I love Italian pizza, but ultimately it's a pizza disaster. This is the second time the pizza arrives messy and poorly cut. The first time, they didn't leave a message because they thought the person who made it was having a bad day. But I have friends who have told me the same thing, and on a Sunday like today, I wanted to indulge in a delicious Italian pizza, and it was a total failure. I ate what I could with my husband and daughter. I hope they improve, because they are the only ones who, in my opinion, sell the best pizzas

This was supposed to be pepperoni pizza with pineapple. no pepperoni, and not much on it, even though it was not what I ordered.

I have ordered from this particular location, for a minimum of 10 years. I have always been incredibly happy. It's one of the few places that I never have to ask for extra stuff., Because it's always loaded! However, I ordered at the end of the evening, maybe 30 minutes before they closed, and did it online, my pizza was not what I ordered. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, with pineapple added to it. What I got was green pepper and banana pepper, with pineapple and no pepperoni. And, even though it was not what I ordered, it was NOT even covered with the amount of toppings that I have Always received, in the past. This is the first time I have called ANY business, concerning being unhappy. Sadly, it made the experience even worse. I was told that the only thing they could do was make me another pizza, today. And, if I did not want one today, that was all they could do, for me. Sadly, I won't be back. And, it's not really about the money, it's about the lack of caring about their customer. That says more to me, than anything.

I have been a big fan of Italian pie for the past 7 years, but seriously a visit at this location today at 3 pm on a Wednesday with 5 staff members and only one other patron (a guy eating a slice) has me thinking customer service is non-existent here. Today we came here and ordered a large cheese pie with basil. The staff member was friendly, and she took my order. We are waiting and waiting, and the place is completely dead, with zero customers because the other guy left. They had two-pickup orders and they were picked up in the first 5 minutes of us being there. After 10 minutes I am wondering what is going on and noticed that the cashier goes to type on the kiosk screen and puts in an order that is sent to the printer at the pizza station. No one was calling in any orders, so I knew that she must have forgotten to send my order to the pizza station printer. Exact at 20 minutes the pizza comes out and the manager comes and asks if everything is okay, and apologizes for the wait. Five people working, no orders, and they can't own the fact they accidentally forgot to make our food? I worked as a kitchen manager and would have taken responsibility and made things right. Anyhow, total lack of accountability here, and the dough is now extremely thin, about the thickness of a quarter, except for the crust at the edges is normal. I have eaten Italian pie dozens and dozens of times and it has never been this thin. It typically takes about 10 minutes to bake these. On a positive note, the Pizza was good, though one person could easily eat an entire large cheese pie themselves. After this experience at the Dacula location. I will not be visiting here anymore. The only location I can recommend is the one at Lawrenceville Highway, they are always consistent. It appears that reviewer Kevin J. had the same experience at the Dacula location too. Then look at reviewer Eric B, who ordered a Calzone that came out completely burnt. I don't see how a company can have several locations, but all of the locations do whatever they want. Consistency and excellent customer service are key. EVERY single employee needs to be trained at their Lawrenceville Highway because that seems to be the only location that is doing something right.

Ordered via DoorDash. The Italian with Extra cheese and cheese and bacon. Delivered great. Very little sauce if any on either pizza. The crust was soggy but not greasy. So at least that, but no flavor. What pizza place doesn't put sauce? Just disappointed because I was really looking forward to it.

Ordered a Calzone, I got this...

Sorry but I cannot order anymore from this location. This leaving their store is just a big insult to Italians everywhere. Are they blind or just want to piss you off. My friend owned a pizza restaurant but moved, this would have never left his restaurant. I'm not paying for this Hockey puck they sent me. It's in my garbage can where it belonged at their shop. Can't recommend the Decula location, their Lawrenceville hasn't tried to pull this on me.

The restaurant is cozy, welcoming, and very family-friendly. The food is amazing, and the portions are very generous. Each entrée comes with a side salad and garlic rolls. Honestly, the garlic rolls alone are worth coming back for. They are THAT good. So far, we've tried the Spaghetti à la Carbonara, Chicken Parmigiana, Chicken à la Casa, Calamari Pasta, and Blackened Chicken Pasta, and every dish has been delicious. I usually prefer creamy sauces because red sauces can sometimes be too acidic or overpowering, but their red sauce is so well balanced and flavorful. The veggies tasted fresh, and everything came out tasting homemade. We actually celebrated Mother's Day here, and even though they were extremely busy, the service was still excellent and attentive. Parking is easy since it is shared with other businesses, which is always a plus. I honestly have no complaints. My family and I absolutely love this place. This is quickly becoming one of our favorite spots, and we'll definitely be back! Sinceramente, no tengo ninguna queja. A mi familia y a mí nos encanta este lugar. Este se está convirtiendo rápidamente en uno de nuestros lugares favoritos, y definitivamente volveremos!

Fresh, perfectly balanced, and the kind of appetizer that disappears way too quickly. He ordered the Salmon Francesca and was blown away from the first bite. I had the caprese salad, which was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want from a classic done right. My mom went with the spaghetti carbonara and, as expected, it did not disappoint. Those of us who've been here before already knew what to expect, but watching someone experience it for the first time and love it just confirmed how consistently great this place is. The service really stood out too. The staff was friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. At one point, the table behind us accidentally dropped their pizza on the floor, and the waitress immediately took care of it and had a fresh one made without any hassle. That kind of customer service says a lot. Great food, great service, and a great experience all around. Already looking forward to our next visit.

We had dinner reservations for after a show at the Aurora Theatre in town, so it was nice to park in the free parking deck, then take a short stroll over to the restaurant. Dana C was our server, and she took wonderful care of us. It had been several years since I'd dined here, but my wife and I were prepared to order each menu item that what we wanted to eat, knowing that we'd have plenty of leftovers to take back with us. Italian food and pasta is always better over the next few days out of the fridge, right? After tasty glasses of the house merlot for her and chianti for me, we started with their fried calamari appetizer and 2 loaves of garlic bread that were covered in olive oil and sliced, blanched fresh garlic. Very tasty. My wife had their stuffed pork chops entree which came out on a massive bed of pasta. It was all delicious. I had the Veal Parmesan which was served with a side order of spaghetti marinara. The flavors were fantastic! We ordered the "Full" portions on purpose, but we easily would have still had leftovers had we ordered the "half" portions. We made sure to save room for dessert so she could have their tiramisi and I had the cannoli. We did finish all of our sweets, lol. As an after-dinner drink, I had a sambuca which was properly served with the traditional 3 coffee beans. We left this fantastic dining experience pleasantly full, and with bags of take-home containers so we could continue to enjoy the food for days afterwards. This is a great place to hang out and eat well.

It's a good spot for date night, or a special occasion, or just when you want a properly- and artfully-prepared crepe and coffee. Their new location in Dacula is a bit further from home for me, but it is worth the drive - and longer. They have an expanded menu featuring a variety of French classics. They still do offer galette and crepe menu items. This new location also features bar service, and their menu has a short list of specialty cocktails and TGG versions of standard mixes. Amuse Bouche: a fresh watermelon gazpacho (served in a shooter) with a tiny crispy wafer topped with Gruyère and apple preserve. Wild! I ordered the Boeuf Bourguignon. One of our party ordered the Sea Bass and another went light and ordered a selection of appetizers. They reported excellent preparation and flavors. Mine was extremely well prepared, rich and full flavored. The dishes were presented like works of art. It was the luck of the day that beams of setting sunlight shone through the curtains and illuminated our meals just as they were placed on the table. The spiraled lemon on the crab cake caught sun like a stained glass window. The beef arrangement on my side looked like a tiny forest, with tender boulders of mushrooms and meat, fallen trees of carrots, a little shrub of Swiss chard, and a sapling sprig of fresh rosemary. But for real - artistic musings aside, this was some damn good food. I thoroughly enjoyed the main course, and of course, I had to get a crepe for dessert. Tout de Chocolat was such a perfect finish, with freshly toasted almonds and warm buttery caramel to offset wave after wave of chocolate flavors. I always love the atmosphere they create. The owner was in the house and she is always such a delight to encounter. The Galloping Galette should be on your short list for great restaurant experiences in Gwinnett County.
