Fantastic Service! This place was recommended to me by my sister (she is a phone repair technician in another part of state). Owner gave me a good explanation of my options. I selected to have a replacement screen installed. The price was fair, installed as promised, and with a snappy turn-around time. It was a solid performance. A few days later I discovered the replacement part had a glitch, and the owner made good on his word by expediting the correction. I had my phone back and in perfect working order an hour after my appointment. He provided excellent customer care, I KNOW I'll return here for all my phone care needs! I broke the battery on my I phone, Multiple shops told me to bad, that cannot be fixed, also the Verizon techs said the same. So I called this place. The guy was awesome. Told me should be easy and he has a battery in stock that every other shop in the bay area said they cannot get it. So I pre-paid through pay pal, mailed in my phone, fixed and mailed back the same day he recieved it, and it works perfect!! I will use this shop again and again (if I break my phone). read more

Took our ipad in for damage repairs inflicted by our four year old. The repair only took a couple hours and the new screen looks flawless!! He even smoothed out same of the scuffed edges. Tony was awesome! I had him replace my iPhone 6 Plus screen and a couple weeks later it broke again so he replaced it again for a reasonable price. Then the screen was acting up not allowing certain buttons to be pressed. I assumed it was the update so I waited for it to fix itself...it never did. So I went back to Tony and he said it was definitely the screen and even though it was beyond 30 days, he replaced it for free. Couldn't recommend enough! read more

Totally unacceptable, took my iPhone 7 Plus in to get a new screen. They replace the screen; however, whatever type of screen they use is plastic and virtually unusable. In addition to the cheap plastic screen, my ear speaker no longer works and my phone calls have to be done on speaker phone. Apple will no longer warranty the phone due to this. I would highly recommend you do not use this place to replace iPhone screens. It is only $39 more to go to apple and get an authentic Apple screen.. This business should have had the decency to forewarn customers before replacing their screen with a sub standard product. read more

I brought in two mini iPads for repair and Tony was very professional and took the time to explain the problems that were basically catastrophic with my two mini iPads. They were beyond his repair abilities due to motherboard and soldering the pins to the motherboard. So instead of attempting to repair a risky endeavor he decided to take pictures of the problem to show and explain to me the problems. Then to top it off he did not charge me the $40 each for the diagnostic of the mini iPads. Totally unexpected. This small gesture will earn my business again because this is a business that I felt was above board and honest. Repeat business is the lifeblood of any business and Tony definitely realizes that. Ordered a replacement glass from Amazon and took my iPhone 6 to the store. I was told it may not work and would I authorize $109 for their part just in case. When I returned, they advised my part worked fine and only charged $50ish when they easily could have even dishonest and gotten me for the $109 plus tax! TotAlly recommend. My boyfriend dropped his new iPhone S6 and the charging port broke took it to Verizon and they can do anything about it. I stopped in at itoys and androidz to have my i phone 5s checked out. The screen would not come on. Tony was there and boy did he take good care of me. He opened up the phone and checked the battery, it was ok. Then he took the screen of my phone and opened his phone up and attached my screen to his phone and it worked. So the screen was good. After playing around with it for while it seems that the voice over ride needed to be turned off. Now the phone works fine. This is the second time I have had a phone worked on here, he also replaced my glass on a 4s for me while I waited. I recommend this shop to everyone. I will never go to another shop. I didn't even know they fixed phones but after some searching I came in for a broken iPhone issue. Tony (I think was his name) was AWESOME. He fixed it quick and was super nice.
