I booked iTrampoline for my daughter's 11th birthday and I think it was a great choice. My daughter did the research on several locations she wanted to have her party at and chose here. She has been here several times before but it was my first time. First off booking the party through their website was really easy and the party coordinator was pretty awesome and kept me updated as the party got closer. Drinks had to be bought through iTrampoline because they had problems with alcohol being brought in before. Food could be brought from outside and we got food from several different places and they had a food warmer, a refrigerator, and freezer if needed. We just used the drink refrigerator and it was super convenient cause it was right in the party area and kept our poke cool prior to being served. The on-site party coordinator did a good job to even though they got slammed as the party went on. We bought the highest package and the only thing I thought wasn't good was the VR card that took forever for the kids to use. The kids enjoyed the jumping and the game cards and I'm sure all the kids passed out after they got home that night. The party area was air conditioned with large ceiling fans which made the party area comfortable. Overall, it was super fun for the kids and super easy for me as parent throwing the party. I highly recommend this for parties or even a fun day with the kids. read more

Came to Itrampoline because my youngest got a coupon for a free 60 min jump. Once we get here, they got signs on their counters that say they aren't accepting the coupons. So I ended up spending 52.00 for all 3 of my kids to jump instead of paying for only 2 kids. I'm mad about that because it's a valid coupon but they won't accept it which is BS! Then I'm watching my kids jump and bounce when there comes 2 girls jumping on the trampolines with NO MASK! I asked the boy working if their allowed to jump without mask and he humbled something softly and didn't say anything to the girls until I said I was going to talk to the manager. Then there are other kids jumping and had their mask down on their face and 2 of the workers didn't say a damn word! Then I notice one of the boys take his mask down and go hug my son! OMG like seriously! I'm just like wth these young workers don't want to do their job! So I went and spoke to the manager some Haole guy. He acted like whatever when I asked him about their mask policy. He says it's the same regulations as other facilities/restaurants. It's apparent they need to keep a better eye on kids and saying something when kids aren't wearing their mask properly. I understand it's hard to jump and bounce and have fun with your mask on but come on if others have to wear it and follow rules than they should be able too. I went here for the first time today and had a blast! For an hour of jumping, it's a great price and an even better workout. Who would've thought that playing on a trampoline could be used as my cardio workout for the day? lol There are tons of trampoline squares, trampoline basketball, trampoline dodgeball, and trampoline jump into a foam pit. I can hardly hear myself think to write this review because I have "Jump Around" by House of Pain stuck in my head. I'll confess I was initially disappointed that it seemed kind of shabby, especially given how much it costs. As others have noted, it's inside an old warehouse and it gets HOT without any AC. Sorry, but the fans don't really cut it. We had our own reusable water bottles, which seemed fine with the employees there and splurged on popsicles after our jump so it was all good in the end. But, the jumping areas are in good repair and that is what really counts. Can I just tell you how nice it was to blow off some steam after a stressful week? My friend had just lost her job and she ruled the dodgeball pit, not surprisingly. The good news is that the balls in the dodgeball area are soft. These are softer than the schoolyard variety that can leave a mark. I was just elated to be able to do legit tuck jumps, which I cannot do in the gym. My abs were feeling it the next day, of course. Seriously, if you have gotten stuck in a workout rut, this is a great way to enjoy the childlike wonder of moving your body and not just sitting and watching Netflix all weekend (Netflix marathons do NOT warrant carb loading. Just sayin....). I'd recommend it for local residents any time your kids (or you!) want to burn off some energy and for tourists as a rainy day backup if your other plans get cancelled. On Saturday me and my husband brought our kids here for the first time. Thanks to a tip from my boss I remembered to buy passes online before arriving, which saved us $2 per person. For us it was pricey even with the $2 online discount combined with kamaaina rate. My kids were $14.50 each before tax for a one hour pass, and I paid for 30 minutes for myself and that cost $13.50; however, you also need non-slip socks, which we bought from iTrampoline for $3.50 a pair. So, roughly about $55 for the three of us to jump, which makes this place more of a special occasion type thing than an every weekend type thing. When you arrive you have to wait in line for your wrist band so they can monitor your time on the trampolines - different colors for different hours. The line took a really long time. There were only two people serving customers at the registers. Although we arrived 5 minutes before our scheduled jump time because of the wait in line we lost about 10 minutes of our session, so maybe arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to avoid this. The rules here (no sitting or laying down, one person per trampoline) are enforced and there are workers out on the trampolines making sure of it. It was cute and funny when the worker was trying to tell my 2 year old son that his time for jumping was over because of the color of his wristband. He just kept jumping while the worker talked to him! Haha. I grabbed him after. One hour was definitely enough time for my kids and half an hour was more than enough time for me. It's actually such a workout!!! I got a really sore back afterwards because my muscles weren't used to jumping that much. It was so sore that I went to the ER because I was worried I had some kind of serious injury! So, older people should definitely be careful of how much jumping they do, ease into it, take breaks, etc. I guess I need to do more yoga. My kids loved it but got tired during their time too and so had frequent water breaks during their session. There are vending machines and popsicles here, and arcade games, and a really cute area for birthday parties. There's also a mini golf area too but we didn't try because you have to pay extra. Overall, this place is good and fun for all ages - just be careful if you are not used to or haven't jumped on a trampoline in a long time because your back might not be used to it. read more

Took the ride out to iTrampoline and was happy to see the online coupon for $2 off! So it was $16 for Kamaaina adults today, $13 for kids. You can also fill out the waiver online which is convenient. Just bring your ID for proof of residency. I went with my friend and her daughter. We brought our own socks but you need the kind that grip so we ended up having to buy some for $3 each. They give you a colored wristband so they can tell which hour you came for. My friend's daughter wears glasses so they will provide you with goggles to wear over the glasses when you jump. It was fun. After jumping for ten minutes we thought... wow, a half hour probably would be enough! But then by the end of the hour you get your second wind and feel like you can go longer. We mainly stayed on the main jumping floor and went to the foam pit a few times. We stayed away from the dodgeball area as there were many young kids and felt it would be too wild. The basketball area was fun! On the main floor there's a wall that you can bounce off of too. Kind of scary when you do it for the first time! Boing! My friend thought we were the two oldest ladies there but I don't think so! We can still get our jump on! Bathrooms were super cold. It said 68 degrees! I guess if you get hot, just go to the bathroom but the huge ceiling fans keep the area cool enough. It's a place that you want to check out at least once but for the price... it's just too much for the hour... I figured I'd check it out before I took my family but wow... gotta go when there's a special deal or something. I think if they want to stay in business they need to rethink their pricing. Leave everything in the car... if you are jumping you don't want to bring things with you. I think they said it was $3 for lockers too, but it's easy enough to go back to your car should you need something. Not much to say. It's smaller than I expected, hotter than expected, and more expensive than expected. They need to consider sanitation on a higher level. My hands got stuck to the mini golf clubs. The balls were dirty. And the golf area was pretty messy. The only reason why it's didn't get a 1 Star was because of the 3 people that helped us. A guy and a girl. Brought my two boys and a friend here last week and we all had a blast! I'm sure my friend (25) and I (27) had more fun than the kids did. Children 40"+ can play by them selves which is great. There's two basketball hoops, two areas for dodgeball, a foam pit and a huge area for just jumping/running around. The kids 40" and below have a padded area with a blow up jumper, some tables/chairs and some toys. The little ones can still jump everywhere, except the foam pit, but they have to be holding an adults hand. Thank goodness the employees weren't nazzis about the hand holding rule because my younger boy is a rascal but just a tiny bit off of the height requirement... there is also a big area with picnic tables for large parties. The only complaint I had about this place was the prices. They charge $3 for non slip socks but the socks don't really stop you from slipping and they'd come off in the foam pit and get lost. Then the jump rate is by the hour. Kama'aina adult is $18, kids 40"+ $15... for some reason I got charged $18 didn't realize til after I left, and kids below 40" are free. So for an hour of jump/play I paid about $65! And the hour sure went by quick... it was a good activity with awesome cardio , just not something that can be done often. Hopefully, they'll be able to make the pricing more affordable so people can jump for a longer time period or be able to come more often. read more

My kids love this place! I would drive all the way from town to Kapolei just for them. I love it even more now that they moved to Waipahu! ... the new place is much bigger but I think they still have the same things. They did do away with the big screen tv in the waiting area lol. I hope they bring it back! I also notice in the birthday package they added more activities which is a plus! I would celebrate my kids bday here again!.. just one thing that I think they could do better on is maybe have more people at the check in center when there's a long line, but then again, maybe because they just moved that they're short on staff. Long story short my son got hurt jumping, I asked for a refund for one person they said they couldn't because more then half the time was spent. Took my 2 little sisters here for some bonding and they had so much fun! Besides the regular trampoline, there was dodgeball, basketball, and a pit to jump into. After 30 mins, I was beat. I had my daughter's birthday party here last month. The area was decorated with the decorations I provided and some of their own. I was surprised with how dark the birthday area was--the manager said it's because of the laser tag. I didn't like the fact that we paid for a "host" and I had to go to the front counter to ask for more water/capri suns/the cake/or anything I needed for the party instead of the host asking me. We paid quite a bit for the space and didn't get the service I expected. My poor guests were walking up to the front desk to buy water/sodas/ load arcade cards themselves!! Unacceptable and embarrassing! Overall, I'm glad my guests were flexible and didn't care but if I'm hosting a birthday party I certainly want my guests to be provided for. When we decided to bring my son here, I originally thought I was just going to purchase 30 mins because what adult can jump around that long? But since it was only $3 more I decided to go for the hour. It was a good choice. I think an hour was just enough for us to jump with our son. Of course, he wanted more but an hour really is a long time. We went at 1030 in the morning shortly after they opened up. It wasn't very busy. This place is basically a warehouse structure, so when it's hot outside, it gets hot inside quick since the AC isn't really throughout the whole structure. Since it was the end of July, by 1100 it was getting pretty warm in there and by 1130 this place was getting crowded so it really started to get warm in there. This place has a few different activity areas to check out. They have a regular jump area, the drop zone which is a jump into a big foam filled air bag, basketball hoops, and dodgeball area. They also have a video game area with some basic games and a couple of air hockey tables. The games take quarters and there is a change machine on site. The bathrooms here are small, but AC'ed and clean. They offer ice cream and some hot foods that can be purchased from the vending and food area. I definitely want to come back here. It was a lot of fun for the family, but I think I am going to wait until we are in the cooler fall months to do so. TLDR; Buy your tickets online. Bring your own grippy socks or purchase them there. This place is awesome! We held my son's birthday party here, and after 90 min of jumping, all the kids were pooped! Such a great place to wear out your kids! The staff were very nice, and I love how attentive they were for the safety of all the kids jumping. Feels more like a run down warehouse that is in deferred repairs and the family-fun activities is just a means to raise funds for repairs. The place does not at all feel like family-fun was their intentional priority. Some observations: 1) staff is only at the check in counter and not on the floor cleaning up after guests nor are they on the trampoline or game area checking that all is going well with the guests and equipment, 2) not nearly enough tables and lockers for families (like the adults who pay to come here with their kiddos) to put away their things so they can fully enjoy their time, 3) no one came to clean our tables and chairs we were sitting on between use (please take some good notes from the staff at KidCity that keep areas clean. Like eew,iTrampoline.), 4) such a dark interior that makes everything look dirty with the ambiance that your playing in a dusty cave that hasn't been cleaned for years. Jumping is fun. We went on a Wednesday and were delighted to discover that it is super cheap on Wednesdays! I don't remember the deal itself, but it came out to about $50 for five of us for an hour, which was great! Apparently, it is also cheap on Mondays. I think. So we walked in and it was quite empty, but there were some parents sitting on the side and I thought "Why aren't they jumping? Perhaps it is because they are not as wonderfully in shape as I!" And then I jumped for the whole hour and then my calves and ankles hurt for two days. So... yeah. However, that does not detract from the fact that I had ball jumping up and down. Perhaps not as much fun as my children, who did far more daring stunts than I mostly because they are not inhibited by life-learned limitations and fear, but I twirled and managed to jump from tramp to tramp like a bunny, and I consider that winning. Wow! What a great place for kids and adults alike to burn off some energy! Kids can jump for an hour, and parents can hang out in one of many benches or comfy couches. This summer, they had a kama'aina special at $12 per child. Normal admission at $18-$20 seems steep for an hour of jump. So at $12, it's more reasonable and the kids can burn up some energy pretty quickly. Some first time kiddos can burn out within the first 15 minutes; which is pretty funny. We had a 7 year old birthday party there this summer and it was quite pricey. Initially, I was not happy at the cost especially when they require the non-slip socks on their trampolines and each pair is around $3. For 10 jumpers, the package was $315 which includes 2 pizzas, 2 pitchers of sodas and minor decorations. I don't know about anyone else, but it sure is difficult to only have 10 jumpers, especially when the birthday child has siblings. Any additional jumper will be charged $18 per head. I've asked about the kama'aina special, but Steve said no, had to pay the full price for jumpers. So I was annoyed at this point. Ended up having 16 jumpers, of which 3 were no-shows. I ordered one additional pizza an pitcher ahead of time. My cost ended up being over $450. We had Papa John's pizza, and 2 liter sodas. I lost count of how many sodas we had, because our concierge allowed us to use the no-shows (3 x $18 = $54) to purchase bottled waters and more drinks for our guests. We should of been allowed to bring water along with the cake because of this type of activity. Some parents stayed with us and we had ample space for them and the kids. As you can see, I rated iTrampoline 4 stars because we basically had a concierge during the party and it ended up being worth the money spent. In fact, the facility should use the concierge as a selling point. Ours for the party was a young lady named Ashley. She was wonderful (I hope I remembered her name correctly). She was there for the entire party and even gave my little one DB Powercard. Should of given her a free pass for the future instead... It was a nice little gift and was unexpected. We weren't rushed out either like how they do it at Ice Palace. It was nice, quick, easy party and my kiddo loved it. I would recommend it to others! Our guests had a real nice time! read more

We've book a party back in April 2021 and a recent one February 2022 and both times were great parties. This most recent one, the manager Kristie really helped us out! Seems like all the managers there really try to work with you and make sure your party goes smoothly. Kristie made sure we had all our beverages and socks and what not and made us really comfortable in such a stressful time. Please. Be careful coming here. This is not safe. Trampolines are not clean, springs are exposed everywhere, The spring mat covers stick out everywhere, and the long trampolines have little to no spring. As an ex cheerleader, there is little to no rebound and that can be dangerous, especially if a kid mis-jumps. The biggest problem I have with this place is the number of exposed springs. I used to work at a trampoline park on the mainland and if our workers ever let our trampolines ever looked like that, we would be fired and the park out be shut down. If you are a gymnast or cheerleader looking to practice tricks here, don't bother. read more
