I think I've used this company 5 times or so. The first two times went amazingly well. I can live on the messier side so I was really worried they couldn't work around my little clutter but the first two times, they even helped organize a little. The third time (I think), there were 4 ladies rather than two and they still did a good job but it was mentioned they were training. I guess after that I got the new ladies because the last two times have been less than exceptional. I am now in the market for a new cleaning service. I am not one to stay around and watch over the cleaning staff but the last two times I've incidentally been home during a portion of the cleaning, or come home while they were cleaning. Every time I walked into the room where one of the ladies was, she was cleaning with one hand and texting with the other. My bill reflected the inefficiency because they took an extra quarter hour to half hour beyond the original cleaning crew. Even that, I can live with. But these ladies pretended to understand my instructions not to take out the trash in my office because it's actually things to be shredded only. They dumped it all into the regular trash. When I reached out to the company, she offered to come go through my trash and make it right but honestly, if I had time to sit around and wait for them to make it right I could have cleaned myself. The new crew was also careless in that several things on my dresser and night stand got knocked behind furniture. I have a jewelry tree on my dresser that was basically trashed. All the necklaces were tangled and one earring is missing (maybe behind the dresser, but I don't know). One prescription bottle, which was in a basket on my nightstand, got knocked behind my nightstand. Again, if I had time to search for my stuff after they clean, I'd clean myself. Getting the bill this last time and seeing it was higher than ever before, in spite of the time I have to spend fixing their issues, makes me need to say I'm not using them again. I give the 3 stars based on the two good cleanings I had with the original crew. Otherwise, I'd give one. read more

Eloisa and her team have been cleaning my house for over 2 years now and do a wonderful job. They are very flexible with the schedule as I have a toddler and have worked around her nap schedule and are always very friendly. They are very punctual and efficient. My only complaint would be that they don't always move furniture to vacuum under it but this is not every time and mostly do an amazing job. I used It's Cleaning Time several times. I mostly had one team but used others as well, and was particularly impressed with Lidia and Lourdes. Ask for them, they are worth it! They were so meticulous and my home was always left fresh and gleaming. They did all the little things other cleaning companies refuse to do like folding laundry that was left on the dryer, and dishes in the sink. The place was left spotless, taking the time to re-fold even my towels perfectly so every aspect of my home was pristine. Regina & Eloisa are great. Regina is who I've mostly dealt with through text and scheduling for cleanings. She is very responsive, professional, and understanding when things come up. I had been using them for several months now, when there was an issue with one of the hinges of my cabinet being broken during a cleaning. As soon as I noticed, I texted Regina and let her know. She was very understanding and not defensive at all, which I appreciate, and had Eloisa come out the next day to fix the cabinet. I understand that accidents happen, and it was fixed so I have no complaint with that. They were timely about the repair, and very pleasant. The only tiny thing I would say about the cleanings is that every time, there's one or two very small things that aren't completed. Examples would be a trash can liner not replaced, used paper towels left on the counter, back glass door not cleaned, etc. To be fair to Regina and Eloisa, I have never brought any of these things to their attention because they haven't seemed like anything that was worth mentioning, however I feel it's only fair to include that in the review. Overall, I come home to a clean house on a consistent basis when they come to clean, and the customer service is great! I would absolutely recommend them for a cleaning service. I'm incredibly impressed by It's Cleaning Time! I've hired a few different companies to come clean my 1500 sq ft home over the last year, but never continued services past the initial cleaning until now. Katy and Lidia did a wonderful job cleaning the house from top to bottom, getting every single nook, cranny, and doorframe. My husband commented "I didn't know our shower could look like that!" when he got home! I was also very impressed that the owner's son Mario came by during the cleaning to explain their process and invite me to contact them if anything was less than satisfactory. This is my 2nd time to call this service; I just had hand surgery so I've been pretty helpless. Nellie and her partner arrived on time, lugged up their immaculate equipment to my 3rd floor apartment of 1450 sq. ft. Starting in my main bedroom washing blinds, windows, wood finish on my antiques carefully applied, they didn't miss a mirror or corner. Rarely lifted and cleaned, they took the glass out of my coffee table leaving the entire 45 yr old treasured piece as good as new. Mario and his partner came to our apartment today and did a wonderful job. They were on time, came prepared with all of the supplies, and did a thorough job. They were extremely respectful and careful with all of our belongings, and even called us once to ensure that they were not taking anything to the trash that we did not intend to throw away. Our place was quite over-due for a clean, and i can not express how nice it was to step into the apartment after they had left. The service we were seeking was to clean our home and have it ready for tenants to lease the property. Eloisa was very professional and exceptional in providing the services for our home. This rating is entirely based on the logistics and customer service as the cleaning itself was fine. I was coordinating a move-out while being out of Austin for the summer. I saw the great Yelp reviews for It's Cleaning Time and was thrilled that they could do carpet cleaning as well. I gave them a call, and they quoted me a very reasonable hourly rate and said they'd be happy to coordinate with my friend (who had the keys) to get it all done. The initial cleaning went very smoothly, but then the cleaners left and never told us when the carpet cleaners were coming. I had to call ICT and ask, and they said they'd call my friend so he could let the cleaners in when they showed up. They never did- he had to call them and ask. They never called him when the carpet cleaning was done, either; he found out by going back to the unlocked (!!!) apartment after waiting for a few hours. Then I saw that they charged us a higher rate than they had mentioned initially. I called ICT to express my frustration with both the price and the carpet, and they explained that they actually charged on a per-cleaner basis and that our apartment was larger than they had estimated. They pointed out that 3 people x 2 hours (which is what they did) would have cost the same as 2 people x 3 hours (which is what they would have needed). That's true, but they never told me before charging me. To their credit, ICT apologized and offered a discount on future cleanings in a later email. But between the lack of transparency in the pricing and the limited communication with regards to the carpet cleaning (especially leaving the apartment unlocked without telling us they were done), I can't really recommend this place. read more

I gave these folks a try because they have a lot of great reviews. First of all, we scheduled them to come on a Wednesday and no one showed up. When I called about it, they assured me they would send someone the following day, and they did. They charge more for their "initial" cleaning, like most cleaning services do,. That's fine, but they estimated (over the phone) the first cleaning would be $160-$240 depending on how long it took (with 2 cleaners). They billed us $330 for the first cleaning!!! I think that is completely outrageous for a 2 BR, 2 bath home that is just barely 1500 sq feet!!! If you want to try this company, ask for an in home estimate first! read more

After days of speaking with the woman I worked with (and her continually pulling the bait and switch) I cancelled. She continued telling me she'd have someone over at 1:30pm, then at 12:30 I receive a text telling me they can't come anymore, but could come later for an upcharge. I obliged, and was then informed again they wouldn't be able to make it, but would come tomorrow for an additional upcharge. After days of speaking with the woman and letting her know the deadline for what I needed (and having the time moved back while the price increased numerous times) I decided to call it quits. I will not use this company, I would not recommend them purely from a logistical standpoint. An organization which operates with such a low level of integrity will not be one I use for any in home service. read more
