier or later than the agreed upon time without notifying us. This is a big deal because my spouse works from home and needs to know when they'll be at the door. -The biggest, most annoying problem is that they don't clean the floors properly. This is the main reason we hire a cleaning service. We have non-wood hard floors in the first floor, so they're not complicated to get clean. After the cleaners leave, there are missed areas, crumbs, and spots. The floors also smell really gross, like wet garbage. The floors should smell cleaner than before they were cleaned, and it is always the opposite. I tend to have to go back and clean them again. Soap and warm water, it's not really complicated. I suspect they're filling up a bucket and not dumping and refilling when the water gets super dirty. -If you leave any dirty dishes in the sink, they will "clean" them but not really. They're sort of rinsed off, but if you look closely there's gunk and oily residues. Again, this is a task that is not too complicated. I often have to run those items in the dishwasher in order for them to be used again. -They've thrown away products that were perfectly usable, such as deodorant and hair spray. I have no explanation for this, but it is annoying. It's really hard to find a reliable good cleaning service. This company charges premium prices but delivers subpar service. The positives are that the owner is pretty nice and the cleaners are polite. read more

Scheduled a move out clean service, as well as carpet cleaning. The move out clean was extremely thorough, and we were very happy with how the house looked. The carpet cleaning team got stuck in San Antonio for the day (we are in Austin), but we were able to reschedule. However, our landlord was not cooperative in the delayed timeline. The team at It's Cleaning Time talked directly with our landlord, and after no change, refunded us with lots of apologies. We were very impressed with their investment in helping us, and despite the carpet not being cleaned, we were really happy with the service. Update to the Owner: 1. We told you over the phone and email what our cleaning needs are and you said 6 working hours should be sufficient (total of ~1500 sqft of vacant home, minus countertops / refrig). 2. They didn't work for 4 hours! When their supervisor came in the first thing he told us was that my clock is ticking and I told him I don't want them to work any more time because I was not satisfied at all with the work done. They worked 3 hr 10 mins at the most, including the time they spent messaging using their phones. 3. All the gunk come off very easily, NO harsh chemicals needed, just wet wipes and a plastic scraper is all it takes. I verified myself before calling and was made to prove it again in front of their supervisor... Seems like all they can do is mopping and dusting. 4. Oven and dishwasher interior received almost zero attention. No scraping / scrubbing at all because "that is not what they do". 5. They spent time mopping the same clean area over and over again. I would be less upset if they at least tried to clean the dirtier spots, or clean the baseboards / windows as they promised. 6. Supervisor promised a follow-up call, none received. Original Review: Not sure why this got so many rave reviews. We ordered a deep clean for 6 working hours but ended up getting worse that what I could accomplish in less than 2 hours myself. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. We communicated beforehand clearly on which rooms need cleaning. Two workers who do not speak English at all came over, no communication, went straight to wrong rooms and started mopping. They are mostly just mopping and dusting, not paying attention to any other stuff. Some gunk just required a simple scrape / scrub to come off, but they did not even have scrapers/scrubbers, just a couple of rugs. Wood flooring was just mopped by hand carelessly, leaving swirl/mop watermarks everywhere. Windows were missed. Tiles still had gunks on them (apparently scraping/scrubing is not what they do according to their supervisor). Oven still has food residue inside. Dishwasher was not cleaned at all. Overall a very unhappy experience. Lessons learned, do not simply believe reviews. Ask them what people are doing the cleaning, what equipment do they have, and what they can guanrantee done per working-hour. read more

I was completely unimpressed with the customer service at It's Cleaning Time. I made my appointment a few weeks in advance and was promised that I would receive a follow up call closer to the date of my appointment to confirm the details of my order. I never received such a call. Instead, I had to call on the morning of my appointment and was greeted by a woman that sounded like she had no idea I had any cleaning appointment at all. Instead, she wishfully hoped I was the lucky customer named Tiffany that actually had her appointment written down. After some scrambling, she said a crew would come to my house an hour later and asked if I could just leave a key. She promised to call me when the crew got there. Yet again, I received no call. I also received no call when the crew was done. Honestly, the entire situation made me feel uncomfortable. I would really have appreciated knowing when complete strangers were going to be in my house. Then I receive the bill with absolutely no summary of charges. Yes, I knew I ordered a move-out cleaning, but it is reassuring to see what all my money went toward when it is pulled away from me without notice. No call or confirmation or checking in to make sure everything I needed was taken care of; instead, a completely impersonal email and my credit card held hostage (as another review mentioned, I was not a huge fan of giving away my information before the final work was finished). Despite all my frustrations, the house seemed to have been cleaned well enough when I did a walk through. I voiced these concerns to the company. They assured me I had been on the schedule, told me the exact length of time the crew was there, and sent me a more formal receipt than the automatically generated email from the credit card company to make amends for my experience, but it all felt like it was too little, too late. read more

This is by far the best cleaning company I have tried. The level of customer service from this company and especially from Eloisa is unsurpassed! My first encounter with Eloise was when I called to request a last minute cleaning service. She was very honest and said she didn't know if she could fit me in within 24hrs but she would call around to try and find a way to fit us in. What was even more surprising was when she advised me to keep calling other companies just in case she wasn't able to fit us in. I thought this was incredibly sweet and very considerate. She eventually was able to fit me in but unfortunately I had already booked a different company(big mistake). However, since I was so impressed with her level of customer service I decided to schedule a cleaning service with them (in advance this time). And all I can say is wow! I've had many other cleaning companies come but never have I been so impressed. They cleaned everywhere, including the often overlooked spaces such as under beds and under tv console/side tables were spotless. The kitchen was gleaming, inside the oven AND interior/exterior of fridge were spotless! All the garbages and recycling were collected and taken out! It's such a great feeling to be so impressed with the level of service a company provides. I am happy to report that we will be scheduling regular home cleanings with this company.
